SAFETY SYMBOLS USED IN THE IM.

Attention! Failure to follow these instructions endangers the operator`s
health and life and/or can damage the appliance.
Risk of electric shock! Use a properly-grounded socket with proper
voltage (230V AC/50HZ) only. The electric components must not come
in contact with water. Check all cables regularly and call the aftersales
service when any cable is in improper condition.

Operational advice.
Do not dispose of this appliance together with your domestic waste. The
appliance must be disposed of at a collecting centre for recyclable
electric and electronic appliances. Do not remove the symbol from the
appliance.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Dear customer!
We would like to thank you for purchasing this quality-product as well as for your
confidence. Read the complete IM before you use the EVO LOUNGER for
the first time. Reading the complete IM is essential for its proper and confident
use and will help you to operate the appliance to your entire satisfaction . Our
EVO LOUNGER is very robust and has a long operating life if it is operated
properly.
Read the instructions very carefully and operate the appliance in its intended use as
described only to protect you and your customers from danger. Attention! Failure
to follow these instructions endangers the operator`s health and life and/or can
damage the appliance.
Keep the IM handy and near of the EVO LOUNGER.
Children must not use the EVO LOUNGER without being
supervised. Children must not play with the EVO LOUNGER or
single components of it.
This appliance is not intended to be operated by persons with
reduced physical, sensory and mental capabilities or lack of
experience or knowledge, unless they are supervised or instructed
concerning the use of the appliance and do understand the danger
resulting thereof.

INTENDED USE

The EVO LOUNGER is a versatile wellness couch. You can use it for e.g.
cosmetic applications or full body massages in dry rooms.
The maximum load of the EVO LOUNGER is 200 kg. The EVO LOUNGER is
equipped with 4 motors. All adjustment functions are operated electrically. The
appliance is equipped with a manual control panel which controls pre-set
lying positions, the inclination of the head- and backrest and the legrest.

DELIVERY

If delivered by a forwarding company , the EVO LOUNGER wellness couches are
delivered on a special pallet in a cardboard.
The EVO LOUNGER is in complete vertical position and the upholstery is
installed. Open the top of the packaging carefully. Do not use any sharp-edged
items which can damage the upholstery. Do not lift the EVO LOUNGER but
remove the packaging completely.

BEFORE INITIAL OPERATION

Check before initial operation that all components are complete and the EVO
LOUNGER is not visible damaged.
Before installation provide sufficient free space for the EVO LOUNGER. The
required minimum free space is 300*180 cm.

RATING PLATE

The nameplate is at the front (head) side on the motor cover. Do not
make the rating plate illegible! Do not remove the rating plate! Failure to
do so will expire the guarantee.

INITIAL OPERATION

The EVO LOUNGER is ready to be operated in a few simple steps. Depending on
the type of use you can adjust the desired position electrically in a very short period
of time.

OPERATION

Functions of the MCP:
8.1 Pre-set lying positions

For safety reasons, the EVO LOUNGER moves only while pressing a
button of the MCP. When you stop pressing, all moving-operation will
stop immediately.
8.1
Pre-set lying positions
Set one of the electrically-adjustable lying positions illustrated on the buttons by
pressing the relevant button.
8.2
Lock function
Locking of the MCP
Press and hold the key-lock button and immediately after (within 1
second) the button. Keep on holding both buttons until you hear an
acoustic signal. The yellow diode of the lock button goes on. The MCP
is locked.

Unlocking of the MCP:
Press and hold the key-lock button and immediately after (within 1
second) the button. Keep on holding both buttons until you hear an
acoustic signal. The yellow diode of the lock button goes off. The MCP
is unlocked.

Activate the lock function of the EVO LOUNGER to protect it from
unauthorized use and/or when you do not operate the EVO
LOUNGER.
8.3
Headrest
The button controls the angular position of the headrest electrically. Adjust the
position relevant to your specific needs and requirements.
8.4
Backrest
You can adjust the backrest electrically. Adjust the inclination of the backrest with
the relevant button of the MCP.
8.5
Inclination of the seat
You can adjust the inclination of the seat section (thigh section to knee bend
section) electrically. Adjust the inclination of the seat section with the relevant
button of the MCP.

Legrest
You can adjust the legrest electrically regardless of the backrest and inclination. It
moves the complete calf section starting at the knee bend. The EVO LOUNGER
has multiple adjustments so it can be used for various applications.
Do not sit on the headrest. Do not carry out any physical force to
the components named before (instructions are not depending on
the adjustment of the lying surface). Failure to do so can cause
permanent damage to the construction of the EVO LOUNGER.

Reset
Pressing the top button-line of the MCP simultaneously for 5 seconds - you will
hear some acoustic signals - resets the software.

LAMP AND TRAY

The EVO LOUNGER is equipped with a reading lamp which can be connected
either on the right or left side below the backrest (fig 1). Nearby, three holes are
pre-drilled in the strut to fix the lamp. The ON/OFF switch (red) is on the lamp
head (fig. 2).

You can place the tray (fig. 3) either on the left or right side by simply pushing it if
necessary.

CLEANING

Clean the housing and fittings with a damp cloth or sponge and a little bit of soap.
The standard upholstery surface of the EVO LOUNGER is made of PU
(polyurethane). We recommend the use of suitable protective covers to keep the
lying surface in good condition.

Standard cosmetic applications.
5-parts terry cloth.
Messages including a small amount of
oil.
Require the MLW-protective cover
made of PU. It protects the upholstery
from stains of oil and seeping in of oil.

Ayurveda applications with oil pouring.
Require the special protective cover
including an integrated edge. Only when
using this protective cover, the structure
and the electric components of the
EVO LOUNGER are protected.
Unplug the EVO LOUNGER before you clean it. The standard
upholstery of the EVO LOUNGER is made of PU (polyurethane).
PU can be cleaned with a cloth provided with a small amount of
alcohol. If the upholstery of your EVO LOUNGER is customized,
we strongly recommend to call our aftersales service for further
information before cleaning the upholstery.

MAINTENANCE

We are responsible for safety and reliability of the EVO LOUNGER under the
following conditions only:
1. Repairs and modifications must be carried out by Gharieni Group GmbH or a
person authorized by Gharieni Group GmbH.
2. The electrical installation of the room the EVO LOUNGER is installed in must
meet the regulations given in VDE 0100 resp. 0107.
3. The EVO LOUNGER is operated as described in the instruction manual.
Unauthorized modifications or manipulating the EVO LOUNGER will void the
liability of the manufacturer.
Unplug the EVO LOUNGER before you maintain it.
Never immerse the EVO LOUNGER or its individual
components in water.
Check the power cord regularly. The power cord must be replaced
by a qualified professional or our aftersales service only!

GUARANTEE

The Gharieni Group GmbH grants a guarantee of 3 years for all new couches.
1. The guarantee does not include parts subject to wear (e.g. bulbs, UV-tubes,
consumables, etc.).

2. The guarantee does not include any kind of damage caused by improper use,
non-compliance with the instructions of the instruction manual and/or gross
negligence.
3. The guarantee also expires:
a. when labels (e.g. the rating plate, warning signs etc.) have been removed.
b. when equipment or components of it were opened unless the opening was
explicitly permitted in the instruction manual (e.g. for cleaning the
equipment).

WASTE MANAGEMENT

Do not dispose of the EVO LOUNGER together with your
domestic waste. Old and unused appliances must be send for
disposal to the responsible recycling centre for electric appliances.
Do not remove the relevant symbol from the product.
While unpacking, the packaging materials (polythene bags,
polystyrene pieces, etc.) should be kept away from children.
CHOKING HAZARD!
The EVO LOUNGER is made of metal and plastic components,
electronic components, electric cables. Dispose of the separate
components in accordance with the current local disposal
regulations. For further information, please contact your
municipal disposal authorities, your retailer or
