This air operated paint dryer is used to
dry waterbased paints and when
positioned correctly, can be used to dry a
whole side of a medium sized vehicle.

IMPORTANT
Please read through this Manual carefully before using the AIR250

parameters utlined in this manual. All users f the equipment sh uld
be trained in any risks ass ciated with the pr ducts they are drying r
using as drying aids.

Safety Instructions
These instructions are intended as a guide to the correct use of this equipment. The drying
process or materials being dried may have risk characteristics requiring additional safety measures
and these must be identified by the user. All users of this paint dryer must be thoroughly
acquainted with this manual.
Before Use and Before Using Too for the First Time
- Make sure you have the relevant Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).
Hand Protection
To minimise the risk of getting fingers trapped in moving parts of this tool, we strongly
recommend that you wear gloves.
Eye and Breathing Protection
With air blow guns of this nature, there is always a risk of kicking up dust and other
debris. When using this tool we strongly recommend eye and respiratory protection.
Wise Precaution
This product is free from
contaminants.
However, we do
recommend that you spray
a test card and run a test
blow dry.

Noise and Ear Protection
oise levels may cause hearing damage including temporary or even permanent hearing
loss. It is recommended that Ear Protection is worn at all times when using the air dryer.
Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI)
All products of this nature can cause RSI if used for long period, particulary in an
awkward operating position. Adequate rest periods and working conditions should be
considered for prolonged use.
Genera Safety Information
1 Keep the workplace clean and tidy.
2 Use the tool in a well ventilated area.
3 Air hoses can present a trip hazard, always keep hoses in a way that minimises trip
hazards.
4 DO OT hold the workpiece by hand, always make sure the workpiece is clamped
securely.
5 Keep all flammable and combustible materials away from the work area.
6 Children and other unauthorised persons should be kept away from the work area.
7 EVER use the dryer whilst the floor underfoot is wet or slippery.
8 Keep the dryer out of reach of children.
9 EVER move the dryer by the air hose.
10 EVER point the air blow guns at other persons or animals.
11 EVER operate the dryer whilst under the influence or drugs, alcohol or intoxicating
medication.
12 Check you have no loose clothing, hair, jewellery or any other items of a personal nature
that might become entangled in moving parts.
13 Do not use if any part is missing or damaged.

1 The air gun is controlled by the regulator
at the bottom on the handle.
2 Removal of all pressure will stop the
air guns.
3 The position of the arm is controlled by
releasing the locking pin and adjusting
the arm to suit the task.
4 The guns can also the adjusted by
unlocking the position lock and adjusting
to suit.

connected to the power supply.
During Use
1 Always ask your paint supplier for the recommended drying time of the paint you are
using.
2 When using the dryer for long periods of time, check that the compressor is not
overheating.
3 Check that the compressor that you are using is capable of providing the air required.
4 Positioning the air blow guns too close to the workpiece will disturb the paint and cause
effects that resemble silicone contamination.

If properly positioned and setup a single
AIR250 will be able to dry an entire side
of a medium sized vehicle.
The guns can be operated independently
to carry out work on small areas. The
guns can also be removed from the stand
and used as a standalone tool.

5 Your compressor must be powerful enough to provide enough air to power the guns
effectively. An under specified compressor will not provide enough air leading to poor
performance and in some extreme cases can lead to compressor oil being sucked up the
air line leading to contamination of the air system and guns.
Insta ation
1 Check the tool over to make sure no part is missing or damaged.
2 Fitting an Air Filter/Regulator is recommended.
3 Refer to Fig. 1 for the recommended airline setup.
4 It is strongly advised that you always use a Whip Hose/Leader Hose in combination with
Quick Release Couplings.
5 Make sure that your airline is free from water at all times.
Maintenance
1 Replace worn or damaged parts using genuine parts only.
2 Store tool in a dry area, do not allow tool to be immerse in water or used/stored in wet
conditions.

Assemb y Instructions
1 Assemble base with parts 1 and 5 using parts 2,3 & 4 and slide Upright (10) into 5 and
secure Knob (6) having slid part 7 over part 10.
2 Fix the Swivel Plate (12) and Locking Pin (11) using parts 3 & 4.
3 Slide the Arm (13) into the Swivel plate and secure using Knob (6).
4 Slide part 16 onto the Arm and secure using Knob (6). Slide on Brackets (15) and
secure using Knob (6).
5 Attach Air Guns, Regulators and fit airline. Check all parts are safe and secure and them
connect air supply have ensured that the Air Gun Regulators are in the off position.

Warranty
We hope that you will be very happy with your purchase. If you do have a problem with your tool,
you have the added peace of mind of a 6 month warranty, which comes into date from the date of
purchase (proof of purchase required).
Scope of Warranty
- The warranty will cover you from all faults caused by defective components or poor workmanship.
- Tools sent outside the EU are not covered by this warranty.
- Product must be returned to us, the warranty does not cover cost of carriage.
- If the product is no longer in manufacture, it will be replaced with a tool of equivalent or higher
specification.
What is not covered
- ormal wear and tear caused by use in accordance with the operating instructions.
- Replacement of any provided accessories, such as Backing Pads, Airline Connections, Air
Fittings, Blades, Spanners, etc.
- Accidental damage, faults caused by negligent use or care, neglect, misuse or careless operation,
handling and storage of the product.
- Modification of, or change of, any part of this product in any way.
- Faults caused by use of non compatible accessories.
- Tool seizure caused by insufficient oiling.
- Faults caused by incorrect installation.
- Repairs or alterations carried out by non-approved parties.
- Traces of water or rust inside tool - this shows that a properly working air filter has not been used.
Va idity
- This warranty is valid for 6 months after date of purchase.
- Warranty is rendered invalid if;
- Tool is taken apart for any reason without our consent.
- Tool is not maintained daily.
- Air supply line is not used with a properly working air filter.
- A warranty claim will not be accepted without an official proof of purchase from your supplier.
