YOU MUST READ THIS DOCUMENT BEFORE YOU
BEGIN TO ASSEMBLE THE PLASTIC WAGON.
Thank you for purchasing this plastic wagon. When
properly assembled and maintained, this product will
provide years of reliable service. These instructions include
helpful hints and important information needed to safely
assemble and properly maintain the wagon. Please read
these instructions before you begin.
If you have any questions during the assembly, contact
Customer Service for assistance.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
• Periodically check nuts and bolts to make sure they are
tight and secure.
• Do not use the wagon if any part is broken or
damaged.
• This wagon is not a toy. Do not allow children use the
wagon.
• Do not use on inclines; wagon may tip or roll away.
• Do not load your wagon with more than 250 lbs.
• Inflate the tires with ambient air only.
• Inflate the tires to the proper level as indicated on the
tires.
• Never allow riders in the wagon.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
• Periodically check all fasteners to assure they are
tight.
• Clean the wagon using water and mild soap. Rinse
with water sprayed from a garden hose. (Tip the
wagon on its side to let water drain out after washing.)
• Check the tire pressure and adjust to recommended
pressure if needed.
REQUIRED TOOLS
The following list identifies the main tools needed for
assembly.
• Flathead screwdriver
• Wrenches or ratchet and socket set
• Pliers
UNPACK AND IDENTIFY PARTS
The following steps will ensure that you have all the
necessary parts before you begin assembly.
1. Unpack the contents of the shipment and place where
you can easily inventory the parts.
2. If anything is missing or you have questions, consult
the Pictorial Parts List or contact Customer Service.

ASSEMBLE AND INSTALL REAR AXLE
1. Slide the rear axle braces onto the rear axle assembly.
5. Slide a wheel spacer and a wheel onto the rear axle.
NOTE: Install the wheel with the valve stem to the
outside.
2. Place the tub on a flat surface and the back side is
facing upward.
3. Align the holes in the rear axle braces and rear axle
assembly with the holes in the tub.
4. Secure the axle braces and rear axle assembly to the
tub using six (6) tub-to-axle bolts, flat washers, lock
washers, and nuts. Tighten the nuts.

ASSEMBLE FRONT AXLE
1. Attach the steering tie strap to the spindle arms using
two (2) 6 x 17mm shoulder bolts, M6 flat washers, and
M6 locknuts.
2. Select the steering arm and locate the stud on the
underside of the above assembly.

6. Slide a wheel flat washer and a wheel lock washer onto
the outer end of the axle and install and tighten the
wheel cap nut.
7. Repeat the steps to install the remaining wheel.

3. Attach the steering arm to the front axle assembly by
sliding the upper arm over the stud on the underside of
the axle assembly.
View shows the underside of the axle assembly.
4. Install the steering pivot washer on the stud, insert the
cotter pin through the hole in the stud, and spread the
legs of the cotter pin to secure the connection.
5. Insert an 6 x 17mm shoulder bolt through the center
hole in the tie strap and the rear hole in the steering
arm, install an M6 flat washer and M6 locknut on the
shoulder bolt, and tighten the nut. See circle below.
INSTALL FRONT AXLE
1. Turn the wagon on its side to install the front axle
assembly.
6. Attach the front axle brace to the front axle assembly
by inserting a 6 x 20mm shoulder bolt through the front
axle brace, front axle assembly, and steering arm.
NOTE: To prevent binding,
ensure the large part of the
shoulder bolt goes through the
tie strap and the steering arm
before the nut is tightened.
7. Install an M6 flat washer and M6 locknut on the
shoulder bolt and tighten the nut.
NOTE: To prevent binding, ensure the large part of
the shoulder bolt goes through the holes in the front
axle brace, steering arm, and axle assembly before
tightening the locknut.
8. Continue by attaching the front axle assembly to the
wagon bed.
NOTE: An assistant can help to steady the bed during
this installation if needed.

2. Align holes in the front axle brace and front axle
assembly with holes in the tub.
3. Insert two (2) tub-to-axle bolts through the tub and into
the front axle assembly and one through the tub and
into front axle brace.
4. Install flat washers, lock washers, and nuts on the bolts
and tighten the nuts.
5. Slide a wheel spacer and a wheel onto the front axle.
NOTE: Install the wheel with the valve stem to the
outside.
6. Slide a wheel flat washer and a wheel lock washer onto
the outer end of the axle and then install and tighten
the wheel cap nut.
7. Repeat the same steps for the remaining wheel.
8. Set the wagon on the wheels.
9. Slide the tongue pivot onto the tongue.
NOTE: The tongue has two sets of holes allowing it to
be positioned two different ways.

10. Attach the tongue as desired.
11. Align the holes in the steering arm and tongue pivot
and insert the steering pivot bolt through the holes.
12. Install the steering pivot washer and locknut on the bolt
and tighten the nut enough to remove the play in the
joint.
NOTE: Do not overtighten the locknut.
13. Check all fasteners to ensure they are tight.
14. Use the wagon.
