INSTRUCTIONS OF CHANGING DOOR OPENING DIRECTION

TOOLS REQUIRED
•Flat screwdriver or bit
•Electrical screwdriver
CAUTION: THE BELOW TASKS MUST BE DONE ONLY
For this procedure:
two persons are required.
Adequate space in front of the cooler is needed.
BY AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL
with PH2 bit

STEP-1
REMOVE FRONT GRID (for models with front grid)
a. Open the door.
b. Unscrew the screws that shown below.
*Use the phillips screwdriver.
c. Remove the front grid by following the arrows.
d. Close the door.

STEP-2
REMOVE CANOPY (for models with Canopy)

a. Unscrew 4 screws that shown below and remove the decorave controller cover (if exists).
*Use the phillips screwdriver.
b. Unscrew 3 screws that shown below.
c. Remove the canopy by following the arrows.

STEP-3
REMOVE TOP HINGE
Model with canopy
Unscrew the screws shown in this picture.
*Use the phillips screwdriver.
*
• Second person must firmly hold the door.
• Door will be totally loose aer removing the top hinge.
• Hinge is under tension.
CAUTION:
Model without canopy

a. Remove self tapping
screws (2 pcs).
b. Remove HEX head
screws (2 pcs).
c. Remove Top hinge
cover (opon).

STEP-4
REMOVE DOOR FROM THE CABIN

a. Li the door unl it come out of the
lower hinge.
b. Remove the door carefully.
Remove the door.
*ATTENTION:
• The door is heavy.
• Place the door carefully on a clear
flat surface.

STEP-5
REMOVE TOP HINGE FROM THE DOOR
a. Remove the top hinge together with the
door spring and plasc sleeve (while removing them, will be
resistance due to the spring support inside the frame).
b. Remove decorave plug.

STEP-6.1
REMOVE AND REINSTALL FV HANDLE
a. Remove decorave taps from door
frame and save them for further using.
b. Accurately remove magnec rubber
profile from door frame.
c. Unscrew the screws that shown
in a picture.
*Use the flat screwdriver.
c. Remove door handle.
d. Accurately remove magnec
rubber profile from the door frame on
another side of the door.
e. Install handle and fix it using screws
that were removed earlier.
f. Apply magnec rubber profile back
to frame on both sides of the door.
g. Install decorave taps.

STEP-6.2
REMOVE AND REINSTALL SMART OR L-SHAPE HANDLE
a. Remove decorave taps from door frame and save them for further using.
b. Unscrew screws. Remove the handle according the picture.
c. Install the handle on the other side of cooler and fix it using screws.
d. Install decorave taps.
* Use the phillips screwdriver.
* In case you have door stopper or door lock opon see. ADDENDUM-1.

STEP-7
REMOVE AND REINSTALL LOWER HINGE

1. Unscrew 3 screws shown in this picture and remove lower hinge.
2. Install lower hinge on the other side of cooler and fix it using 3 screws.
3. Reinstall boom hinge cover (in case you have this opon).

STEP-8
INSTALL TOP HINGE TO THE DOOR
Model with canopy
Install the top hinge as shown in a picture
together with the door spring and plasc
sleeve (while installing them, will be
resistance due to the spring support
inside the frame).
Flat surface of hinge to be oriented to
the opposite side of the door.
Model without canopy
Hinge rotaon for proper preload is shown on the sketches below:
Hinge rotaon for reversible door
from right to le side hinge door.
Hinge rotaon for reversible door

STEP-9
INSTALL DOOR ON CABIN
a. Install door on the boom hinge. b. Align the door with the cooler sides.

Hinge Final Posion
le opening direcon:
turn the hinge 114° counterclockwise
and fix it on the cab roof
opening direcon:
turn the hinge 114° counterclockwise
and fix it on the cab roof
c. Use pliers to rotate hinge by 90°
counterclockwise to load the spring.
d. While holding the hinge in aligned
posion with cabin holes ghten
3 screws holding hinge in place.

c. Rotate hinge clock wise (Right hinge door)
OR counter-clockwise(Le hinge door).
d. Using electric screw drivers fix screws
used for top hinge fixing (Removed
at Step 3).
e. Install top hinge cover (opon).

STEP-10
INSTALL CANOPY (for models with Canopy)
a. Install the canopy by following the arrows.
b. Fix the canopy using 3 screws that were removed earlier as shown below.
c. Install decorave controller cover removed earlier (if exists) and fix it using screws
*Use the phillips screwdriver.

STEP-11
INSTALL FRONT GRID (for models with front grid)
a. Open the door. b. Fold the bracket from the hinge installaon side and unfold
bracket on opposite side (for grids with that opon).
*Use the phillips screwdriver.
c. Place the lower hinge cover (for grids with that opon).
d. Install the grid in its new posion.
e. Install the front grid by following the arrows.
* In case you have door stopper
or door lock opon see.

APPENDIX-1
DOOR OPTIONS

In case of door lock opon:
Remove the two rivets and use new rivets to
place them to the opposite side of the door
lower profile as shown in the figures.
a. Remove the rod holder bracket by unscrewing
self-taping screws and install it on the opposite
side of the door profile.
In case of door holder opon:
b. Remove the door holder rod & washer by
opening Hex. socket head screw and install it
on the opposite side of the door profile as
shown in the figures.
c. Please connue with the STEP-11.
*Use the hand drill with 3.5mm drill bit
and the hex key.

In case of door lock opon:
Remove the rivet and use a new rivet
to place it to the opposite side of the
front grid as shown in the figures.
Remove the door holder bracket &
it’s base plate and install it on the
opposite side of the front grid as
shown in the figures.
In case of door holder opon:
*Use the hand drill with 3.5mm drill bit
and the hex key.

ШАГ-1
СНЯТИЕ ПЕРЕДНЕЙ РЕШЕТКИ (для моделей с передней решеткой)
a. Откройте дверь.
b. Открутите винты-саморезы, как показано ниже.
*Используйте крестовую биту.
c. Снимите решетку, как указано стрелками.
d. Закройте дверь.

СНЯТИЕ ПАНЕЛИ РЕКЛАМЫ (для моделей с рекламой

*Используйте крестовую биту.
b. Отверните винты-саморезы, показанные на рисунке.
c. Снимите панель рекламы, как указано стрелками.
a. Отверните 4 винта-самореза, показанные на рисунке, и снимите декоративную крышку
контроллера (если установлена).

ШАГ-3
СНЯТИЕ ВЕРХНЕЙ ПЕТЛИ
Модель с рекламой
Отверните винты-саморезы, показанные на рисунке.
*Используйте крестовую биту.
*
• Дверь должен крепко поддерживать второй человек.
•
ВНИМАНИЕ!
Модель без рекламы

a. Открутите саморезы с
крестообразным
шлицем (2 шт).
b. Открутите саморезы с
шестигранной головкой
(2 шт).
c. Снимите крышку
верхней петли (опция).
После снятия верхней петли дверь полностью
освободится.
•
Петля находится в напряженном состоянии.
