connection terminals or a circuit with areas with a current which could cause an electric
shock, even in normal working conditions.
The symbol formed by an exclamation mark in a triangle shows that the instruction manual
must be referred to for information on how the machine works and its use.
The symbol formed by one square inside another square shows that the machine has
double electrical insulation.
The European Community symbol shows that the machine complies with the current
European Union legislation, as well as its transposition to local legislation.
The symbol of a rubbish bin crossed out and over a horizontal line shows that when the
product is disposed of it must be done properly, placing it in a special selective electronic
and electrical equipment container or through a dealer when purchasing a similar product,
at no additional cost. It also shows that the machine was put on the market after 13th
August 2005 (European Community Directive 2002/96/CE of Electrical and Electronic

CONNECTION
- Before connecting the power supply, make sure that the volume controls are at their minimum and that
the POWER switch is off.
- Connect the device’s power supply cable to the mains supply.
- Connect a line level signal coming from a mixer, CD player, etc. to the subwoofer’s FULL RANGE LINE
INPUT.
- Switch on the loudspeaker using the POWER switch located on the rear panel.
- Adjust the input volume to the required level with the corresponding controls.
- The loudspeaker output provides a line level making it possible to add another amplified loudspeaker,
mixer, amplifier, recorder, etc.
- When the device is not being used, switch it off: turn the volume controls down to their minimum,
deactivate it with the POWER switch and disconnect the power supply from the mains.
INSTALLATION
The line array has two installation possibilities:
1) HANGING WITH RIGGING SYSTEM

EN
- 7-
The most common and suitable way is to hang it with the rigging system. To do so, this ARRA -300A already
has an upper mount installed on the subwoofer with a central anchor point. This mount offers the possibility
of hanging from four points which allows the tilt angle to be changed.
Then, join the first of the mid-treble loudspeakers to the subwoofer. The connection parts are already installed
making its assembly very simple.
- Fit together the connection parts on the front part of the mid-treble loudspeaker in those of the subwoofer
and position the quick safety bolts as shown in the picture below.
- On the rear part, fit the mobile piece of the mid-treble loudspeakers in the subwoofer anchor hole and
position the safety bolts as shown in the following picture.

- Finally, position the rest of the loudspeakers one by one, first fixing the front part and then the rear. In the
case of the rear anchor between the mid-treble loudspeakers, the connecting system is the same as that
previously described except that it has the possibility of using different angles (0º, 2º, 4º, 6º or 8º). This is
possible thanks to the holes the anchorage parts have, as can be seen in the following image.
2) ON THE GROUND
It is also possible to install the line array on the ground with the subwoofer as the base and the mid-treble
loudspeakers on top. This is the simplest and most suitable way of positioning it if there is no possibility of
hanging.
In order to connect the subwoofer and the loudspeakers to each other, the same procedure described earlier
must be followed. The tilt of the loudspeakers can also be adjusted in order to vary the coverage angle
between 0º and 8º in steps of 2º.
