To check the production rate of the Easy System perform the following steps:
ITEMS NEEDED:
A production check can only occur when the Easy System is lling the storage tank after the blending valve has
been calibrated.
1. Check the lter out gauge. If gauge is reading similar to lter in gauge then the easy system is in a ll mode. If
lter out gauge is reading zero then run water out of the easy
system through the drinking water tap line until
lter out gauge goes up.
2. Locate 1⁄4” black tube next to delivery pump and run this line into a bucket or nearby drain.
3. Turn yellow lever on top (not front) of Easy System from normal mode to test mode. (Note: water should
immediately start to ow out of black 1⁄4” tube)
4. Place the black tube into the 500 ml graduated cylinder for 15 seconds.
5. Note amount of water in graduated cylinder and use the calculation method below for gallons per day (GPD):
Multiply by 4; then multiply by 60; then multiply by 24; and then divide by 3785 = ____ gallons per day.
6. When your calibration is completed, return the black tube to underneath the middle lter, tucked away neatly.
