Fossil – INTERNATIONALE GARANTIE
Deine Fossil Markenuhr unterliegt hinsichtlich von Materialdefekten und Verarbeitungsfehlern einerGarantie von
zwei (2) Jahren gemäß den Garantiebestimmungen von Fossil. Die Garantie erstreckt sich auf folgende Bauteile:
dasUhrwerk, die Zeiger und das Zifferblatt. Sollte eines der oben genannten Teile innerhalb der Garantiezeit bei
normalem Gebrauch Materialdefekte oder Verarbeitungsfehler aufweisen, wird die betreffende Uhr entweder
gebührenfrei repariert oder gegen eine andere Uhr ausgetauscht (die entsprechende Entscheidung obliegt
ausschließlich der jeweiligen Kundendienstzentrale). Als Eigentumsnachweis musst Du den entsprechenden
Kaufbeleg vorlegen.
DIE GARANTIE BEZIEHT SICH NICHT AUF:
• die Batterie, das Gehäuse, das Uhrglas, die Schließe oder das Armband.
• Schäden, die durch unsachgemäße Behandlung, Nachlässigkeit, Unfälle und normale Abnutzungserscheinungen
entstehen.
• Wasserschäden, es sei denn, die Uhr trägt auf dem Gehäuseboden den Hinweis „waterproof” (wasserdicht).
Die Garantie erlischt, wenn die Uhr durch Unfälle, Nachlässigkeit, unsachgemäße Reparaturen oder andere
Umstände beschädigt wird, und die Beschädigung nicht auf Materialdefekte oder Verarbeitungsfehler
zurückzuführen ist. Falls Deine Uhr ausgetauscht wird, kann Fossil nicht dafür garantieren, dass Du wieder das
gleiche Modell erhältst. Sollte Dein ursprüngliches Modell nicht verfügbar sein, erhältst Du stattdessen eine Uhr
von ähnlichem Wert und Aussehen.

Fossil hat keine festgelegten Reparaturpreise, der Aufwand bestimmt den Preis – soweit die Reparatur nicht unter
die Garantie fällt. Sollten die Reparaturkosten 15.- Euro übersteigen, so bekommst Du einen Kostenvoranschlag
und kannst dann entscheiden, ob und welche Reparaturen durchgeführt werden sollen.
Bitte sende Deine Uhr zusammen mit dem Kaufbeleg und der entsprechenden Problembeschreibung an die für
Dich nächstgelegene autorisierte Service-Zentrale. Bei Reparaturarbeiten, die nicht unter die Bestimmungen
dieser Garantie fallen, kann Dir die Service-Zentrale in Abhängigkeit vom Uhrenmodell und der ausgeführten
Arbeiten die entsprechenden Gebühren in Rechnung stellen. Diese Gebühren können sich ohne Vorankündigung
ändern. Bitte sende Deine Uhr nicht mit der Originalverpackung ein, da diese nicht an Dich zurückgesendet
werden kann. Fossil empfiehlt, dass Du Deine Uhr als versichertes Päckchen versendest und darauf achtest,
dass die Uhr für den Transport sicher verpackt. Fossil übernimmt keine Haftung, falls Deine Uhr beim Transport
beschädigt wird oder verloren geht.

Automatic Winding Movement
A timepiece tted with an automatic winding movement obtains the power to wind itself by the movement
of your wrist, there is no battery  Therefore, not wearing the timepiece for several consecutive days could
exhaust the power reserve If your watch stops, it is recommended that you manually wind the movement by
rotating the crown clockwise to achieve the necessary power reserve
It is important your timepiece is adjusted to match the size of your wrist A loose t may result in a loss
in capacity of the timepiece to wind itself  When fully wound, your timepiece has a power reserve of
approximately 38 hours
