1.4 Warranty information
Warranty is regulated by the document “Warranty conditions” available on the
website www.fecpos.it
Customersareresponsibleforpackingthedefectiveproducts,makingsure
it is resistant to further damage and deterioration during transport. For this
reason it is necessary to keep and use preferably the original packaging sup-
plied with FEC system.
1.5 Safety precautions
•Do not place the device under heavy loads or in an unstable position.
•Donotuseorexposethisdevicetomagneticelds,asmagneticinterferen-
ce can affect the performance of the device.
•Donotexposethedevicetohighlevelsofdirectsunlight,highhumidityor
wet.
•Donotobstructventilationopeningsorairowinanyway.
•DONOTexposeoruseclosetoliquids,rainorhumidity.DONOTuseduring
storms.
•The unit can operate at 35C° max temperature. Do not expose to tempera-
tures below 5C° or above 35C°.
•Toavoidelectricshocksorrerisks,donotapplyavoltagetoaterminal
thatisoutsidetherangespeciedforthatterminal.
•Toavoidelectricshocksordangers,donotremovethelidwhenusingthe
adapter.Also,besuretodisconnecttheadapterfromtheexternalpower
source (220V) before connecting the power supply to the system.
•Do not drop or subject to excessive impact.
•Beforecleaningtheadapter,disconnectitfromtheACpowersupplyand
use only a slightly damp cloth for the operation.

2. Introducing the system
General features
WiTouch Core 6 E represents the sixth generation of high-performance All in One
TouchPCspecicallydesignedtomeettheperformanceneedsofbothevolved
pointofsales,forcashpointapplicationsintheRetailandHospitalitymarkets,
either for Point of Information or Production Data Collection applications. In an
extremelycompactsize,similartothatofasimple21.5”monitor,wehaveintegra-
ted technologies that can satisfy even the most demanding users.
Using 10° generation Intel® Core™ processors allows top performance and low
powerconsumptionwithhighsilenceevenforhighdenitiongraphicsapplica-
tions.
The 21.5” LCD display supports a full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 px 16:9 format
and is equipped with a 10 simultaneous touch True Flat capacitive Multi Touch
sensor compatible with Windows 10 operating systems. The display also includes
aWebcam,twostereospeakersand1digitalmicrophoneperfectlyintegrated.
TheI/Oequipment(1serial,6USB,1LANe1HDMIeVGA)makesWitouchCore6E
suitable for the most different needs in several vertical applications.

1DC_IN Port. Connect the DC_IN port to the power adapter.
2USB 3.2 Gen1 Ports. Use the USB 3.2 Gen1 port to connect USB 3.2 Gen1
device.
3USB 2.0 Ports. Use the USB 2.0 ports to connect USB 2.0 devices.
4HDMI Port. Connect the display device to the HDMI port.
5VGA Port. Connect the display device to the VGA(D-sub) port.
6LAN Port. Connect an RJ-45 jack to the LAN port to connect your compu-
ter to the Network.
7Line-out (green). It is used to connect to speakers or headphones.
8Microphone (pink). It is used to connect to a microphone.
