The
end
cap
does
not
float
and
is
not
tethered
to
the
stereo.
Use
caution
when
removing

The
other
end
of
the
stereo
provides
a
place
for
you
to
connect
a
lanyard
to
tether
the
stereo.
Charging
the
Stereo
NOTICE
To
prevent
corrosion,
thoroughly
dry
the
power
port
and
the
surrounding
area
before
charging.
Quick
Start

NOTE:
The
battery
will
not
charge
when
outside
the
temperature
range
of
1
oo
to
45°C
(50°
to
113°F).
You
should
fully
charge
the
battery
before
you
use
the
stereo
for
the
first
time.
Charging
a
fully
depleted
battery
takes
about
3
hours.

Twist
the
end
cap
counter-clockwise
and
pull
off
the
cap.

Plug
the
power
cable
into
the
power
port.

Plug
the
AC
power
adaptor
into
a
standard
wall
outlet.
When
the
battery
is
charging,
the
LED
is
on.

Charge
the
battery
completely.
It
takes
approximately
3
hours
to
fully
charge
the
battery.
The
LED
turns
off
when
the
stereo
is
fully
charged.

Remove
the
power
cable.

Insert
the
end
cap
and
twist
it
clockwise
as
far
as
it
will
turn,
aligning
the
dot
on
the
cap
with
the
li
on
the
stereo.
NOTICE
The
end
cap
must
be
properly
inserted
and
locked
to
achieve
the

PX7
water
rating.
The
stereo
is
water
resistant
without
the
end
cap,
but
to
prevent
damage
to
the
USB
and
power
connectors,

Connecting
the
Stereo
to
a
Compatible
Bluetooth
Device
You
can
play
media
from
a
compatible
Bluetooth
device
using
the
Bluetooth
wireless
connection.
You
can
control
the
music
playback
with
the
media
app
on
a
Bluetooth
device
or
using
the
FUSION-LinkTM
smartphone
app.
For
information
about
the
FUSION-Link
app
for
compatible
Apple

or
Android
TM
devices,
go
to

your
compatible

discoverable

list

discovered

connect

stereo,

Device
NOTICE
The
end
cap
must

For

install
the
FUSION-Link
app
from
the
Connect
IQ™
store
onto
the
watch.

stereo,

hold

you
hear
Discoverable.
The
stereo
remains

audio
playback

the
FUSION-Link
app
on
the
watch.
After
the
devices
are
paired,
they
connect
automatically
when
they
are
turned
on,
within
range,
and
the
app
is
open
on
the
watch.

attach

puck
mount

a
flat
surface
using
the
included
adhesive
or
screws.
Refer

which
you
are
mounting

Attaching
the
Puck
Mount
Using
Adhesive
NOTICE
Before
placing
the
adhesive
on
the
mounting
surface,
make
sure
that
the
location
and
orientation
are
correct.
It
is
extremely
difficult
to
remove
the
adhesive.
The
adhesive
and
puck
mount
cannot
be
reused
after
being
removed
from
a
surface.
Some
mounting
surfaces
might
be
damaged
after
removing
the
adhesive.

Select
an
appropriate
location
for
the
stereo.
Before
securing
the
puck
mount,
make
sure
it
is
oriented
in
the
preferred
direction.

Thoroughly
clean
and
dry
the
mounting
surface
using
a
mixture
of
water
and
isopropyl
alcohol.
The
mounting
surface
must
be
free
of
dirt,
debris,
wax,
or
coatings.

backing
from
one
side
of
the
adhesive.

Press
the
adhesive
to
the
bottom
of
the
puck
mount.

Remove
the
backing
from
the
other
side
of
the
adhesive.

Carefully
orient
the
puck
mount,
and
press
the
puck
mount
firmly
onto
the
mounting
surface.

Allow
the
puck
mount
to
sit
at
room
temperature
for
72
hours.
NOTICE
Before
attaching
the
stereo
to
the
puck
mount,
allow
the
adhesive
to
bond
to
the
mounting
surface
for
72
hours.
Failure
to
allow
adequate
bonding
time
may
cause
the
mount
to
detach
from
the
surface,
which
could
result
in
damage
to
the
stereo
or
mount.
Attaching
the
Puck
Mount
Using
Screws
NOTICE
Before
screwing
into
the
surface,
check
with
the
manufacturer
of
the
item
on
which
you
are
mounting
the
puck
to
verify
that
screws
should
be
used.
Some
surfaces
are
too
thin
to
support
screws,
and
the
adhesive
should
be
used
on
these
surfaces.

Select
an
appropriate
location
for
the
stereo.
Before

the
puck
mount,
make
sure
it
is
oriented
in
the
preferred
direction.

puck
mount

a
template,
mark
the
location
of
the
holes.

drill
bit
appropriate
for
the
mounting
surface,
drill

pilot
holes.

other

suitable
for
the

bass
content

high
volume,

if it

FUSION
was
not
notified
by
the
consumer
of
the
alleged
defect
or
malfunction
of
the
product
during
the
applicable
limited
warranty

The
product
serial
number
or
the
accessory
date
code
has
been
removed,
defaced
or
altered.
•
The
product
was
used
with
or
connected
to
an
accessory
not
supplied
by
FUSION
or
fit
for
use
with
FUSION
product,
or
used
in
a
manner
other
than
its
intended
use.
If
a
problem
develops
during
the
limited
warranty
period,
the
consumer
should
take
the
following
step-by-step
procedure:

consumer
shall
return
the
product
to
any
authorised
FUSION
dealer
in
authorised
sales
countries
for
repair
or
replacement
processing.
FUSION
assumes
no
freight
or
shipping
responsibility
for
returning
goods
to
an
authorised
FUSION
dealer,
or
return
freight
from
an
authorised
dealer
to
the
consumer
submitting
the
warranty
claim.

charged

parts

labour

covered

Acts

any
other

fluid

in

which

not
intended

be

or
connecting

to

supplied
