CLUBLINE 2
LIQUID LINE MARKER
The ClubLine 2 is versatile and simple
to use, and is the perfect solution for
small clubs and schools.
Congratulations!
FountainLine would like to congratulate you on your
decision to purchase Australia’s most recognised and
trusted brand of sports field line marker. We trust
that you will be completely satisfied with your new
ClubLine 2 Liquid Line Marker.
Unpacking and Setting Up
1. Lift the frame upwards so the frame unfolds.
Remove the top two thumb screws from the frame
and align with the side plate.
2. Insert the two M6 thumb screws into the upper
holes and tighten the lower screws.
3. Pivot the pump assembly upwards and turn the
nozzle arm to the centre of the nozzle/diaphragm
valve assembly. Check the nozzle tip is orientated
to spray across the line width.
4. Spread the marking discs apart to the correct line
width ensuring evenly spread from the nozzle.
5. Remove battery clamps from the paint container.
6. Fit the battery using the holding clamps and
connect the battery. Check the electrical wires and
connections are secure.
Directions For Use
1. Place the cylinder onto the frame and plug the
container hose on the cylinder onto the pump.
Make sure the connection ‘snaps’ on and is
securely connected.
2. Mix paint in a separate bucket, stirring thoroughly
ensuring all paint and water is mixed. Ensure a
minimum of 10 litres is mixed for the first use as
this is required for initial priming of the pump.
3. Fill the container with the marking liquid, pouring
the liquid through the filter to remove any lumps
which may block the nozzle.
4. Switch the line marker on for approximately
45 seconds to allow the paint solution to pump
through the entire delivery system (for first use
and after dry running).
5. After line marking is completed clean the delivery
system by disconnecting the tank hose and
plugging a standard garden hose into the quick
connect pump inlet fitting.
6. Turn on hose and switch on the pump until
clean water is spraying out of the nozzle
(approx. 1-2 minutes).
7. Turn off the pump and disconnect the garden hose.
Pack away for next use.
Recommendations
1. The battery is a deep cycle battery and needs to be
charging at all times when not in use.
2. Clean paint tank out if line marking not required for
more than 1 week.
3. Use genuine FountainLine marking liquids — this
will prolong the life of your machine and maintain
your warranty.
4. Always use genuine FountainLine spare parts
when necessary.
5. Clean the nozzle with a soft bristle tooth brush
when required. DO NOT use metal or sharp objects.
