1 - GENERAL
The mobile CLA 7 inductive loopset is for people with hearing aids.
When you use the CLA 7, you can also speak directly to your caller by the
microphone inside the system. So, the device works as a wireless system.
Compatible with our products equiped with a microphone/headset socket :
Ampli DECT, CL200, 400, 600, 1400 & with most cellular phones and
DECT (you may need to purchase a connector if your mobile does not
have a suitable headset socket).
Don’t forget to switch your hearing aid to T mode.
Note :

2 - POWER SUPPLY / CONNECTING
- Open the battery compartment.
- Insert 2 AAA 1.5V type alkaline batteries without mercury, making sure the
polarity is according to the diagram in the battery compartment.
- Replace the battery cover.
- Connect the CLA7 plug to the microphone/ headset socket of your
telephone ( see your telephone user guide for use).
Now, the CLA 7 is ready to be used.
Note :
- Always disconnect the plug of the CLA7 from the telephone before installing
the batteries.
- For other telephones than Geemarc trademark, check that the microphone/
headset socket is compatible with 3 contacts plug (speaker, micro, common)
- Do not dispose of batteries in household rubbish. Pay attention to the battery
regulations regarding battery disposal.
3 - MAKING AND RECEIVING CALLS
- Place the loop around your neck.
- Switch your hearing aid to T mode.
- Press the ON/OFF button, you are ready to speak through your CLA 7
The green light will turn on.
- During the call, you can adjust the volume of the device by using the volume
control knob located on the bottom of the CLA 7.
Do not forget to turn OFF your CLA7 at the end of
the call. Failure to do this will drain the batteries
after about 30 hours. Please consult your dealer for
details of our high capacity rechargeable batteries
and rapid battery charger. In the unlikely event that

4 - GUARANTEE
From the moment your Geemarc product is purchased, Geemarc guarantee it
for the period of one year. During this time, all repairs or replacements (at our
option) are free of charge.Should you experience a problem then contact our
helpline or visit our website at www.geemarc.com.The guarantee does not
cover accidents, negligence or breakages to any parts. The product must not
be tampered with or taken apart by anyone who is not an authorised Geemarc
representative.The Geemarc guarantee in no way limits your legal rights.

Recycling directives
The WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) has been put in
place for the products at the end of their useful life are recycled in the best
way.
When this product is finished with, please do not put it in your domestic
waste bin.
Please use one of the following disposal options:
- Remove the batteries and deposit them in an appropriate WEEE skip.
Deposit the product in an appropriate WEEE skip.
- Or, hand the old product to the retailer. If you purchase a new one, they
should accept it.
Thus if you respect these instructions you ensure human health and
environmental protection.

Le CLA7 est destiné aux personnes porteuses de prothèses auditives à
bobines en T.
Lorsque vous utilisez le CLA7, vous pouvez parler directement a votre
interlocuteur par le microphone situé a l’intérieur du boitier.
Compatible avec nos produits, possédant une connection micro/casque :
AmpliDECT, CL200, 400, 600, 1400 etc. et avec la plupart des téléphones
cellulaires et DECT
Ne pas oublier de placer votre appareil auditif en mode T.
Note :
Si l’indicateur passe au rouge lorsque le CLA7 est en sevice, cela indique
que les piles sont faibles.

2-ALIMENTATION / CONNECTION
- Ouvrez le compartiment à piles.
- Insérez 2 piles alcalines (nons fournies) sans mercure (type AAA 1.5V)
en respectant les polarités .
- Refermez le compartiment.
- Connectez la fiche jack du CLA7 dans la prise Micro/casque
( 2.5mm) de votre téléphone.
Votre CLA7 est maintenant prêt être utilisé .
Note :
- Débranchez l’appareil avant l’installation des piles
- Pour les téléphones autres que la marque «Geemarc», verifiez que la
prise casque est compatible à 3 contacts ( micro, écouteur et commun).
- Ne pas jetter les piles usagées dans votre poubelle. Déposez les dans un
endroit prévu a cet effet.
3 - UTILISATION
- Passez le dispositif autour du cou.
- Basculez l’audiophone en mode T.
- Appuyez sur la touche ON/OFF pour mettre en service le CLA7.
Le voyant vert s’allume.
- Pendant la conversation, vous pouvez ajuster le niveau de réception à
l’aide de la molette située au bas du CLA7.
Ne pas oublier d’arrêter le CLA7 en fin de conver-
sation. Si vous oubliez, les piles seront déchar-
gées après 30 heures environ.

4 - GARANTIE
Cet appareil est garanti 1 an pièces et main-d'oeuvre. La date d'achat figurant
sur le ticket de caisse fera foi. Cette garantie s'exerce sous réserve d'une
utilisation normale de l'appareil. Les dommages occasionnés par les surtensions
électriques, la foudre ou par un choc sur l'appareil ne peuvent en aucun cas
être couverts par la garantie.
En cas de problème fonctionnel et avant de nous retourner votre appareil,
contactez notre service après vente de : 8h30 à 12h30 et de 14h00 à 17h00
du Lundi au Jeudi et de 8h30 à 12h30 et de 14h00 à 16h30 le Vendredi.
Ce produit respecte les exigences de compatibilité électro-magnétique et de
sécurité électrique demandées par la directive européenne RTTE.
Recommandations pour le recyclage :
La directive DEEE (Déchet d'Equipement Electrique et Electronique) a été
mise en place dans le but d'assurer la collecte sélective en vue de la
valorisation, réutilisation ou recyclage des produits en fin de vie.
Lorsque votre produit ne fonctionne plus, ne le jetez pas dans votre
poubelle ménagère.
Suivez l'une des procédures décrites ci-dessous:
- Déposez les batteries et votre ancien appareil dans un lieu de collecte
approprié.
- Ou rapportez votre ancien appareil au magasin ou vous acheterez le
nouveau. Il devra l'accepter.
