For Your Safety
Read these simple guidelines. Failure to comply with them may be unsafe or illegal.
Road safety comes first
Do not use a wireless phone while driving; pull over the vehicle first. Remember that in some
countries, it is illegal to use a wireless phone while driving.
It is dangerous to use a mobile phone while refueling at a gas station.
Switch off in aircraft
Mobile phones can cause interference. Using them on aircraft is both illegal and dangerous.
Respect special regulations
Follow any special regulations in force in any area and always switch off your phone
whenever it is illegal to use it, or when it may cause interference or danger (in a hospital for
example).
Interference
All mobile phones may be subject to radio interference, which may affect their performance.
Qualified service
Only qualified service personnel must repair cellular equipment. Use only the approved
accessories and batteries.
Use properly
Use only in the normal position (held to the ear). Avoid unnecessary contact with the antenna
when the phone is switched on.
Emergency calls
Ensure that the phone is switched on and in service. Enter the emergency number (112 or
another official emergency number) and press the [Dial & Menu Confirmation Key](Look at 8
page the Phone Layout). Give your location. Do not end the call until given permission to
do so. End the call by closing the flip cover or pressing the [Menu exit Key](Look at 8 page
