The 14 MPa PPC4E demo kit includes UUT (unit
under test) pressure gauges with ranges selected for
use with PPC4EX 14M pressure controller/calibrator.
The demo kit connections and gauges should be
installed with the controller/calibrator and pressure
supply as illustrated below.
Pneumatic connections that will be frequently
disconnected are o-ring type quick connectors which
can be connected without thread tape, sealant or
tools. The traditional pipe thread and tube fittings in
the kit can remain connected during transport, so that
all of the connections required for a demonstration
can be quickly connected by hand. Separate adaptors
may be needed to connect to local pressure supply.
Warning
Flexible pressure hoses in this kit have
maximum operating pressure of 17 MPa
(2500 psi).
