1. ThisproductisdesignedtoreplaceOnanpartnumber300-0679in12-voltsystems.
2. ThisboardisresetbyturningofftheRUN/STOPswitch.
3. Thekeyingslotsinthecircuitboardallowittobepluggedintoa12-voltsystemonlyandalso
preventimproperinsertionintotheconnector.Takecaretoaligntheslotsandthenpresstheboard
downuntilitisfullyseatedintotheconnector.
4. TheadjustmentrangeoftheOVERCRANKalarmtimedelayis20to75seconds.Adjustthe
OVERCRANKDELAY(R1)asneeded,turningclockwisetoincreasethedelay.Theadjustmentis
clearlymarked.
5. TheadjustmentrangeoftheLOWOILPRESSUREalarmtimedelayis8to30seconds.Adjustthe
LOOILP.DELAY(R5)asneeded,turningclockwisetoincreasethedelay.Theadjustmentisclear-
lymarked.Keepingthedelayasshortaspossiblewithoutfalsetrippingwillresultinmaximum
engineprotection.

6. TheIGN/FUELoutput(pin7)andtheALARMoutput(pin8)areeachratedat5Amps(relayrated
at10Amps)regardlessofsystemvoltage.Overloadsonthesecircuitscancausedamagetotherelay
contactsandcircuitboardtracesonoriginalOnanboards.Severedamagetotracesrendersthecir-
cuitboardnon-repairable.
 TheFlightSystemsproducthasaspecialfusiblelinkthatactsasafuseincaseofanoverload.This
featurehelpstopreventdamageandallowstheboardtoberepairedinsteadofdiscarded.
7. Allsensorinputshavelterstoimprovenoiseimmunityandhelppreventfalsealarms.
8. OlderOnanboardshavetin-platedcontactngersononesideonly.LaterOnanboardshavegold
platedcontactsonbothsidesoftheboardwhichensuresamorereliableconnection.TheFlight
Systemsproductalsohasgoldplatedcontactsonbothsides.

workmanshipforaperiodoftwoyearsfromthedateitwassold.(This date appears on unit label)
FlightSystems’LimitedWarrantycoverstherepairorreplacementofdefectiveproductwithinthewarrantyperiod.It
doesnotcoverthecostofinstallation,orremovalcostsincurred,orpossibledamagetootherequipment(includingthe
generatororpartsthereof)asaresultofthisproduct.
FlightSystems(oritsauthorizedagent)shallreservetherighttodeterminethecauseofmalfunction.In the case if we
determine that it was due to abuse, misuse, improper installation, acts of nature (such as storms), failure to perform
recommended gen set maintenance procedure or problems elsewhere in the gen set, the warranty claim shall be disal-
