を保管してください。
スピンドルとカッターは高速で回転します。可動
部品によって押しつぶされたり、切断されるおそ
れがあります。手を可動部品に近づけないでくだ
さい。

ツールに表示されているラベルやマーキングを削

ンが判読できなくなったり外れた場合は、即座

空気供給および接続における危険
加圧された空気は重傷を引き起こす可能性があ
ります。
使用していないとき、アクセサリーを変更する
前、または修理を行うときは、常に空気供給を
遮断し、ホースから空気圧を抜いて、空気供給
からツールを外してください。
自分や他の人にエアを絶対に向けないでくださ
い。
ホースが暴れると重傷を引き起こす可能性があ
ります。ホースや継手が損傷しているか、緩ん
でいないかを常に確認してください。
ツールでクイックディスコネクトカップリング
を使用しないでください。正しい据え付け方法
については、手順を参照してください。
ユニバーサルツイストカップリングを使用する
場合は常に、ロックピンを取り付ける必要があ
ります。
6.3 bar / 90 psig / 0.63MPaの最大空気圧、または
ツールの銘板に記載されている最大空気圧を超
えないでください。
絡まりの危険性
回転中の駆動部には近づかないでください。ス
ロットルが解放された後、数秒間回転が継続す
ることがあります。回転が停止するまでツール
を置かないでください。
ゆったりした衣服、手袋、並びに身体に密着し
ていない装身具、ネックレス、頭髪など、巻き
込みの恐れのあるものを工作機械および付属機
器に近づけないようにしてください。機械詰ま
り、頭皮の引き込み、裂傷などを引き起こす原
因になります。
カッター、切りくず、または作業面に触れると
、切断または火傷する可能性があります。接触
を避け、適切な手袋を着用して手を保護してく
ださい。
カッターを押してカッターを止めないでくださ
い。
飛散物の危険性
アクセサリーやワークピースの故障により、高
速飛散物が発生する可能性があります。金属の
切りくずや小さな飛散物であっても目を傷つけ
て失明の原因となることがあります。
ツールの操作、修理、保守の際、あるいはツー
ルのアクセサリーを交換する際、または、その
近くにいる場合、必ず目と顔を守る耐衝撃性防
具を着用してください。
同じ場所にいるほかの全員も、耐衝撃性のある
目と顔の保護装備を装着してください。
ひび割れや変形したアクセサリーは使用しない
でください。
付属のツールを使用して、カッターが適切に固
定されていることを確認してください。
火花や金属片が危険を引き起こさない方向に向
けられていることを確認してください。
ワークピースがしっかりと固定されているか確
認してください。

アクセサリーの危険性
アクセサリーを交換するときは、常に空気の供
給を止め、ホースの空気圧を開放し、エア供給
からツールを切断してください。
推奨されるサイズと種類のアクセサリーおよび
消耗品のみを使用してください。
使用前にカッターを点検してください。落とし
たカッターや、欠けたり、ひび割れたり、欠陥
のあるカッターは使用しないでください。
刃先は鋭く、使用中に熱くなることがあります
。使用中や使用後の接触を避け、手を保護する
ために手袋を着用してください。
操作に伴う危険性
作業者と保守要員には、本ツールの大きさ、
重量および動力の取り扱いが可能な身体能力
が必要です。
ハンドルを両手で持ってツールを正しく保持
します。突然の動きに対抗する準備をします
。
切りくずや切断による怪我を避けてください
。空気供給がツールに接続されているときは
カッターとの接触を常に避けてください。手
袋、エプロン、ヘルメットなどの保護具を着
用してください。
怪我は、ツールのコントロール不良による動
きによって引き起こされる可能性があります
。常に、すべてのベースプレートがワークピ
ースに対してしっかりと保持されていること
を確認してください。
これらのツールで切断すると、ワークピース
に高温かつ鋭利なエッジが作成されます。手
を保護するために手袋を着用してください。
常に鋭利なカッターを使用してください。
カッターが停止するのを待ってから、ツール
を下に置いてください。露出した回転中のカ
ッターが表面に当たって食い込むことにより
、制御を失い、重傷を負う可能性があります
。
定格容量よりも速く、または定格容量より厚
い材料を切断するために無理にツールを使用
しないでください。
繰り返し動作の危険性
パワーツールを使って作業に関連する動作を
行う際に、手や腕、肩、首、その他の身体の
部位に作業員が不快感をもつことがあります
。
足元をしっかりと保ち、無理な姿勢やバラン
スを崩した姿勢を避けながら操作しやすい姿
勢を取ってください。長時間の作業中に姿勢
を変えることで、不快感や疲労を避けること
ができます。
持続的な不快感や繰り返しのある不快感、痛
み、拍動、疼き、刺痛、麻痺、焼けるような
感覚、固さといった兆候を無視しないでくだ
さい。ツールの使用を中止し、雇用主に伝え
、医師の診察を受けてください。
騒音および振動の危険
高音量により、永続難聴やその他の耳鳴りな
どの問題を引き起こす可能性があります。ご
自身の雇用者、または職業上の健康と安全の
ための規定で推奨される防音用耳栓を使用し
てください。
振動にさらされると、手と腕の神経や血液供
給の障害を引き起こす可能性があります。暖
かい衣服を着用し、手を暖かく乾燥した状態
に保ってください。皮膚のしびれ、刺痛、痛
み、または白化が発生した場合は、ツールの
使用を中止し、雇用主に伝えて医師に相談し
てください。
一般に、強く握るほど振動によるリスクが大
きくなるため、ツールは軽いながら安全なよ
うに握って保持してください。
騒音および振動レベルの不必要な増加を防ぐ
には：
この取扱説明書に従って、工具の
操作とメンテナンス、アクセサリおよ
び消耗品の選択、保守、交換を行いま
す。
制振材を使用して、ワークピース
の「うなり」を防ぎます。
作業場の危険性
滑ること、つまずくこと、転倒が重大なケガや死亡
事故の主な原因です。歩行面や作業場の床に置かれ
た余分なホースに気をつけてください。
病気（例えば、がん、先天性欠陥、喘息および/ま
たは皮膚炎）を引き起こす可能性のある作業プロセ
スで、ダストや煙の吸入、または破片の取り扱いは
避けてください。浮遊粒子を生成する材料を扱う際
は、粉塵抽出器を使用し、呼吸保護具を着用してく
ださい。
動力によるサンディング、のこぎり作業、研削、穴
あけ、その他の建設作業で発生する粉塵の中には、
カリフォルニア州で癌や先天性欠損症またはその他
の生殖障害を引き起こすことが知られている化学物

質が含まれています。これらの化学物質の例は次の

鉛系塗料の鉛
結晶質シリカ製のレンガおよびセメン
トおよび他のレンガ製品
化学処理ゴムからのヒ素とクロム
これらへの暴露のリスクは、この種の作業の頻度
によって異なります。これらの化学物質への暴露
を減らすには、換気の良い場所で作業し、微細粒
子を除去するために特別に設計された防塵マスク
などの承認済みの安全装置を使用してください。
慣れない環境で作業する場合は、細心の注意を払っ
てください。電気線やその他の配管配線など、隠れ
た危険性が存在する可能性があります。
このツールは、爆発の可能性のある雰囲気での使用
を目的としておらず、電力との接触について絶縁さ
れていません。
保護具
常に安全メガネ、防音保護具、フェイスシール
ド、安全エプロン、ヘルメット、手袋、その他必
要な保護服などの、必要となる保護具を着用して
ください。 必要に応じて保護バリアを使用して
ください。
警告 物的損害または重傷のリスク
ツールを操作する前に、必ずすべての指
示を読み、理解し、指示に従ってくださ
い。すべての指示に従わない場合、感
電、火災、物的損害、および/または重
傷を負う可能性があります。

使用説明書
本製品は、スチール溶接ビード除去用に設計され
ています。
その他の使用は許可されていません。業務用に限
るものとします。
運転
2,3 ページの図を参照してください。
アクセサリーをツールに正しく固定します。
意図しない始動を避けるため、ワークピース
まで運ぶには指定された領域を使用してくだ
さい（図 2を参照）。
図3に従って適切なホースと接続を使用して、
デバイスを清潔で乾燥した空気供給源に接続
します。
カッターの高さを調整するには、
oロックナット (D) を反時計回りに回し
てロックを解除します。
o調整ハンドル (E) を時計回りに回し
て、カッターを上に移動させます。
o調整ハンドル (E) を反時計回りに回し
て、カッターを下に移動させます。
o切削深さを推奨表図 4通りに調整しま
す。
oロックナット (D) を時計回りに回し
て、カッターの高さをロックします。
操作を開始するには、
oメインハンドル (A) と支えハンドル (B)
をしっかりと保持します。
o図5に示すように、機械をワークピー
スの直立させて配置します。カッター
は、突然の反力を防ぐために、この段
階ではまだ材料と係合していません。
oトリガー (C) を押し、メインハンドル
をゆっくりと下げます。カッターが材
料に接触したら、機械を前方に押しま
す。
操作を停止するには、
oメインハンドル (A) と支えハンドル (B)
をしっかりと保持します。
oカッターの回転を停止する前にワーク
ピースから工具を取り外し、突然の反
力を防ぎます。
oトリガー (C) を解放します。
oツールを脇に置く前に、カッターの停
止を視覚的に確認します。
空気供給の安全使用に関する注意
空気供給ホースの外面は、耐油性かつ耐摩耗
性である必要があります。
すべての接続は良好な状態にあり、正しく取
り付けられている必要があります。 破損、擦
り切れ、劣化したホースや継手は使用しない
でください。必要に応じて交換してくださ
い。ホースと継手を改造しないでください。

使用後は常にホースを熱源や日光から適切に
離して保管し、使用前に点検してください。
ホースの障害は怪我の原因となります。
ツールを回転させても供給ホースがゆがんだ
り、切断されたりしないように、スイベルカ
ップリングの使用をお勧めします。
空気供給をオンにする前に、必ずホースを機
械に接続してください。
カッターの交換
3ページの図 6を参照してください。
ツールから空気供給を外します。
カッター部品が見えるように、機械を上向
きにします。4本の M6x25 低頭キャップスク
リュー（A）を六角レンチ（4mm 六角）で外
します。
カッターを横にして機械を置きます。ロッ
クナット (B) を反時計回りに回して緩めま
す。
調整ハンドル (C) を反時計回りに回してガイ
ドアーム (D) を下げ、ベアリングケース (E)
を取り外します。
スピンドル (G) からスプリットピン (F) を引
き出します。スピンドルのギア側に六角レ
ンチ (6mm 六角) をセットし、スピンドルナ
ット (H) を取り外します。
スピンドルからベアリング (I) とスペーサー
(J) を取り外し、スピンドルをギアに向かっ
て引き抜き、カッター (K) を取り外します。
カッターの取り付けは、上記説明の逆の順
序で簡単に行うことができます。
低頭キャップスクリュー（A）を取り付ける
際は、スピンドルをゆっくりと回して、部
品を確実かつ正確に位置合わせしてくださ
い。
カッターの安全使用に関する注意
ひび割れ、破損、または摩耗したカッター
は絶対に使用しないでください。
機械またはカッターが極端に低温または高
温の場所に保管されている場合は、慎重に
テストを実行してください。
機械を落とした場合は、操作前にカッター
の状態を注意深く確認してください。
空気の品質
空気ラインから水や異物を除去する必要がありま
す。汚れた空気は、予期しない部品の摩耗を引き
起こし、動作効率を低下させます。
潤滑
タービンオイル ISOVG32 または同等のエアライ
ン潤滑剤を使用し、毎分 2滴に調整します。潤滑
されていない空気は、予期しない部品の摩耗を引
き起こし、動作効率を低下させます。
ボールベアリング、ギア、ギヤケーシングにはリ
チウムグリースの使用をお勧めします。
定期点検と修理
運転中に異常な現象を感じたり気いたりし
た場合は、点検と修理のためにすぐに運転
を停止してください。
定期的なオーバーホールは、500 時間ごと、
または 6 か月使用ごとに行うことをお勧めし
ます。
不二の品質と性能を維持するために、すべ
ての部品の交換は不二純正部品で行う必要
があります。
機械を検査または修理する際は、空気の供
給を停止し、エアモーターをエアホースか
ら外してください。
機械の組み立て直し後、ボルトとナットを
しっかりと締めて、すべてのコンポーネン
トが正しく組み立てられていることを確認
してください。

Safety
SAFETY is a primary consideration when using FRC-
200S-1. The machine should be used in the right way
with good understanding of how to use the tool safely.
Read and fully understand all the instructions before
use of the tool. If not, it might be dangerous to use the
tool. Keep this instruction manual for future reference.
Spindle and Cutter are rotating at high speed. Moving
parts can crush and cut. Keep hands away from
moving parts
Additional safety information is available from the
manufacturer or manufacturer’s agent in your country
when necessary.
Do not remove or allow to become obscured any labels
and/or markings shown on the tool.
Labels must be replaced immediately when damaged or
unreadable.

Air supply and connection hazards
Air under pressure can cause severe injury.
Always shut off air supply, drain hose of air
pressure and disconnect tool from air supply
when not in use, before changing accessories or
when making repairs.
Never direct air at yourself or anyone else.
Whipping hoses can cause severe injury. Always
check for damaged or loose hoses and fittings.
Do not use quick disconnect couplings at tool.
See instructions for correct set up.
Whenever universal twist couplings are used,
lock pins must be installed.
Do not exceed maximum air pressure of 6.3 bar /
90 psig / 0.63MPa, or as stated on tool nameplate.
Entanglement hazards
Keep away from rotating drive. Rotation may
continue for several seconds after the throttle
has been released. Do not lay the tool down
until rotation has stopped.
Choking, scalping and / or lacerations can
occur if loose clothing, gloves, jewellery, neck
ware and hair are not kept away from tool and
accessories.
You can be cut or burned if you come into
contact with the cutter, chips or work surface.
Avoid contact and wear suitable gloves to
protect hands.
Never stop a cutter by pressing on it.
Projectile hazards
Failure of the accessory or the workpiece can
generate high-velocity projectiles. Metal
cuttings and even small projectiles can injure
eyes and cause blindness.
Always wear impact-resistant eye and face
protection when involved with or near the
operation, repair or maintenance of the tool or
changing accessories on the tool.
Be sure all others in the area are wearing
impact-resistant eye and face protection.
Do not use cracked or deformed accessories.
Ensure the cutter is properly clamped using
the tools provided.
Ensure that sparks and metal cuttings are
directed so as not to cause a hazard.
Ensure that the workpiece is securely fixed.
Accessory hazards
Always shut off air supply, relieve hose of air
pressure and disconnect tool from air supply
when changing accessories.
Use only recommended sizes and types of
accessories and consumables.
Inspect the cutter before use. Do not use cutters
which may have been dropped or which are
chipped, cracked or otherwise defective.
Cutting edges are sharp and can become hot
during use. Avoid contact during and after use
and wear gloves to protect hands.

Operating hazards
Operators and maintenance personnel must be
physically able to handle the bulk, weight and
power of the tool.
Hold the tool correctly using both hands on the
handles: be ready to counteract sudden
movements.
Avoid injury by cutting or severing: avoid contact
with the cutter whenever the air supply is
connected to the tool. Wear protective equipment
such as gloves, apron and helmet.
Injury can be caused by uncontrolled movements
of the tool: always ensure that all of the base plate
is held firmly against the workpiece.
Cutting with these tools will create hot and sharp
edges on the workpiece. Wear gloves to protect
hands.
Always use sharp cutters.
Wait for the cutter to stop before setting the tool
down. An exposed rotating cutter may engage the
surface leading to possible loss of control and
serious injury.
Never force tool to cut faster or through heavier
gauge material than rated capacity.
Repetitive motion hazards
When using a power tool to perform work-related
activities, the operator might experience
discomfort in the hands, arms, shoulders, neck, or
other parts of the body.
Adopt a comfortable posture whilst maintaining
secure footing and avoiding awkward or off-
balance postures. Changing posture during
extended tasks can help avoid discomfort and
fatigue.
Do not ignore symptoms such as persistent or
recurring discomfort, pain, throbbing, aching,
tingling, numbness, burning sensation, or
stiffness. Stop using the tool, tell your employer
and consult a physician.
Noise and Vibration hazards
High sound levels can cause permanent hearing
loss and other problems such as tinnitus. Use
hearing protection as recommended by your
employer or occupational health and safety
regulations.
Exposure to vibration can cause disabling
damage to the nerves and blood supply of the
hands and arms. Wear warm clothing and keep
your hands warm and dry. If numbness, tingling,
pain or whitening of the skin occurs, stop using
tool, tell your employer and consult a physician.
Hold the tool in a light but safe grip because the
risk from vibration is generally greater when the
grip force is higher.
To prevent unnecessary increases in noise and
vibration levels:
Operate and maintain the tool, and select,
maintain and replace the accessories and
consumables, in accordance with this instruction
manual;
Use damping materials to prevent workpieces
from “ringing.”
Workplace hazards
Slip/Trip/Fall is a major cause of serious injury
or death. Be aware of excess hose left on the
walking or work surface.
Avoid inhaling dust or fumes or handling debris
from the work process which can cause ill health
(for example, cancer, birth defects, asthma
and/or dermatitis). Use dust extraction and wear
respiratory protective equipment when working
with materials which produce airborne particles.
Some dust created by power sanding, sawing,
grinding, drilling and other construction
activities contains chemicals known to the State
of California to cause cancer and birth defects or
other reproductive harm. Some examples of
these chemicals are:
Lead from lead-based paints
Crystalline silica bricks and cement and other
masonry products
Arsenic and chromium from chemically-
treated rubber
Your risk from these exposures varies, depending on
how often you do this type of work. To reduce your
exposure to these chemicals: work in a well-
ventilated area, and work with approved safety
equipment, such as dust masks that are specially
designed to filter out microscopic particles.
Proceed with care in unfamiliar surroundings.
Hidden hazards may exist, such as electric or
other utility lines.
This tool is not intended for use in potentially
explosive atmospheres and is not insulated from
coming into contact with electric power.

Protective equipment
Always wear necessary protective equipment such as
an eye protector, an ear protector, a face shield, a
safety apron, a helmet, gloves and other necessary
protective clothing. Use protective barriers where
necessary.

Statement of use
This product is designed for removing steel welding
beads.
No other use permitted. For professional use only.
Operation
See figures on page 2,3.
Fix the accessories properly to the tool.
Use designated area for transportation to the
workpiece, see fig.2, to avoid unintentional start.
Connect device to a clean and dry air supply, with
suitable hose and connections according to fig.3.
To adjust cutter height,
oturn the Lock Nut (D) counterclockwise
to unlock.
oturn the Adjusting Handle (E) clockwise
to move the cutter up.
oturn the Adjusting Handle (E)
counterclockwise to move the cutter
down.
oadjust the cutting depth to
recommendation table fig.4.
oturn the Lock Nut (D) clockwise to lock
cutter height.
To start operation,
oFirmly hold the Main Handle (A) and the
Dead Handle (B).
oPlace the machine on the work piece at
up-right position as shown in fig.5. The
Cutter is not yet engaged with the
material at this stage, to prevent sudden
reaction.
oPress the Trigger (C) and lower the Main
Handle slowly. When the Cutter contacts
the material, press the machine forward.
To stop operation,
oFirmly hold the Main Handle (A) and the
Dead Handle (B).
oRemove the tool from the workpiece
before stopping the cutter rotation., to
prevent sudden reaction.
oRelease the Trigger (C).
oVisually confirm cutter stop before
putting the tool aside.
Caution for Safety Use of Air Supply
Air supply hose must be oil resistant and with
abrasion resistant exterior surface.
All connections must be in good condition and
properly installed. Do not use damaged, frayed
or deteriorated hose and fittings. Replace them
when necessary. Do not reform the hose and
fittings.
Always store the hose properly away from heat
sources and sunlight after use and inspect
before use. A hose failure can cause injury.
The use of a swivel coupling is recommended
so that rotating the tool will not distort or cause
disconnection of the supply hose.
Be sure to connect the hose to the machine
before switching on the air supply.
Cutter replacement
See Fig.6 page 3.
Disconnect air supply from the tool.
Make the machine face-up to see the cutter part.
Unfasten 4 pcs M6x25 Low head cap screw (A)
by an Allen head wrench (4mm Hex) .

Place the machine with the Cutter sideward. Turn
the Lock nut (B) counterclockwise to loosen.
Turn the Adjusting handle (C) counterclockwise
to lower the Guide arm (D) and remove the
Bearing case (E).
Pull out the Split pin (F) from the Spindle (G). Set
anAllen head wrench (6mm Hex) on the gear side
of the spindle and remove the spindle nut (H).
Remove the Bearing (I) and Spacer (J) from the
Spindle and pull out the spindle toward the gear to
remove the Cutter (K).
The Cutter mounting can be easily made in the
opposite order explained above.
When assembling Low head cap screw (A), make
sure to gently turn the spindle to ensure correct
alignment of the parts.
Caution for Safety Use of Cutter
Never use a Cutter which is cracked, damaged or
worn-out.
When the machine or cutter is stored in extremely
cold or hot places, make careful test runs.
If the machine is dropped, carefully check the
Cutter status before operation.
Air quality
It is necessary to remove water and foreign particles
from the air line. Dirty air will cause unexpected parts
wear and reduce operation efficiency.
Lubrication
Use an air line lubricator with Turbine Oil ISOVG32
or equivalent, adjusted to two (2) drops per minute.
Not lubricated air will cause unexpected parts wear and
reduce operation efficiency.
Lithium grease is recommended to be used for Ball
Bearing, Gears and Gear Casing.
Periodical Check and Repair
Whenever any unusual phenomena are felt or
noticed during operation, stop operation at once
for inspection and repair.
Periodical overhaul is recommended every 500
hour use or every 6 months.
Replacement of any parts must be done with Fuji
genuine parts to keep Fuji quality in performance
and durability.
Whenever the machine is inspected or repaired,
stop air supply and disconnect the air motor from
the air hose.
After the machine is reassembled, make sure that
all components are correctly assembled with bolts
and nuts tightened firmly.
Disposal
•The disposal of this equipment must follow the
legislation of the respective country.
•All damaged, badly worn or improperly
functioning devices MUST BE TAKEN OUT
OF OPERATION.
•The disposal of this equipment must follow the
legislation of the respective country.
•Repair only by technical maintenance staff.
Maintenance instructions
•Follow local country environmental
regulations for safe handling and disposal of
all components.
•Maintenance and repair work must be carried out
by qualified personnel using only original spare
parts. Contact the manufacturer or your nearest
authorized dealer for advice on technical service
or if you require spare parts.
•Always ensure that the machine is disconnected
from energy source to avoid accidental operation.
•Disassemble and inspect the tool every three (3)
months if the tool is used every day. Replace
damaged or worn parts.
