Owner’s Manual

Warning. Before every ride!
Cycling is an inherently dangerous activity.The likelihood of accidents is
greatly increased if your Quick Release Skewer (or any part) is incorrectly
installed.
Incorrect installation or damage to the Quick Release Skewer or any other
part could cause an accident resulting in injury or death.
Before you ride.Make sure all the components are tightly fastened and
secure to the bike.
Check the brakes by making
sure the levers cannot be pulled
all the way
Ensure that the seat tube is
not over extended
Make sure the
stem is securely
locked up
Check that the central folding
mechanism is locked out and that
the lever cannot be turned

Make sure the Quick Release Levers are Closed.
If the quick release lever can be easily closed, this means it
is not secured tightly enough! Open the lever and tighten
the tension adjusting nut until it can be closed tightly.

Getting Your Bike Ready For Your First Ride
Remove all the
packaging from
your new FX
Locate and unfold
the steering stem
Straighten up and
lock the handlebar

above the rear

Using The Pre-Installed Indicator Lights

Switch on the indicators by
pressing the white button behind
the battery
You can activate the indicators
using the remote on your
dashboard
The indicator buttons will flash red when the indicators are activated.
You can hold both left and right buttons to activate the hazard lights
To recharge your
indicators you need to
first slide the indicators
out of the battery
Charge the indicators
using any USB
charging port with the
cable provided
If the indicator remote is
not working. You need to
replace the internal
CR1620 battery by
opening up the remote.

Power On/Off
Hold down the MODE button and the display will switch on and light
up (if the battery has been switched on…). Hold down the MODE
button again and the display will switch off.
Walk assist mode
Press and hold the DOWN button for 2
seconds and your e-bike motor will start
to run at auniform speed of 6Km/h.The
display will show “P” on the screen whilst
in this “Walk Assist” mode.
Using The On-Board Computer
Led Backlight
Press UP for 2seconds to turn on the backlight of the display.Hold
UP again for 2seconds and the light is turned off.
Power assistance selection
Use the UP and DOWN buttons to
change the assistance provided by the
Motor.The power ranges from level 1to
level 5
Access the settings
1- Hold both UP and DOWN for 2 second to enter the Settings Menu.
2- Then navigate through the settings by tapping the MODE button.
3- Use UP and DOWN to chooses settings and MODE to confirm

Give Your FX Love And Attention

Safety Instructions
CAUTION!
Only use the provided battery charger.
Only charge the FX indoors, in a well ventilated and dry location
(i.e. keep out of the rain and avoid extreme temperature
fluctuations).
For ultimate charging, charge at temperatures between 0°C and
50°C.
Place charger on ahard surface and ensure it is not covered.
Never place on carpet or another textile surface.
Always keep the plug and charger connector free of dirt and
moisture, especially while charging.
Do not use the charger or charger plug when damaged.If in
doubt about the condition of your charger, please contact
FuroSystems.
Never charge the battery in direct sunlight.Keep away from
windows or open doors.
When the FX isn't used for along period, please make sure the
battery is either connected to the charger or the battery gets a
full charge cycle every 6months
Ensuring Battery Health
•Please charge at least every 6 months
•Never store the FX for more than one month with a drained
battery
The strength & stiffness of carbon fibre composite frames &
components can be adversely affected by high temperatures. Do
not keep the bike in poorly ventilated areas, where it is exposed to
radiant heat sources.

FuroSystems guarantees each new bicycle frame against defects in
workmanship and materials for two years. All original components
are also covered by warranty for aperiod of two years from the
date of purchase.This warranty is expressly limited to the
replacement of adefective frame, or defective parts and is the sole
remedy of the warranty.This warranty applies only to original
owners and is not transferable.Claims under this warranty must be
made directly to the place at which you purchased the bike, and
proof of purchase is required.This warranty does not cover normal
wear and tear, improper assembly or follow-up maintenance, or
installation of parts or accessories.The warranty does not apply to
damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
Modification of the frame or components shall void this warranty.
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to negligence,
shall FuroSystems or FuroSystems distributor (seller) be liable for
any special or consequential damages that result from the inability
to use the materials in this manual, even if FuroSystems has been
advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not
allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or
consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may
not apply to you.
As with all mechanical components, bicycles are subjected to wear
and tear, as well as high stresses.Different materials and
components may fatigue in different ways. If the design life of a
component has been exceeded, it can suddenly fail, possibly
causing injuries to the rider.Any form of crack, scratches or change
of colouring can indicate that the life of the components has been
reached and should be replaced.

and rims.Any part of apoorly maintained bike can break or
malfunction leading to an accident resulting in serious injury or

may result in serious injury or death.

Please note all the product specific demands for third party
products you add to the bike. Child and baggage carriers add
weight and raise the centre of gravity making balance and
cornering more difficult. If you lose control, you and your child
passenger can be severely injured or killed.

Failure to confirm compatibility, properly install, operate and
maintain any component or accessory can result in serious injury or
death.Do not modify your bike frame or components in any way.
Modifications can cause damage leading to an accident that can
result in severe injury or death. Incompatible accessories or
improper mounting of accessories can adversely affect the
performance of your bicycle and may be unsafe
