pushandhold the BAKEbuttonfor
about5seconds. The displaywill
showaplusnumber, aminus
number,or 00.
4. Turnthe SET knobto adjustthe
temperaturein 5“F.steps. Youcan
raise ituntil +35°F. showson
displayor lower ituntil -35°F.

5. When you havemade the desired
adjustment, push the CLOCK

Do not clean the bakeunit or broil unit. Any soil will burn off whenthe unit is heated.
NOTE: The bake unit can be lifted gently to clean the ovenfloor. If spillover,residue, or ash
accumulates around the bake unit, gently wipe around the unit with warm water.
Drain fat, cool pan and rack slightly. (Do not let soiled pan and rack stand in oventocool.j
Sprinkle on detergent. Fill the pan with warm waterand spread cloth or paper toweloverthe
rack. Let pan and rack stand for afewminutes. Wash;scour if necessary.Rinse and dry.
OPTION: The broiler pan and rack mayalso becleaned in adishwasher.
DO NOT USEabrasive Washcontrolpanelwithsoapandwater, using asoft cloth.
