Bestimmungsgemäß dient der Mini-Schlitten DGSC zum Platz sparenden
Massetransport.
2. Montage
Hinweis
Um Funktionsstörungen und erhöhten Verschleiß zu vermeiden:
•Beachten Sie die Kennlinien und zulässigen Grenzwerte aus unserem
Katalog (www.festo.com/catalogue).
•Behandeln Sie den Mini-Schlitten 1so, dass keine Schäden an der
Führung auftreten. Bei der Befestigung an Gewinde 6, 7und (A) muss
am Schlittenjoch (S) und nicht am Gehäuse (G) gegengehalten werden.
Andernfalls kann die Führung zerstört werden.
•Achten Sie auf verzugsfreien Einbau des Mini-Schlittens 1.
•Halten Sie die zulässigen Anziehdrehmomente ein (Abschnitt 3.).
2a. Montagevarianten
•Verwenden Sie je nach Montagevariante die entsprechenden
Schrauben 2/7und die Zylinderstifte 3(Abschnitt 3.)
•Verwenden Sie Schrauben 2mit einer Einschraublänge von
1,5 x Durchmesser der Schraube1). Bei Schraube 7ist die max.
Einschraublänge 4 mm.

The mini-slide DGSC is intended for the space-saving transport of loads.
2. Mounting
Note
To avoid functional faults and increased wear:
•Observe the characteristic curves and permissible limit values in our
catalogue (www.festo.com/catalogue).
•Handle the mini-slide 1in such a way that no damage occurs to the
guide. When mounting to thread 6, 7and (A), the slide yoke (S) must
be held, not the housing (G). Otherwise, the guide can be destroyed.
•Ensure warp-free installation of the mini-slide 1.
•Observe the permitted tightening torques (Section 3.).
2a. Mounting variants
•Dependent on the mounting variant, use the corresponding screws 2/7
and cylindrical dowel pins 3(Section 3.)
•Use screws 2with a screw-in length of 1.5 x diameter of the screw1). For
screw 7the max. screw-in length is 4 mm.
