correttamente, staccarlo subito dalla corrente e recarsi in un centro
tecnico per un controllo. 5- Al fine di evitare rischi, nel caso in cui il

l’incolumità dell’utilizzatore. 8- Staccare l’apparecchio quando non
viene utilizzato e attendere che si raffreddi prima di riporlo in luogo sicuro.
Per scollegarlo estrarre il cavo dalla spina. 9- Se si desidera pulire l’appa-
recchio, staccarlo dalla presa di corrente e lasciarlo raffreddare. Per la
pulizia non utilizzare prodotti aggressivi contenenti phenylphenol. 10-
Destinare questo prodotto unicamente allo scopo per il quale è
stato creato. 11- L’apparecchio è dotato di lame professionali
particolarmente affilate, porre pertanto attenzione durante il suo utilizzo, al
fine di evitare eventuali ferite o lesioni. 12- Se si desidera cambiare
uno degli accessori di cui l’apparecchio è dotato, ricordarsi di
spegnerlo prima di procedere a tale operazione. 13- Come misura
di protezione aggiuntiva, si raccomanda di installare nel circuito
elettrico che alimenta il bagno un interruttore differenziale (RCD,
dalla sua originale dicitura in lingua inglese) con un limite di
interruzione che non superi i 30 mA. Consultare il proprio elettricista.

CONSIGLI D’USO:
I capelli devono essere puliti e asciutti prima dell’utilizzo del tagliacapelli. Si consiglia di tagliare di volta in
volta ridotte quantità di capelli, regolando man mano la lunghezza di taglio fino a trovare quella desiderata. Le
lame rischiano di bloccarsi se vengono realizzati movimenti troppo veloci o se vengono tagliati molti capelli
contemporaneamente. Se utilizzato senza pettine guida è possibile tagliare la barba, sistemare la peluria del
collo e le basette.
PROCESSO DI CARICA:
Prima di ricaricare il tagliacapelli per la prima volta si consiglia di scaricare completamente la batteria per poi
procedere alla carica completa.
1. Assicurarsi che l’apparecchio sia spento.
2. Inserire la spina dell’adattatore nella presa di corrente e successivamente collegarlo all’apparecchio. Sul
display digitale verranno visualizzate, durante tutta la durata della carica e in colore blu, la percentuale di
carica disponibile ed il simbolo, lampeggiante, della spina collegata. La carica può essere eseguita anche
utilizzando la base di ricarica e perciò l’adattatore dovrà essere inserito direttamente sulla base. In questo
caso anche la base di ricarica se illuminerà di colore blu. A carica completata il simbolo della spina smetterà
di lampeggiare e la percentuale di carica visualizzata sul display digitale sarà 99, carica totale.
Il tempo necessario per la prima carica è di 3 ore. Il tempo delle cariche successive è di circa 2 ore.
L’autonomia di funzionamento con carica completa e di circa 240 minuti.
3. Scollegare l’adattatore dalla presa una volta completata la carica.
4. Il tagliacapelli può essere utilizzato collegato direttamente alla presa di corrente, qualora la carica della
batteria fosse esaurita.
La durata della batteria varia in base alla frequenza ed ai tempi di utilizzo. Per aumentare la vita delle batterie,
questo procedimento deve essere effettuato almeno due volte ogni 12 mesi scaricando completamente la
batteria e ricaricandola per il tempo massimo. Se l’apparecchio non viene usato frequentemente, ricordarsi di
effettuare comunque qualche ciclo di carica durante l’anno per mantenerla efficiente. Al contrario, finita la
carica, non tenere collegato l’apparecchio alla rete per evitare che la batteria si sovraccarichi e quindi si
danneggi.

AVVERTENZA: Non cercare di sostituire la batteria interna del tagliacapelli. Ciò può costituire rischio di
incendio o di scariche elettriche. La manomissione ne fa decadere la garanzia.
ATTENZIONE:
Lubrificare la lama prima del primo utilizzo. Leggere le istruzioni nel paragrafo “COME E QUANDO
LUBRIFICARE LA LAMA”
ISTRUZIONI D’USO:
• Inserire l’accessorio desiderato. Questa operazione deve essere effettuata sempre con il tagliacapelli
spento.
• Per accendere il tagliacapelli utilizzare il tasto (O/I).
• Per spegnere il tagliacapelli utilizzare il tasto (O/I).
INSERIMENTO DEI PETTINI:
I pettini in dotazione hanno due sedi laterali per un più semplice incastro sulla base. Per inserirli sul tagliacapelli,
è necessario appoggiare la lama sul pettine per poi farla scorrere sul pettine fino a sentire un lieve scatto:
l’inserimento sarà così completato. Per rimuovere i pettini, è sufficiente estrarli facendo scorrere la lama verso
l’esterno.
REGOLAZIONE DI TAGLIO:
Il GC930 ADVANCE offre la possibilità di effettuare rifiniture di taglio, se utilizzato senza nessun pettine guida
e servendosi del regolatore della lama presente sul corpo delle seguenti lunghezze: 0,8 mm, 1,1 mm, 1,4 mm,
1,7 mm e 2,0 mm. Invece, con l’utilizzo dei 4 pettini guida in dotazione sarà possibile effettuare il classico
taglio di capelli alle lunghezze di 3 mm, 6 mm, 9 mm e 12 mm.
FUNZIONE TURBO:
Questa funzione consente di utilizzare il tagliacapelli alla massima velocità. Affinché si attivi, accendere
l’apparecchio tramite il tasto (O/I) e quindi spostarlo una seconda volta verso l’alto: sul display digitale verrà
visualizzata la scritta TURBO.
FUNZIONE CORD-CORDLESS:
Questa funzione consente di utilizzare il taglia capelli con e senza filo. Se l’apparecchio non ha la sufficiente
carica per l’utilizzo, potrà essere collegato direttamente alla corrente elettrica, senza interrompere il taglio in
esecuzione.
PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE:
Un tagliacapelli pulito e ben oliato migliora notevolmente la propria capacità e precisione di taglio.
NON PULIRE NESSUNA PARTE DELL’APPARECCHIO SOTTO L’ACQUA CORRENTE.
COME PULIRE LA TESTINA:
Prima di qualsiasi operazione di pulizia assicurarsi che l’apparecchio sia opportunamente spento e scollegato
dalla corrente. Rimuovere l’accessorio qualora fosse inserito. Tramite l’apposito pennellino in dotazione
rimuovere eventuali residui di peluria fra le lamelle e il retro testina della lama.
NON SMONTARE MAI LA TESTINA DELLA LAMA PER NON PERDERE IL DIRITTO DI GARANZIA
SULL’INTERO PRODOTTO.
DURATA DELLA LAMA:
La durata della lama varia in base alla frequenza ed ai tempi di utilizzo. Sebbene si applichi una corretta
manutenzione, se l’efficienza di taglio risultasse compromessa, rivolgersi al produttore per la sostituzione
dell’intera testina.

COME E QUANDO LUBRIFICARE LA LAMA:
Prima del primo utilizzo si consiglia di oliare la lama con una goccia di
olio presente nella confezione o con qualsiasi altro olio lubrificante
(attenzione che non sia troppo viscoso).
Capovolgere il tagliacapelli (Fig1). affinché non coli olio sulla
macchinetta. Lubrificare con qualche goccia d’olio la lama. Affinché
l’olio si distribuisca uniformemente su tutta la lama, accendere la
macchinetta per qualche secondo. Infine, con un panno asciutto,
eliminare eventuali residui d’olio in eccesso.
Consigliamo di ripetere questo intervento ogni due mesi o più
frequentemente, a seconda dell’utilizzo del prodotto.

1- Do not use the appliance with wet hands, in a damp environment
or on wet surfaces. Do not immerse the appliance in water or other
liquids. 2- Do not use this appliance near bathtubs or other vessels
containing water. 3- Unplug the appliance when it is off because
proximity to water could pose a threat; be extra careful when using
it in the bathroom. 4- Do not use this electric appliance if it has been

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE:
Before using the hair clipper the hair must be clean and dry. We recommend cutting small quantities of hair at
a time, adjusting the cutting length gradually until finding the one you want. The blades risk getting stuck if too
fast movements are made or if a lot of hair is cut at the same time. It can be used without attachment comb
to trim beard, neck hair and sideburns.

CHARGING PROCESS:
Before charging the hair clipper for the first time we recommend fully discharging the battery and then fully
charging it.
1. Make sure that the appliance is switched off.
2. Plug the adapter into the power outlet and then connect it to the device. The percentage of remaining
power and the flashing symbol of the connected plug will be shown in blue on the digital display during
charging. The charging base can also be used to charge the device and, therefore, the adapter plug must be
installed directly on the base. In this case, also the charging base too will turn blue. When charging is complete,
the plug symbol will stop flashing and 99 will be shown on the digital display, to indicate that the adapter is
fully charged.
The first charge takes 3 hours. Subsequent charges take about 2 hours. When fully charged, the battery will
last about 240 minutes.
3. Disconnect the adapter from the outlet once the device is fully charged.
4. The hair clipper may be used connected directly to the power outlet if the battery charge is depleted.
The duration of the battery varies based on usage frequency and times. To increase the lifespan of the
batteries, this procedure should be carried out at least twice every 12 months, discharging the battery
completely and recharging it for the maximum time. If the appliance is not used often, remember in any case
to carry out a charging cycle every so often during the year to keep it working efficiently. On the contrary,
when the charging is finished, do not keep the appliance connected to the mains to prevent the battery from
overcharging and damaging the appliance.
WARNING: Do not attempt to replace the internal battery of the hair clipper. This can lead to the risk of fire
or electric shock. Tampering invalidates the warranty on the product.
CAUTION:
Lubricate the blade before the first use. Read the instructions contained in the section “HOW AND WHEN TO
LUBRICATE THE BLADE”
USE INSTRUCTIONS:
• Insert the desired attachment. This operation should always be done with the hair clipper turned off.
• Turn on the hair clipper by pressing the (O/I) button.
• Turn off the hair clipper by pressing the (O/I) button.
INSERTION OF COMBS:
The supplied combs have two lateral seats for an easier snapping on the base. To insert them on the hair
clipper, lay the blade on the comb and make it slide on the comb until you hear a slight click: the comb will
thus be properly inserted. To remove the combs just extract them making the blade slide outwards.
CUTTING LENGTH ADJUSTMENT:
GC930 ADVANCE can be used for trimming and finishing touches, when used without attachment comb and
with the blade regulator on the main body, which features the following lengths: 0.8 mm, 1.1 mm, 1.4 mm,
1.7 mm and 2.0 mm. Otherwise, you can use the four attachment combs supplied to achieve a classic hair
cut to the following lengths: 3 mm, 6 mm, 9 mm and 12 mm.
TURBO FUNCTION:
This function makes it possible to use the hair clipper at maximum speed. To activate, switch the appliance
on using the (O/I) button, then push it upwards one more time: the word TURBO will appear on the digital
display.
CORD-CORDLESS FUNCTION:
This function makes it possible to use the hair clipper with and without the cord. If the appliance does not
have sufficient charge for use, it can be connected directly to the power supply without interrupting the
cutting in progress.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:
A clean and properly lubricated hair clipper considerably improves its capacity and cutting precision.
DO NOT CLEAN ANY PART OF THE APPLIANCE UNDER RUNNING WATER.
CLEANING THE HEAD:
Before any cleaning operation, make sure that the appliance is properly turned off and disconnected from the
power outlet. Remove the accessory if it is inserted. Using the special brush supplied, remove any hair
residues between the blades and the back of the blade head.
NEVER DISASSEMBLE THE HEAD OF THE BLADE OR YOU WILL INVALIDATE THE WARRANTY ON
THE ENTIRE PRODUCT.

HOW AND WHEN TO LUBRICATE THE BLADE:
Before the first use we recommend lubricating the blade with a drop
of the oil found in the package or with any other lubricating oil
(make sure that it is not too viscous).
Turn the hair clipper upside down (Fig. 1) so that oil does not drip on
the appliance. Lubricate the blade with a few drops of oil. Turn the
appliance on for a few seconds so that the oil is distributed evenly
along the entire blade. Then, using a dry cloth, eliminate any excess
oil residues.
We recommend repeating this procedure every two months or more
often, depending on product use.

BLADE DURATION:
The duration of the blade varies based on usage frequency and times. Although correct maintenance is
performed, if the cutting efficiency is compromised, contact the manufacturer to have the entire head
replaced.

au fabricant, à un centre de réparation autorisé ou bien en s’adressant à
du personnel qualifié. 6- Conserver l’appareil et le câble à l’écart
des sources de chaleur et des surfaces sensibles à la chaleur
(plastique, tissus en vinyle, etc.). 7- Ne pas tenir ni manipuler
l’appareil par le câble. Éviter d’enrouler le câble autour de l’appa-
reil, de le plier et de le soumettre à des torsions susceptibles de com-
promettre son bon fonctionnement et d’endommager l'appareil.
Le non-respect de ces avertissements et indications pourrait pro-
voquer un court-circuit et des dégâts irréparables de l'appareil et
risquerait de surcroît de mettre en danger l’utilisateur. 8- Débran-
cher l’appareil quand il n’est pas utilisé et attendre qu’il refroidisse
avant de le ranger en lieu sûr. Pour le débrancher, retirer le câble
de la prise. 9- Pour nettoyer l’appareil, le débrancher de la prise
de courant et attendre qu’il refroidisse. Pour son nettoyage, ne pas
utiliser de produits agressifs contenant du phénylphénol. 10- Des-
tiner ce produit au seul but pour lequel il a été créé. 11- L’appareil est
muni de lames professionnelles
