전원을 넣은 상태에서 인두기 팁의 온도는 200℃ / 392℉ ~ 480℃ / 896℉입니다. 잘못된 인두기 사용은
화상 및 화재를 유발시킬 수 있습니다. 다음과 같은 취급상 주의를 숙지하시기 바랍니다.
When the power is on, the temperature is between 200℃ / 392℉ and 480℃ / 896℉.
Since mishandling may lead to burns or fire, be sure to comply with the following precautions.
팁 부위 및 금속부위를 절대 만지지 마십시오.
화기 주위에서 사용하지 마십시오.
작업 영역에서 다른 사람에게 본 제품이 매우 고온이므로 위험하다는 것을 알려주십시오.

Do not touch the metallic parts near the Tip.

Turn the power off while taking breaks and when finished using the unit.
Before replacing parts or storing the unit, turn the power off and allow the nut to cool to room
temperature.

납땜작업 이외에는 사용을 하지 마십시오.

5 사용방법 / Operation Instruction
1) 인두기 스탠드 / Iron Holder
일 경우
주의 : 동봉되는 스폰지는 압축이 되어있습니다. 제품을 사용하기 전 스폰지는 반드시 물에 적셔 살짝 짠 다음
사용하여 주십시오. 마른 스폰지에 닦아 쓸 경우 인두 팁을 사용하지 못하는 경우가 있으니 주의하여 주십시오.
CAUTION : The sponge is compressed, it will swell when moistened with water. Before using the product
until dampen the sponge with the water and squeeze it dry. failure to do so may result in damage to the
soldering tip.

Add water to approximately the leve as shown.

Set the temperature control knob to the desired temperature.
전원 스위치를 켜십시오.
Turn on the Power Switch.
히터 램프가 점멸 할 경우 팁의 온도가 희망온도에 도달 되었음을 알립니다.
이제 작업을 시작 할 수 있습니다.
The heater lamp links on and off when the tip temperature reaches
the set temperature.
The unit is now ready to perform soldering work.
Plug the power cord into the power supply. Be sure to ground the unit.

2) 연결 / Connection
주의 : 인두기와 본체의 연결 및 분리할 때는 전원을 끈 상태에서 하십시오. 제품에 손상을 가져다 줄 수 있습니다.
CAUTION : Be sure to turn off the power switch before connecting or disconnecting the soldering iron.
Failure to do so may damage the product.
Plug the power cord into the power supply. Be sure to ground the unit.

3) 온도 셋팅 / Set the Temperature
온도 조절 버튼을 누르면 온도가 상승 혹은 하강합니다. 버튼을 한번씩 누르면 2℃씩 변화하며,
계속 누르고 있으면 빠르게 변화합니다. 원하는 온도에 도달하면 버튼에서 손가락을 뗍니다.

SET 버튼을 누르면 온도 설정이 200℃로 바뀝니다.

If you press the control button, the setting temperature is flickered for about 1 second.
And then temperature is increased or decreased.
If you just press the control button for one time, the temperature is varied as 2℃.
If you press the control button continuously, the temperature is varied rapidly.
When you press the SET button, the temperature is changed to 200℃.
전원을 끌 경우 온도설정이 200℃로 바뀝니다.

When you turn off, the temperature is changed to 200℃.
1전원 스위치를 켜십시오.
Turn on the Power Switch.
4) 에러
사용 도중 아래의 오류 표시가 LCD에 나타나면 인두기 팁을 탈거하여 히터와 센서를 확인해
주시기 바랍니다. 이때 반드시 인두기 팁을 충분히 식히고, 전원 스위치를 끄고 전원플러그를
뽑은 후 실시 바랍니다.

When the below error message will be displayed, please turn off the soldering station and
remove the soldering iron. And then, check up the tip condition or replace new tip.

필요이상의 온도는 인두 팁을 손상 시킬 수 있습니다. 필요 이상의 온도에서의 사용은 피해 주십시오.
인두 팁은 온도 복귀력이 좋기 때문에 낮은 온도에서도 충분하게 대처 할 수 있으며, 과열 충격에도
약한 부품을 보호 할 수 있습니다.
High soldering temperatures can degrade the tip. Use the lowest possibles soldering temperature.
the excellent thermal recovery characteristics ensure efficient and effective soldering even at low
temperatures. This also protects the soldered items from thermal damage.
1) 온도 / Temperature
인두팁을 스폰지를 이용하여 깨끗하게 닦아 주십시오. 인두기 사용을 지속적으로 할 경우 인두 팁을
일주일 한 번 정도 빼내어 내부의 산화물을 제거하여 주십시오. 인두 팁과 히터의 소부 현상을 방지하여
온도 저하를 막을 수 있습니다.
Clean the tip regularly with a cleaning sponge. As oxides and carbide from the solder and flux can
from impurities on the tip. These impurities can result in defective joints or reduce the tip’s heat
conductivity. When using the soldering iron continuously, be suer to loosen the rip and remove all
oxides at least once a week. This helps prevent seizure and reduction of the tip temperature.
2) 세척 / Cleaning
장시간 고온에 인두기를 방치하지 마십시오. 인두 팁이 산화되며 온도 저하를 유발 시킵니다.
Never leave the soldering iron sitting at hight temperature for long periods of time. as the tip’s
solder plating will become covered with oxide, which can greatly reduce the tip’s heat conductivity.
3) 사용하지 않을 때 / When Not in Use
작업 종료후에는 인두팁을 깨끗하게 닦고 새로운 납을 묻혀 놓아야만 인두 팁의 산화를 막아줍니다.
Wipe the tip clean and coat the tip with fresh solder. This helps prevent tip oxidation.

주의 : 인두팁을 변형시키지 말고 산화물을 사용하지 마십시오.
CAUTION : Never file the tip to remove oxide.

인두기 코드를 연결 플러그에 연결하여 주십시오.
Connect the cord assembly plug to the receptacle on the station.
온도조절을 400℃(752℉)로 고정하여 주십시오.
Set the temperature to 400℃(752℉)
인두 팁 교체 및 히터 교환시 온도 재교정이 필요합니다.
The soldering iron should be recalibrated after changing the iron, or replacing the heating element or tip.
※ ETM-191A를 사용하여 온도 측정을 권장합니다. (별도판매)
※ We recommend the ETM-191A thermometer for measuring the tip temperature.
250℃온도에 고정시킵니다. (482℉)
Set the temperature to 250℃ (482℉)
온도 도달시 크리닝 스폰지를 이용하여 인두팁을 세척하고 팁 상태를 점검 하십시오.
When the temperature stabilizes, clean the tip with the cleaning sponge and check the condition of the tip.
인두 팁 표면에 산화물이 있는 경우 새로운 납을 묻혀 크리닝 스폰지에 깨끗이 닦아 주십시오.
산화물이 제거 될 때 까지 반복하여 주십시오.
If these is black oxide on the solder-plated portion of the tip, apply new solder(containg flux) and wipe the
tip on the cleaning sponge. Repeat until the oxide is completely removed. Coat with new solder.

7 유지 및 보수 / Maintenance
1) 검사 및 세척 / Inspect and Clean the Tip
2) 온도교정 / Calibraiting the iron Temperature
전원 스위치를 ON 한 후 목표 온도도달을 위해 기다려 주십시오.
Turn the power switch to “ON” and wait unit the temperature stabilizes.

목표 온도 도달 후 일자 드라이버 또는 십자 드라이버를 이용하여 가변 저항을 400℃(752℉)로 고정되도록
시계방향으로 CAL를 돌려주십시오.
When the temperature stabilizes, use a straight-edge(-)screwdriver or small plus(+) screwdriver to
adjust the screw (marked CAL at the station) until the tip thermometer indications a temperature of
400℃(752℉). Turn the screw clockwise to increase the temperature. Replace the CAL pot plug.

8 인두기 팁의 교환 / Soldering Iron Tip Replace

전원스위치를 끄고, 인두기 팁을 상온에서 식힙니다. 이때 인위적인 냉각 조치를 하면 인두기 팁
수명이 줄게 되는 원인이 됩니다.
After turning Off the power switch, cool the tip in natural air. Never use any other methods to
cool it down. (For example: water should never be poured or sprinkled on the tip to cool it down.
This methods will reduce tip life.)
인두기 팁이 충분히 식은 후 인두기 팁을 정면 방향으로 뽑습니다.
Put the heat resistant ring into the tip.
새 인두기 팁을 인두기에 삽입 후 시계방향으로 돌려 록킹 방향을 확인한 후 약간의 힘으로 밀면
장착됩니다.
Grip the soldering iron with hand and push the new tip with another hand carefully in front
direction of soldering iron. And then turn the tip clockwise to check the rocking position and
push the tip thoroughly after check the rocking position.
1) 팁의 교환 / Tip Replace
필요 이상으로 높은 온도에서 작업하는 것은 인두기 팁의 열화를 발생하고, 열에 취약한 전자부품에
손상을 줄 수 있습니다.
High temperature above the recommended temperature may result in damage on electronic
component and erosion on the tip.
가능한 낮은 온도에서 작업하는 것을 권장합니다.
Recommend to operate as the below temperature.

9 ELD 팁 종류 / ELD Tip

납땜작업 전에 물에 적신 클리닝 스폰지 혹은 클리너로 인두기 팁의 산화물 혹은 묵은 납을 닦으십시오.
Clean the tip with wet(water) sponge before soldering work.
납땜부에 불순물이 침투하게 되면 납땜불량의 원인이 될 수 있으며, 인두기 팁의 열전도가 나빠져서
작업온도를 높게 설장하게 되어 인두기 팁과 PCB에 손상을 줄 수 있습니다.
Remove the oxidation erosion pieces from the tip prevent soldering trouble.
3) 인두기 팁의 클리닝 / The Cleaning of The Tip
납땜 작업 종료 후 인두기 팁을 깨끗이 닦은 후 새 무연납으로 팁 끝에 도포해 주시면 산화를
방지할 수 있습니다.
Apply new lead-free solder on the tip after soldering work to prevent the oxidation of tip.
인두기를 높은 온도에 설정한 후 장시간 방치하면 인두기 팁의 도금부위에 산화물이 형성되어
열전도가 떨어지니 장시간 사용하지 않을 때는 전원 스위치를 반드시 꺼 주십시오.
Turn off the power, when you do not use.
인두기 팁에 강한 충격이나 무리한 힘을 가하게 되면 팁의 변형이나 단선의 원인이 됨으로
조심하여 취급해 주십시오.
Do not apply any shock on the tip. If so, the tip life will be decreased.
인두기 팁의 끝 부위는 도금처리가 되어 있으므로 줄과 같은 기계공구로 가공하면 수명이 급속히
저하 되니 사용하지 마십시오.
Do not apply file on the tip. If so, the tip life will be decreased.
