Keep this instruction manual, the packing and your receipt.
If you give or sell the product to a third parties, please make
sure that you also hand out this instruction manual.
Never use the appliance if it is damaged.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, his service agent or similarly qualified persons
in order to avoid a hazard.
This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and
above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they are
given supervision or instructions concerning the use of the
appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are 8
years and older and supervised.
Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children under
the age of 8 years.
The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an
external timer or a separate remote control system.
Regarding the instructions for cleaning surfaces in contact
with food, refer to the section “ CLEANING AND
MAINTENANCE ” of the user manual.

The surfaces are liable to get hot during use.
Do not touch hot surfaces. Use the handle while moving the
product. Never operate it with wet hands
Do not place the appliance in or near a hot gas or electric
burner, or permit to touch a heated oven or mini oven.
Do not use the appliance outdoors.
Always disconnect the appliance from the mains socket
when not in use, before moving or cleaning.
Never leave the appliance be unattended when in operation.
Do not use the appliance for any purpose other than its
intended use.
Do not let the power cord hang over the edge of a counter
or table, or touch hot surfaces.
The use of accessories or attachments not recommended by
the manufacturer may cause hazards.
Do not move the appliance when it is hot.
Operate the appliance in a well-ventilated area. Keep at least
10 cm of space on all sides of the appliance to allow adequate
air circulation.

1. Remove all packaging material.
2. Clean the exterior of the appliance with a slightly damp cloth.
3. Clean the supplied cooking plates in warm suds. Dry them
thoroughly before replacing them on the appliance.
WARNING! Do not submerge the appliance in water or any other
liquid.

BEFORE FIRST USE
Do not allow the appliance to touch curtains, wall coverings,
clothing, dishtowels or other flammable materials when it is
in operation.
Do not attempt to remove food when the appliance is in
operation.
This appliance is intended to be used in household and
similar applications such as:
- staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working
environments;
- farm houses;
- by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type
environments;
- bed and breakfast type environments.

OPERATING INSTRUCTION
Before you put food in the appliance for cooking, preheat the
appliance to achieve best cooking results.
1. Place the appliance on a stable, level and heatproof surface.
2. Select the desired set of cooking plates: grilling, sandwich and
waffle; and then attach the cooking plates to the appliance.
3. Close the appliance, and then connect the appliance to the power
outlet.
4. The red and green indicator both light up, indicating heating turns
on. The preheating takes approx. five minutes. When the green
ready indicator goes off, indicating the temperature is perfect for
cooking, the appliance is ready for use.
5. Open the appliance, and place your prepared food on the bottom
plate, and then close the appliance. The green ready indicator comes
on again.
6. Wait about 3~8 min, the green light goes off indicated the food is
done. You can also check for doneness of the food during cooking.
- Normally, cooking takes three or five minutes for sandwiches and
6-8 minutes for waffles.
- Cook meat and derivatives (mince, burgers, etc.) till the juices run
clear. Cook fish till the flesh is opaque throughout.
7. Open the appliance and remove the food with a spatula (not
included).
8. Disconnect the appliance from the power outlet after use.

Notes:
The first heating process should take place without any
foodstuffs, let it heat for about ten minutes. There may
be a slight development of smoke or smell. This is
normal and harmless.
Due to the manufacturing process, it is normal that the
appliance may emit smoke when turning on for the first time.
During cooking, the green ready indicator cycles on and off to
keep the temperature perfect for cooking.
Do not use sharp, pointed or metal spatulas to avoid damaging
the cooking surfaces.
1. When making waffles, for best results, all ingredients should be
at room temperature before preparing the batter.
It is important not to enrich the batter with too much fat, sugar or
egg as the waffles can colour too quickly and then turn soft soon
after baking.
2. When making grilled sandwiches, wipe the cooking plates with a
little cooking oil or butter to improve their color and ease their

the power outlet, and allow it to cool down completely.

liquid.

Clean regularly, surfaces in contact with food to avoid cross
contamination from different types of food. It is recommended to
use warm clean water with a mild detergent to clean surfaces that
come into contact with food.
Always follow correct food hygiene practices to avoid possibility
of food poisoning /cross contamination.
Always unplug the appliance before storage.
Always make sure the appliance is cool and dry before storage.
The power cord can be wrapped around at the bottom of base for
storing.

DISPOSAL

As such we urge you to follow the correct disposal
procedure for the appliance and packaging materials. This
will help conserve natural resources and ensure that it is
recycled in a manner that protects health and the
environment.
You must dispose of this appliance and its packaging
according to local laws and regulations.
Because this appliance contains electronic components,
the appliance and its accessories must be disposed of
separately from household waste when the appliance
reaches its end of life.
Contact your local authority to learn about disposal and
recycling.
The appliance should be taken to your local collection point
for recycling. Some collection points accept appliances free
of charge.
