GARANTIEBEDINGUNGEN
The warrantyperiod is 36 monthsand beginswith
the saletothe end user. The receipt must clearlylist
the dateof purchaseandthe part number, inaddition
it shouldbe printed. Keep the receipt forthe entire
warrantyperiod sinceit is required forall warranty
claims. During the warrantyperiod the defective
itemswillbe credited, repaired orreplaced at the
manufacturer's expense.Workcarried out underthe
warrantyneitherextendsthe warrantyperiod nor
startsanew warrantyperiod. The manufacturer
reservestheright tovoidanywarrantyclaimfor
damagesordefectsdue tomisuse, abuseor
externalimpact (falling down, impact, ingress of
water, dust, contamination orbreak). Wearing parts
(e.g. rechargeablebatteries)areexcluded fromthe
warranty. Upon receipt of theRMAgoods, Gembird
Europe B.V. reservesthe right tochoosebetween
replacement of defectivegoodsorissuing acredit
note. The credit noteamount will alwaysbe
calculated on the basis of the current marketvalue of
the defectiveproducts
