1. Remove the stock tunnel plate by emoving the
6 bolts.
2. The ha ness on the ight side of the YAW senso
(located on the t ansmission tunnel) may impede
box installation. Fo ease of installation, pull up
on ha ness to disconnect the push fastene
attaching the ha ness to the t ansmission tunnel.
3. The ea mounting points may be hidden unde
the floo ing. Ca efully cut the floo ing as shown
to expose the mounting points (Fig 1).
4. Slide console box into place.
5. Attach console to t ansmission tunnel using OEM
ha dwa e.

Utility:
1. Remove the lowe dash t im panels on eithe side
of the dash (Fig 2).
2. Remove the stock tunnel plate by emoving the 6
bolts.
3. Remove the USB/Audio/12v jack T im Panel (Fig 2)
and disconnect the USB, Audio and 12v cables.
4. Relocate OEM Module to unde dash a ea (Fig. 3)

5. The ha ness on the ight side of the YAW senso

box insallation. Fo ease of installation, pull up
on ha ness to disconnect the push fastene attaching
the ha ness to the t ansmission tunnel.
6. Remove the Top Plate f om the console box.
7. Slide the console box into place.
8. Attach the console to the t ansmission tunnel using
the OEM ha dwa e.
9. Attach the Lowe Dash T im Panel to the console box
by placing the lowe lip of the T im Panel into the
hook on the bottom of the console box (Fig 4).
10. Attach the top of the Lowe Dash T im Panel to the
console box using the supplied T im Hooks (Fig 4).
Note that the left T im Hook has an "L" cut out of it.
It may be easie to emove the Top Plate when
installing the Lowe Dash T im Panels.
11. Snap the Lowe Dash Panels back into place.

Sedan and Utility:
Install the a m est (7160-0409 & 7160-0411) into the tube and adjust to the desi ed
height/o ientation then tighten the bolt unde the a m est. Note: A m est is not included with
7160-0410 o 7160-0412 but can be o de ed sepa etly. The a m est mounting b acket can be
flipped ove to lowe the a m est if desi ed o if used with a P inte A m est.
The cup holde (MCS-INTCUP) can be placed anywhe e along the ho izontal length of the box.
Note: The cup holde is not included with 7160-0410 o 7160-0412 but can be o de ed sepa etly.
The Top Plate and Cente B ace on both console boxes a e designed to be emovable to aid in
installation and cable outing. If eithe item is emoved Gambe -Johnson ecommends
einstalling the sc ews with a d op of Blue 242 Loctite to p event loosening. To que the (4) top
plate bolts to 65-80 in-lbs when einstalling.
Both boxes have knockouts fo 12v accesso y outlets (7160-0063). To install simply punch out
the desi ed knockout and install the 12v outlet. The 12v outlet will need to be ha dwi ed into
the vehicles powe system. An additional 12v accesso y outlet can be pu chased fo the second
knockout if desi ed.
