Our GAS GAS Trial TXe 2019 a trials motorcycle designed for top-level
competition. It is, in fact, the result of many years of competing and
experimenting in this demanding discipline, and many successes achieved by
great riders who have contributed essential information in order to create this
high-level motorcycle, a GAS GAS that has a key factor: an exceptionally
reduced weight.

this,alloftheinformationsetoutisbasedondataobtainedfromthemostrecent
rangeofthebrandavailablejustbeforeprinting.GASGASdoes,however,reserve
therighttomakechangeswithoutpriornoticetotheconsumerandwithoutincur-
ringanykindofliability.Yournearestdealerwillalsohelptoprovideyouwithany
information youneed.

The manufacturer GAS GAS’s warranty rules
TheGASGAS(hereinafterGG)brandherebyguaranteestotheendconsumer/
purchaserofthevehiclemanufacturedbyGGthatboththematerialsandthe
manufacturearefreefromdefectsinaccordancewiththehighestquality
stand ards. Consequently, GG hereby warrants to the final purchaser
(hereinafter the "purchaser"),inaccordancewiththeconditionssetforthbelow,
therepairofany defectsinmaterials orworkmanship detectedonanew
motorcyclefreeofcharge withinthewarrantyperiodandwithoutanylimitation
astothenumberofkilometrestravelled orthe numberofhoursofoperation.
Warranty period
Thewarrantyperiodshallcommenceonthedayofdeliveryofthevehicleto
thepurchaserbya GGauthorizeddealer,orinthecaseofdemonstrationmodels,
onthedatethevehiclefirststartsoperating.Thesellerisliableforanylackof
conformity which becomes manifest within the time period established under Law
23/2003of10JulyonWarrantiesintheSaleofConsumerGoodsfromthetimeof
deliveryandinaccordancewithDirective1999/44/ECfortherestoftheMember
States ofthe European Community.
ForcountriesoutsidetheEuropeanCommunity,thewarrantyperiodwillbe
governedbytherulesinforceinthosecountries.However,ifthelackof
conformitybecomesapparentduringthefirstsixmonthsfromthedateof
deliveryofthe motorcycle,itispresumedthatthisfaultexistedwhenitwas
delivered;fromthe sixthmonth,theconsumermustprovethatthenon-
conformityexistedatthetime of delivery ofthe goods.
