MANUAL
Thanks for purchasing our product. The rated input current is220V AC. Rapidly
heating the collision by electromagnetic induction to make small-area paint-less
dent repair. The entire machine small in size, convenient to move and work with
variety in functions. LCD can visually displays the working time and power. It’s
easy to operate.
CAUTION!
Pay attention to below when using:
Make sure the machine is in good condition before using. Properly connected to the
power to ensure that the machine is running normally. It is best to place the machine
on a flat surface. Adjust the parameter according to the thickness of material. Please
lift the heated end 2-5mm above the metal plate when it working, in order to prevent
from burnt out. This machine only suitable for iron plate and soft dents. Whereas,
sharp dents as well as creased areas belong to unsuitable range of use.
Working instruction:
Firstly moving and heating around the dented area then toward to the dent center.
Do not keep heating one area. If you want to reach an ideal effect, you’d better
accompany by the leveling lamp when operating. It is suggested that the operators
should practice time after time to master skilled operation way.
Before using, please carefully read this manual, in strict accordance with the
instructions and precautions. Make a better protection for both machine and
operator.
There are WARNING labels printed on the top of machine. Please strictly control
the working environment to meet the requirements when using . Otherwise, it may
damage the machine or more seriously may endanger personal safety.
CAUTION!
Owing to the high temperature, Please keep away from human body when heating.
Also keep children away from the machine. Please note to the earthing and avoid
electric shock. Pay attention to water-proof and moisture-proof also ventilation.
WARNING!
Power supply voltage as well as wire size should in strict accordance with the
nameplate. All cables should be placed neatly. After using, Not only to turn off the
machine switch, but also to unplug the socket for insurance purposes. Do not open
the cover with electricity charged for maintenance, please contact our professional
before opening.

Operation panel instructions：
1. Power light. This light on when the machine is charging.
2.Over temperature indicator: The machine will stop working when inside over heat and
the temperature indicator starting.
3.Time increase and decrease: For setting the working time, with memory function.
Time setting range: 0.2-4s that is automatic working mode(machine will keep
working and will immediately stop working when the scheduled time arrived
or sudden halt accured) FF means manual mode ( machine keep working till
power off) Every time you press the switch after setting, it will be recorded. Each time
you turn on the machine will see the adjusted time you set last time.
4.Power increase and decrease: Adjust the working power, with memory function.
Power range from 20% to FF (100%). Please set appropriate power for heating
according to dent situation avoid to be burnt out.
5.LCD conveniently shows working time and working power. When pressing the starting key,
there are dynamic pictures indicate the machine is under heating with no protection.

Malfunction instructions:
1.Follow below instructions: Firstly unplug the machine and open the case, check the fuse
is burnt out or not, then check the power supply to see if it is well-connected. If any help
needed, please contact our after-sales department.
2.Over heat warning: It is a normal phenomenon that the over-heat warning arising after a
long working time. In this case, put the machine at a ventilated area. Don’t use it until
cooling-down. If the warning appears as soon as you turn on the machine, please report
to our after-sales department.
3.No action: LCD shows the machine is under working, but it actually not. If in that case,
follow the instructions to open the case and check the connection, reinsert the plug. If the
LCD no function or working condition can not be recognized, please contact our after-
sales department.
