
Thank you for purchasing the WaterlevV ™ IGW-7000 Pool Service Kit
Pool filling system. This system helps installers in installing, fitting and
replacing Pool Liners.
Please Read before Operation
The WaterLevV ™ Sensor is mounted on a Nylon strap allowing the
Pool Service Technician flexibility in refilling pools at a desired height.
This allows the installer time to adjust and monitor the liner during the
refilling of the Pool.
Step 1
Connect the 90°elbow to Water OUTLET Connection on the Valve Unit.
Step 2
Attach Ground Support Spike to the Valve Control Unit with the Garden
Hose Union Supplied.
Step 3
Attach a short hose to the Outlet 90°elbow and Place Valve Control Unit
at a desired distance from the Pool. ( Grass )
Step 4
Lower the WaterLevV ™ Sensor to the desired level and affix the Nylon
Strap via the Plastic Spike provided or by placing a weighted objet on the
Strap.
Step 5
Attach the WaterLevV ™ Sensor cable and Power Supply cables to the
Valve Control Unit.
Step 6
Connect a water source to the Valve Control Units Water INLET
Connection.
Step 7
When the water level reaches the Sensor the Water Valve will shut off.
Lift Sensor to next desired Level and the Valve will re-activate.
Sensor LED definition as follows:
YELLOW indicates a LOW LEVEL Detect ( Valve On )
RED indicates a Set LEVEL Detect ( Valve Off )
GREEN indicates Send Data
Control Unit LED definition as follows:
LED No. 1 Indicates Power On Status
LED No. 2 Indicates Data Received
LED No. 3 Indicates Valve activation
Control Valve Reset Switch definition:
Press and Hold Reset Button for 3 seconds to turn off valve manually.
Maintenance:
* Keep Probe Sensor Area Clean
If there is a loss of water flow, please check the following:
1. Water Inlet screen may be blocked with dirt or debris.
Solution:
Shut off the water source and remove Inlet connection, and then remove
the ¾” – ¾” adapter. The Dirt screen is located in the Inlet port, remove,
clean and replace. Reconnect the water connection and turn on the
water source.
* If Dirt Screen is not replaced damage to the valve may occur.
2. Loss of Power
Solution: •Verify that the Power Adapter is plugged and functioning
•Power LED of the Valve Unit should be On
•If a problem persists contact service at WaterLevV ™
