PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Using this impedance analysis scale is not recommended for people
tted with pacemakers or any other kind of implanted medical device.
If you are not sure, ask your doctor for advice.
To ensure an accurate measurement, you must observe the following
instructions:
ÎPlace the scale on a hard, at surface. Soft surfaces such as carpets
could affect the measurements.
ÎDo not repeat measurements several times throughout the day as
they are not comparable.
ÎDo not move the scale between measurements.
ÎIt is best if you weigh yourself before having eaten anything and if
you do not weigh yourself directly after sports.
ÎAlways weigh yourself at the same time of day in order to ensure
consistency when monitoring your body parameters.
InstallIng the batterIes
ÎOpen the battery compartment on the back of the scale
ÎInsert the batteries (4 x 1.5V AAA) in accordance with the marked
polarity (+/-)
• A welcome message will be displayed.
ÎClose the compartment and place your scale on the oor. After 30
seconds, your scale will turn off automatically.
WARNING:
• Whenthe symbolappears,thedevicewillshutdown.Youmustthen
replaceallfourbatteriesatthesametime.Donotcombineusedbatteries
andnewbatteries.
• Usedbatteriesarehazardouswaste.Donotdisposeoftheminhousehold
waste.Refertolocalregulationsandtorecyclinginstructionsforhowto
disposeofusedbatteries.

ChoosIng the unIt of measurement
Press the "Unit/Pairing" button on the underneath of the scale to
select the unit of measurement. The default unit of measurement is the
"kilogram". You can also choose to use "pounds" or "stone".
fIrst use
1. Download the myGeonaute connect app.
2. Activate Bluetooth®on your phone
iPhone AndroidTM
3. Launch the myGeonaute connect app and follow the instructions.
When asked to put your scale into detection mode, press and hold the
"Pairing" button located on its underside for 2 seconds.
An on-screen animation indicates that the scale is in "Pairing" mode.

4. When the scale is correctly paired to your account, the following will
appear on the screen:
Your scale congures itself automatically by collecting the information
from your myGeonaute account (age, height, gender).

Multi-user operation
If the scale is used by several users, each user must follow these steps
with their own myGeonaute account. This allows each myGeonaute
account to be linked to a unique user prole. In this way, only your
personal measurements will be transferred to your account.
DaIly use
WEIGHING
1. Stand barefoot on your scale
with your feet placed centrally
upon it. Your scale will turn on
automatically.
2. Once your weight is stabilised,
remain still until the analysis
of your body composition
is complete. An animation
indicates that the analysis is in
progress.
3. Your scale can recognise up to
8 users. If your identity is not
clear, it will ask you to choose
your prole number.
Select it using the left and right
buttons:
P1 P2
If no user is recognised, only the weight will be displayed.

4. When the analysis is nished, the results of your measurements are
displayed one after the other:

TRANSFERRING MEASUREMENTS TO YOUR SMARTPHONE
5. Activate Bluetooth®on your smartphone and launch the myGeonaute
connect app.
Your measurements will be sent to your smartphone automatically.
Note: If you do not transfer your measurements to your smartphone
immediately, they will be saved in your scale's memory and transferred
when you next weigh yourself.
LED ashing: searching for smartphone

The graphic disappears when your measurements have been transferred.
6. Your scale turns off automatically after weighing.
Multi-user operation
Ensure that you are logged into your myGeonaute account on your
smartphone in order to receive the measurements linked to your prole.

TROUBLESHOOTING

DECATHLON guarantees the original buyer that this product is free from
material or manufacturing defects. This product is guaranteed for two
years from the date of purchase. Please keep your receipt as proof of
purchase.
The guarantee does not cover:
• Damage resulting from misuse, a failure to comply with the
precautions for use, accidents, improper maintenance or
commercial use of the product.
• Damage resulting from repairs carried out by persons not
authorised by DECATHLON.
• Batteries, or panels that are cracked or broken or that show signs
of impact damage.
During the warranty period, the item will either be repaired free of charge
by an authorised repair service or replaced free of charge (depending on
the distributor).
RECYCLING
This product and the batteries it contains cannot be
disposed of with household waste.
They must be disposed of via selective waste
sorting. The product and batteries must be
recycled at a collection point at end of life.

PRÉCAUTIONS D’USAGE
INSTRUCTION D’UTILISATION
L’utilisation de cette balance impédancemètre est déconseillée aux
utilisateurs de pacemakers ou tout autre type d’implant médical.
En cas de doute, demandez conseil à votre médecin.
Pour assurer une mesure précise, il est important de suivre les conseils
suivants :
ÎPlacez la balance sur un sol plat et dur. Les surfaces molles, tels
que les tapis peuvent affecter les mesures.
ÎNe pas répéter la mesure plusieurs fois dans la journée, elles ne
sont pas comparables.
ÎEvitez de déplacer la balance entre vos pesées.
ÎIl est préférable de vous peser à jeun et de ne pas vous peser
directement après le sport.
ÎPesez vous toujours au même moment de la journée an d’optimiser
la pertinence du suivi de vos paramètres corporels.
Mise en place des piles
ÎOuvrir le compartiment des piles au dos de la balance
ÎInserez les piles (4 x 1,5 V AAA) en respectant le marquage de
polarité (+ / -)
• Un message d’acceuil s’afche.
ÎRefermez le compartiment des piles et posez votre balance au sol.
Après 30 secondes, votre balance s’éteint automatiquement.

Appuyez sur le bouton « Unité / Appairage » à l’arrière de la balance
pour choisir l’unité de mesure. L’unité de mesure par défaut est le
« kilogramme ». Vous pouvez également choisir les unités « livres » ou
« stone ».
preMière utilisation
1. Téléchargez l’application myGeonaute connect.
2. Activez le Bluetooth®sur votre téléphone
iPhone AndroidTM
3. Lancez l’application myGeonaute connect et suivez les instructions.
Lorsqu’il vous sera demandé de mettre votre balance en mode détection,
appuyez pendant 2 secondes sur le bouton « Appairage » situé à
l’arrière de votre pèse personne.
Une animation sur l’écran vous indique que la balance est en mode
« Appairage ».

4. Lorsque la balance est bien appairée à votre compte, l’indication
suivante s’afche :
Votre balance se paramètre automatiquement en récupérant les
informations de votre compte myGeonaute (âge, taille, genre).

Fonctionnement multi-utilisateurs
Dans le cas d’une utilisation avec plusieurs utilisateurs, chaque
utilisateur devra suivre ces étapes avec son propre compte
myGeonaute. Cela permettra d’associer chaque compte myGeonaute
à un prol utilisateur unique. Ainsi, seules vos mesures personnelles
seront transférées à votre compte.

Remarque : Si vous ne transférez pas vos mesures à votre smartphone
immédiatement, celles-ci seront sauvegardées dans la mémoire de votre
pèse personne et transférées à la prochaine pesée.
