Johnny Forzani, a former receiver in
the Canadian Football League, knew
only too well how hard it was to grip
a frozen football with numb hands,
so he decided to do something about
it. Teaming up with childhood friend
and former NCAA Division I golfer
Jesse Galvon, Galvani Technical
Apparel was born.
“Galvani” is the combination of their
two last names, as well as the name of
the 18th century Italian scientist who
pioneered batteries – this was a brand
that was destined to be. After scouring
the planet for the most innovative
batteries, heating technology, and
advanced technical fabrics, the Galvani
H1 hand warmer is now available.
“We’re really proud of this product, and
we’re stoked that athletes like Lydia Ko,
Patrick Reed, and CFL quarterback
Bo Levi Mitchell are already using the
H1 when they play in cold conditions.
The H1 is just the beginning. We have
more innovative heated products in
the pipeline.”
Congratulations, you now own a piece of the world’s
finest heated apparel. Within these pages, you’ll learn
more about what makes Galvani the best investment
you can make in your personal comfort, as well as
how to take care of your H1 so you can get the
most out of it.
