1. INTRODUCTION
Gearmo’s Type-C Portable Power Bank is a high capacity, fast charging power house. It is for
Type-C and legacy Type-A device charging connections. It incorporates 4 USB-A ports, 1+2 port
sharing 5V/3A, and 3+4 ports sharing 5V/3A so the Power Bank can simultaneously charge 4
tablets. The power bank itself charges in two ways, via a USB Micro-B or USB-C connection from
your USB-C charger. USB Micro-B will charge one bank at a time until all 4 are full, The USB-C
charging port is much faster, filling all banks at once.

1.3 How to Use
The GM-20KPDPB 20000mAh Type-C Portable Ultra High Capacity Power Bank is easy to use
and can charge your devices up to 8 times faster than other chargers on the market. Please
read these instructions as we explain how to use this high capacity charger.
Charging the power bank:
When charging the power bank itself, it must be charged from an AC/DC source through the
USB Type-C port or the USB Mini-B port. Attempting to charge the power bank from your
laptop may cause damage to it. See charging port diagram below. When your laptop is charging
via A/C adapter, do not plug in the power bank via USB-C port.

Charging Ports:
The GM-20KPDPB 20000mAh Type-C Portable Ultra High Capacity Power Bank charges legacy
devices through its Type-A ports and newer devices that incorporate Type-C ports through its
Type-C port.
•USB-A Ports 1 & 2 share 5V/3A between them and the same for ports 3 & 4. There are
3A total between the sharing ports, this can support simultaneous device charging on
each grouped port at various charging outputs.
•USB-C Port is a dual function port. The USB Type-C port is used for charging the power
bank from an AC/DC power source. It will charge all banks at once, or, it will charge a
device that requires the use of a USB-C port for power.
•USB Mini-B charges each battery bank individually from an AC/DC power source until
full.
