REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS
CAPACITOR INSTALLATION KIT OP05-143
AT-1575 ANTENNA COUPLER PCB
These instructions cover how to replace the PCB of AT-1575 antenna coupler for the SSB Radio
Telephone FS-1575.
Note: Check the PCB version before replacement. The replacement board should be ordered
before proceeding with these instructions.
The new board 05P0883-22 (Code: 000-176-005-12) is not included with this kit.
Where the new board is already installed in the AT-1575, board replacement is not required.

How to remove the old PCB
1. Unfasten the pan head screws (M4x14, 8 pcs.), then remove the cover.

Note: Screws, plates and cables will be used again. Do not throw them away.

2. Check the version of the Board.
3. Disconnect the wires from TB5.
4. Unfasten the screw on TB4 (M4x6), then disconnect the shield cable.
5. Unfasten the washer head screws (M3x12), then remove clamp4.
6. Disconnect the coaxial cable from TB1.
7. Unfasten the washer head screw (M3x8,10pcs.,indicated in figure above) and remove the
protection plate (05-106-3707-0) from the board.
8. Unfasten the screw on TB2 (M4x6), then disconnect the wire assembly (Type AF).
9. Unfasten the screw on TB3 (M4x6), then disconnect the transmission cable.
10. Disconnect the cables from J1 and J2 connectors.
11. Remove the cables from Clamp 2 and Clamp 3.
12. Remove the cable from Clamp 1.

13. Use a cutter to remove the double-sided tape on Clamp 3, then remove the clamp.
14. Unfasten the hex-nut with a spanner.
15. Fix the new clamp to the location indicated in the figure below. Use the double-sided tape
attached to the clamp to secure the clamp in place.
16. Use the hex-nut removed at step 14 secure the fixing plate. Recommended fastening torque
is 2.2 Nm.
17. Unfasten the washer head screw (M4x15) and the wire assembly (Type AF) from the right
side of the ground plate.
18. Fasten the wire assembly (Type AF, Supplied and Installed) together with
washer head screw removed on step 17. Recommended fastening torque is 1.47Nm.

How to install the new PCB

1. Connect the cables to J1 and J2. Referring to the above figure, secure the cables with their
cable clamps.
2. Connect the transmission cable to TB3 with the screw (M4x6).
3. Secure the board with the ten washer head screws (M3x8) removed in the previous
procedure. Refer to the above figure for screw locations.
The protection plate (05-106-3707) should be installed together with the board.
4. Connect the coaxial cable to TB4, then fasten clamp 4 with two washer head screws (M3x12).
5. Referring to the figure below, connect the wires to TB5, then secure the shield wire to the
fixing plate with screw on TB4 (M4x6).

6. Fasten wire assembly (Type AF, supplied) to the fixing plate with the supplied washer head
screw. Recommended fastening torque is 1.2Nm
7. Check the gasket is engaged to the posts on the casing then fasten the cover with the pan
head screws (M4x14, 8 pcs.).

10. ア レ ス タ 板に、 TB4 の付属ネジ （M4×6） で、 信号ケーブルのシール ド にある圧着端子を固定 し ま
す。 TB5 の接続は、 下図の通 り です。
11. 支給のナベセムスネジ （M4×6） を使っ て、 基板取外 し手順 19 で取 り 付けた線加工 AF 型 （支給分）
を基板取外し手順 17 で取り付けたアレスタ板に固定します （締め付けトルク ： 1.2N ･ m） ｡
12. 下図を参照し て、 ケースに乗っ ているパ ッ キンの穴が、 ケースの穴 と合っ ている こ と を確認し 、
基板取外 し 手順 1 で取 り 外 し たナベ コ ネジ で フ タ を閉めます｡
注） フ タ を閉める際は、 線加工 AF 型がケース と フ タ の間に挟ま っ ていない こ と を
確認し て く だ さ い｡

カ プ ラー基板取付け手順
ア ン テナ カ プ ラ ー AT-1575 内部 （基板交換後）
1. ク ラ ン プ 1 で、 線加工 AF 型を固定 し ます｡
2. ク ラ ン プ 2 と 3 に、 線加工 AF 型 と受信用 ミ ニピ ンケーブルを挿入 し ます。
3. J1/J2 コ ネ ク ターに、 受信用 ミ ニピ ン ケーブルを挿入 し ます。
4. 端子台 （TB2） に、 付属ネジ （M4×6） で、 線加工 AF 型を固定 し ます。
5. 端子台 （TB3） に、 ナベセムスネジ （M4×6） で、 線加工 AF 型を固定し ます。
6. 基板を ナベセムスネジ （M3×8、 10 カ所） で固定 し ます｡
保護板 （05-106-3707） は、 基板 と 共締め し ます｡
7. 端子台 （TB1） に、 同軸ケーブルを固定 し ます｡
8. 押え板 （05-077-2105） と ナベセムスネジ （M3×12、 2 カ所） で同軸ケーブルを固定し ます｡
9. 端子台 （TB5） に、 信号ケーブルを固定 し ます。

13. カ ッ タ ーを使 っ て ク ラ ン プ 3 の両面テープ部を剥が し、 ク ラ ン プ 3 を取 り外し ます。
14. スパナを使っ て、 六角ナ ッ ト （05S9337） を回 し て取 り 外 し ます。
15. 下記の手順 17 にある図の通 り 、 ク ラ ン プに付いている両面テープ を使っ て、
支給のク ラ ン プ （CKN-05-R） を貼 り 付けます｡
注）） ク ラ ン プの開口部を上向きに し て く だ さ い ｡
16. 手順 15 で取 り 外 し た六角ナ ッ ト を使っ て、 支給のア レ ス タ 板 （05-062-0253） を
取 り 付けます （締め付け ト ルク : 2.2N ･ m ）。
17. アース板右側のナベセムスネジ （M4×15） と 、 線加工 AF 型を取 り外し ます。
18. 手順 18 で取 り 外 し たナベセムスネジ （M4×15） を使っ て、 支給の線加工 AF 型 と 手順 18 で
取 り外し た線加工 AF 型を共締めに し ます （締め付け ト ルク ： 1.47N ・ m) ｡
