Die-cut + Letterpress
Choose a Die and
Letterpress Plate
Choose a letterpress plate and
place it in the coordinating
cutting die.
Place in Cover
Place orange cover
underneath cutting die.
Built-in pins raise the
letterpress plate, allowing
it to be inked.
Tip:When pushing the die
into the cover, be sure to
push it down past the tabs
inside the cover.
Preparing
Lift the cutting die with inked
letterpress plate out of the
orange cover. Without the
cover, the letterpress plate will
nest back into the die.
Place die with letterpress plate
on the machine’s large deck.
Caution: Be sure to remove
the cover before putting the die
through the machine rollers.
Failure to remove lid will
damage die.
Follow these simple steps to die-cut and letterpress in one pass through the Fuse Creativity System®.

9
Final Step
Once the sandwich has
completely run through the
rollers, the cutting plate can be
removed and the result can be
accessed. Place the orange
cover under the die and press
down — the letterpress plate
and finished result will raise
and be easier to remove.
One Pass Through
With one hand, gently push the
sandwich toward the rollers. With
other hand, turn the crank. Once
the sandwich is connecting with
the rollers, turn the crank to move
it through.
Tip: For easier loading, hold the
sandwich and lead with one corner
rather than the whole edge.
Slight popping or creaking as the
sandwich passes through the
machine is normal.
Make a Sandwich
Place crafting material on top
of inked letterpress plate.
Add the cutting plate, rubber
side down, on top of the
crafting material.
Tip: Printed names on the
cutting plates will always
face up.
