Rose Trellis
This lovely trellis makes a stunning addition to your garden or landscape.
Use it to create a wall of vines or as a creative way to divide your space. You can
even combine multiple Trellises with the Rose Trellis Connector for a truly grand
display (sold separately).

Assembly
NOTE: You will need at least  people to help
with assembly. If you are assembling multiple
Trellises, we recommend having  people.
Step 1. Choose a location to install your Trellis
that is protected from high winds and is
away from children’s play areas. We also
recommend choosing a level area so that
all the parts will align properly. NOTE: Your
Trellis must be installed in firm soil. If you
have loose or sandy soil, we recommend
securing it in concrete.
Step 2. Lay the two Arch Panels
on the ground at your chosen
location, and line up the holes
in the ends (Figure ). Place
the Small Bolts through the
holes and attach the Nuts to
the ends.
Step 3. Place the Side Panels as
shown in Figure  (other side).
Position them so the holes are on the outside of the Trellis, then slide the
ends into the openings on the Arch Panels.

Important: If you have
also purchased the
Rose Trellis and
Connector Set,
repeat Steps -
to assemble your
other Trellis on
the ground and
then follow the
instructions that
come with the Rose
Trellis Connector
before proceeding.
Step 4. Lift your Trellis so it is upright.
Make sure it is straight, then push
the staked ends into the ground all
the way to the bottom of the lattice
section.
Step 5. Examine both ends of a
Support Brace to find the one
that is curved, then line it up with
the holes in the side of the Trellis
(Figure ). Insert the Long Bolts
through each set of holes and attach the Nuts onto the ends. Repeat to attach
the other Brace onto the other side of the Trellis.
Step 6. Make sure your Trellis is perfectly vertical using a level, then place the
Stakes through the holes in the bottom of the Support Braces and hammer
them into the ground (Figure ). Your assembly is complete!
For extra stability, place Earth Staples (sold separately) over the bottom of the
Trellis. The powder-coated steel is weather-resistant and can be left outdoors
year-round. However, if the finish is nicked or scratched, use an exterior-grade
metal paint to prevent rust.
