When using your steam cleaner,basic safety precautions
should always be observed,including the following:
WARNING!:to reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock, or
injury:
1. Read all instructions before using your steam cleaner.
2. Do not use the steam cleaner outdoors.
3. Do not leave the appliance unattended when plugged
in .Always unplug the power cord from the electrical
outlet when not in use and before servicing.
4. Do not use the appliance as a toy. Close attention is
necessary when used by or near children, pets or
plants.
5. Use only as described in this manual.
6. Use only manufacturer’s recommended accessories.
7. Do not operate the appliance with a damaged plug or
cord , or if the unit has been dropped or damaged. To
avoid the risk of electric shock, do not disassemble or
attempt to repair the appliance on your own. Incorrect
re-assembly or repair can cause a risk of electrical
shock or injury to persons when the appliance is used.
8. To protect against a risk of electric shock, do not
immerse the steam cleaner into water or any other
liquids.
9. Do not carry the product by power cord, close a door
on the power cord, or pull the power cord near sharp
edges or corners. Keep power cord away from heated
surfaces.
10. Do not unplug by pulling on power cord.
11. Do not handle plug or steam cleaner with wet hands
or operate appliance without shoes.
12. Do not put any objects into steam holes. Do not use
the product with any steam holes blocked.
13. Do not put hands or feet under the steam cleaner in
case be scalded by hot steam.
14. Use only on flat, horizontal surfaces. Do not use on

walls, counters or windows.
15. Do not use on leather furniture or floors, synthetic
fabrics, velet or other delicate, steam sensitive
materials.
16. Do not add cleaning solutions, scented
perfumes,oils or any other chemicals into the water
used in this appliance as this may damage the unit or
make it unsafe for use. If you live in a hard water
area,we recommend using distilled water in your
steam cleaner.
17. Never direct steam towards people,animals or
plants.
18. Carefully remove the micro-fiber pad after you have
finished using the steam cleaner and turn off the
appliance.
19. Do not use alcohol, benzene or paint thinner on the
unit. For cleaning the appliance, cut off the power
supply and use a dry or wet cloth to wipe it.
20. Extreme caution should be paid when using this
appliance to clean stairs.
21. Never use steam cleaner without micro-fiber pad
attached, unless using it for carpet cleaning.
22. Store steam cleaner indoors in a cool and dry place.
23. To avoid circuit overload, do not operate another
appliance on the same socket (circuit) together with
the steam cleaner.
24. Do not leave the steam cleaner unattended when
the system is connected to a power supply/electrical
outlet.
25. Do not use extension cords or outlets with
inadequate current carrying capacity.
26. Do not over turn the appliance during the usage.
27. Appliances can be used by persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the

appliance in a safe way and if they understand the
hazards involved. Children shall not play with the
appliance.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by
the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly
qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard
- The appliance must not be left unattended when it is
connected to the mains. Keep children and pets away
from the device during use.
- The filling opening must not be opened during
operation. Follow the instructions in this manual for
safely filling the water tank.
- The device must not be used if it has been dropped, if
there are visible signs of damage or if it is leaking.
- Keep the device out of the reach of children when it is
powered on or cooling.
- Liquid or steam should not be directed towards
equipment with electrical components, such as the
interior of ovens.
- The appliance must be unplugged after use and
before maintenance by the user.
- Refer to the CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
section for cleaning and descaling instructions.
- Do not direct the steam towards people, animals,

electrical appliances or electrical outlets.
- Do not fill the water tank when the appliance is on.
- Please refer to the instructions in this manual
regarding the type and amount of liquid to use.
- Surfaces are likely to be hot during use.
WARNING: Your steam cleaner is designed to clean
floor with hard surfaces that can withstand high heat. Do
not use on unsealed wood floor or unglazed ceramic
floors. On surfaces that have been treated with wax
floors, the sheen may be removed by the heat and
steam action. It is always recommended to test an
isolated area of the surface before proceeding . We also
recommend that you check the use and care instructions
from the floor manufacturer.
WARNING: Danger of Scalding. Please use
caution when using the steam cleaner. The steam
emitted from the openings is very hot.
IMPORTANT : Do not store unit with damp/wet
micro-fiber cleaning pad attached. Do not store cleaning
solutions, scented perfumes, oils or any other chemicals
to the water used in this appliance. If you live in a hard
water area, we recommend using distilled water in
yous steam cleaner.

Using steam cleaner
Important: Never use the steam cleaner without the micro-fiber cleaning pad attached to the mop
head or without water in the water tank.
1. Sweep the floors before using the steam cleaner.
2. Place the micro-fiber cleaning pad underneath the mop head. Make sure that the velcro are
facing up.(as shown in picture 1)
Important:always insure that the unit is “unplugged” from the wall receptacle prior to filling and
before attaching the micro-fiber cleaning pad to the bottom of the mop head. Never use the steam
cleaner without the micro-fiber cleaning pad attached to the mop head, unless it is using for carpet
cleaning.
3. Push the “PUSH”button on main body, lift up to remove the water tank.(as shown in picture 2)
4. Turn the cap counter clockwise(as shown in picture 3),using the filling funnel,pour the water into
water tank. Do not overfill the water tank. Keep the water level below the TOP line marked
“450ml ”on the water tank.
5. Replace cap on the water tank. Make sure the cap is fastened.
6. Replace water tank onto main body.
7. Twist the quick release cord holder to unwrap the power cord completely.
How to Assemble Your steam cleaner
1.Remove all the parts from the packaging.
2.Take out the handle,open the cover for buttery box,put 2*AAA battery in it,and close the cover.(as
shown in picture 1)
3.After assembled,insert handle into the tube.(as shown in picture 2)
Push it in until you hear it click into place.
4.To disassemble the handle, pull out the cord wrap.(as shown in picture 3)
5.Push release tap on tube,then insert tube assembled with handle into main body.Make sure that
the locking tab snaps into place.
6.Disassemble the tube,push release button on back of main body, then pull it out.(as shown in
picture 4)

8. Plug into electrical outlet, the same to voltage on rating plate.
9. Turn on power switch.
10. Select power on handle.(as shown in picture 4)
11. It takes approximately 20 seconds for the unit to heat up and the steam to be ready.
12. Wait seconds,dampen the micro-fiber cleaning pad first, then begin mopping with a forward and
backward motion,it will release steam as you mop.
13. When water tank is empty, the steam cleaner will stop emitting steam.Unplug the power cord
from the electrical outlet and refill the water tank following the instructions above.
14. To clean the tile at home, remove cleaning pad, and put carpet glider on the mop.

Caution:

Care the micro-fiber cleaning pad
1. Wash the pad with a mild detergent.
2. Put it in washing machine using the warm water setting,and separately from other fabrics or
placing them in a garment bag first.

Reserve the steam cleaner
1. Let the appliance cool down completely before cleaning or storing.
2. Empty all water from the water tank after each use.

2. However,if you live in an area with hard water,it is recommended that you use distilled water.

The manufacturer guarantees the product against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2
years from the date of the original purchase. The warranty only applies if the product is for household use.
The warranty does not cover breakdowns due to normal wear and tear.
The manufacturer agrees to replace parts identied as defective by the designated distributor. The
manufacturer does not accept responsibility for the replacement of the machine, in whole or in part , and/or
ensuing damage.
The warranty does not cover breakdowns due to:
• insucient maintenance.
• abnormal assembly, adjustment or operations of the product.
• parts subject to normal wear and tear.
The warranty does not extend to:
• shipping and packaging costs.

WHAT TO DO IF MY MACHINE BREAKS DOWN?
If you bought your product in a store:
a) Empty the fuel tank.
b) Make sure that your machine is complete with all accessories supplied, and clean! If this is not the case,
the repairer will refuse the machine.
Go to the store with the complete machine and with the receipt or invoice.
If you bought your product on a website:
a) Empty the fuel tank.

c) Create a SWAP-Europe service ticket on the site: https://services.swap-europe.com When making the
request on SWAP-Europe, you must attach the invoice and the photo of the nameplate (serial number).
d) Contact the repair station to make sure it is available before dropping o the machine.
Go to the repair station with the complete machine packed, accompanied by the purchase invoice and the
station support sheet downloadable after the service request is completed on the SWAP-Europe site

THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
• Start-up and setting up of the product.
• Damage resulting from normal wear and tear of the product.
• Damage resulting from improper use of the product.
• Damage resulting from assembly or start-up not in accordance with the user manual.
• Breakdowns related to carburetion beyond 90 days and fouling of carburetors.
• Periodic and standard maintenance events.
• Actions of modication and dismantling that directly void the warranty.
• Products whose original authentication marking (brand, serial number) has been degraded, altered or
withdrawn.
• Replacement of consumables.
• The use of non-original parts.
• Breakage of parts following impacts or projections.
• Accessories breakdowns.
• Defects and their consequences linked to any external cause.
• Loss of components and loss due to insucient screwing.
• Cutting components and any damage related to the loosening of parts.
• Overload or overheating.
• Poor power supply quality: faulty voltage, voltage error, etc.
• Damages resulting from the deprivation of enjoyment of the product during the time necessary for repairs
and more generally the costs related to the immobilization of the product.
• The costs of a second opinion established by a third party following an estimate by a SWAP-Europe repair
station
• The use of a product which would show a defect or a breakage which was not the subject of an immediate
report and/or repair with the services of SWAP-Europe.
• Deterioration linked to transport and storage*.

• Damages related to the use of non-compliant fuels or lubricants.
* In accordance with transport legislation, damage related to transport must be declared to carriers within 48

Attention: all orders must be checked in the presence of the delivery person. In case of refusal by the
delivery person, it you must simply refuse the delivery and notify your refusal.

Information:
Thermal devices must be wintered each season (service available on the SWAP-Europe site). Batteries must
be charged before being stored.
