Section 1:
Assembling the Fin & Rudder
Install the servo for rudder
Highly recommended use a 17kg or above
high torque metal gear servo
Use epoxy to glue the rudder control horns Connect the linkage with servo horn
Use 3mm screw with lock nut

Section 2:
Assembling the elevators
Install the servo for elevators
Highly recommended use a 17kg or above
high torque metal gear servo
Use epoxy to glue the elevator control horns
Connect the linkage with servo horn
Use 3mm screw with lock nut

Section 3:
Assembling the Main Wings(Flaps &Aileron)
Use epoxy to glue the Flaps & Aileron control horns
Install the servo for Flaps & Aileron
Highly recommended use a 17kg or above for Flaps
9kg or above for Aileron
high torque metal gear servo

Connect the linkage with servo horn
Use 3mm screw with lock nut
Use epoxy
Fitandgluewingletstowingtips(candothisatlast)

Section 4:
Assembling the retracts and steering
Notice: please connect all air tubes before
Install the retracts.
Use 4mm screws to fix the retracts
Main retracts finished

Use 4mm screws to fix the nose retracts
Notice: please connect all air tubes before
Install the nose retract.
Install steering servo
Highly recommended use a high torque metal gear servo
for steering.
Connect the cable on the nose gear Connect the cable on the servo horn

Section 5:
Assembling the fuselage
Use 4mm screws to connect the nose part with the fuselage

Section 6:
Assembling the fuel tanks
Locate the two fuel tanks as the picture
(can use Silicone glue to fix the fuel tanks)

Section 7:
Assembling the turbine and tail pipe
Use epoxy to glue the engine mount
Please do the adjustment with your turbine first
can move forward or backward to fit your turbine.
Use epoxy to glue the tail cone.
Use 3mm screws to fix the tail pipe Finished

Use 3mm / 4mm screws to fix the turbine.
Use 3mm screws to fix the engine cover

Section 8:
Accessory tray installation
There have three plates can install those accessories.
(just for my suggestions, you can make your choice)
Number 1 for all air kit and sequencer
Number 2 for UAT, fuel pump and smoke pump….etc Number 3 for all batteries and receiver

The location of three accessories board
Connect all air tubes Connect all fuel tubes

Pleaes also do the same on the gear door

Following the drawing to connect all fuel lines.

Section 9:
Assembling the gear door(options: can use servo to replace the cylinder if you like)
Use epoxy to glue the LG blocks and LG
ribs to skin of wings,
Trim if needed. Make sure surfaces move
freely.
Use epoxy to glue the gear door horns
Make a mark for locate the drill space
Glue the horns on the fuselage
Install the cylinder(25mm stroke)

Connect the cylinder and the door horn
Use epoxy to glue the gear door horns
Make a mark for locate the drill space
Install the cylinder(20mm stroke) and then connect it to the door horn.

Section 10:
Combine the Main wings, rudder, elevators and ventral fins
Use the bracket to fix the rudder
(inside of the fuselage)
(or you can glue it by epoxy if you like)
Use 4mm screws to fix the elevators
(or you can glue it by epoxy if you like)
(at the bottom of fuselage)

Plug-in the main wings and then use 6mm screw to fix.
Use epoxy to glue the ventral fin
(or use a 3mm lock nut if you like)

BEFORE YOU FLY
It is assumed that the builder of this kit has acquired the basic skills and knowledge
necessary to make a safe and functional radio control installation into a model.
Therefore, these notes are intended only to assist that experience.
Travel adjust measured at root.
1. Elevator 20 mm
2. Rudder 25 mm
3. Aileron 20 mm
4. Flaps take off 35 mm
5. Flaps landing 65 mm
NOTE : Make sure the flaps travel are the same. Flaps should be deployed in landing circuit only
below 90mph
CG 75mm in front of the main spar. You can see a mark on the fuselage(please see the picture). This
is slight nose heavy position for maiden and strong winds. You can adjust the CG after the first flight.
Check the CG only and windless days. Empty tanks, UAT full and all wheels down.
Weight Dry weight will be around 10kg to 11kg depending equipment.
PSI 80—100 psi for pneumatic system
TX RX Do a complete range check before flight. Do this with turbine
running. Follow the radio's instructions.
A timer can safe your model. for example: 4L fuel with T12 turbine
The flying time will be around 7 mins with 2 mins taxing.
