Safety precautions

1.Before using this product, please read the instructions and read all illustrations carefully.
Keep this user manual for future reference!
2.Except for professional maintenance technicians, do not disassemble or refit the machine
by yourself!
3.When plugging in the power supply, it is necessary to use the provided power fast
charging QC 3. 0 adapter and type-c wire to connect the product. Otherwise, the warmer/
charging pad may not work properly.
4.When using this product, it should be placed on a stable platform and out of reach of
children.
5.Do not use this product on the surface of woolen blankets and non-heat- resistant objects.
6.During the use of the product, there still have heat on the pad. Do not touch with your
hands to prevent scalding.
7.If there is no water in the mug, do not place it on the pad for heating, otherwise it may
affect the service life of the product.
8.This product has an automatic power-off design. When the mug is placed on the
warmer/charging pad for 8 hours continuously, it will automatically power off, or when there
is no water in the mug, it will start dry-burning safety protection.
9.If you find that the mug, power cord, wireless charging pad and power adapter are
damaged, please stop using immediately. Please contact our after-sales service
department for repair.
10.This product is only for indoor use, not for outdoor , not for commercial use, etc.
11.The appliance can be used by people over 8 years of age, children and people whose
physical, sensory or intellectual abilities are impaired. They need to be monitored or
instructed to use the appliance safely and understand the risks involved.
12.Adults should instruct children not to play with the appliance.

13.Do not use this product on hot platforms.
14.Do not use third party power adapter QC3.0 and type-c power cord that are not attached
to this unit, because it may cause the wireless charging pad fail to work properly.
15.Keep the pad surface clean. If there is water, wipe it with a dry towel or paper towel.
16.If you need to clean the charger, please cut off the power supply, and can use cotton
cloth or paper towel wipe clean!
17.Maintain ambient working temperature at 0-45℃.
18.It is forbidden to place metal or magnetic materials such as coins, keys or bank cards on
warmer/charging pad, which will affect normal operation.
19.Ceramic mug can only be washed by hand. It is forbidden to place them in dishwasher for
cleaning.
20.Cover the mug with a ceramic lid while the mug is placed on the warmer pad.
21.Ceramic mug is forbidden to be placed on electromagnetic ovens, microwave ovens,
ovens and other household appliances.
22.When charging a mobile phone, please make sure that there is no metal material on the
back of the mobile phone or on the protective cover of the mobile phone, such as iron sheet,
or else it may cause heat and damage the mobile phone.
23.If there are metal objects such as coins and keys on the wireless charging pad, don't let
the objects press the silicone buttons on the pad, otherwise it will heat small metal objects
and bring scald risk.
24.When the ceramic mug is placed on the pad and heated, it is forbidden to touch the
bottom of the mug or the surface of the pad by hand to prevent scalding.
25.After more than 100 hours of dry-firing and heating test, the bottom of the ceramic mug
will gradually show discoloration, light and pink discoloration is more obvious which is
normal phenomenon. It may also caused the minor uneven on the supporting edge at the
bottom rim, it is normal for operation.

User’s Guidelines of Warmer Pad with mug
1.Use the provided QC3. 0 fast charging power adapter to plug in the power supply and connect the
warmer/charging pad with the provided type c wire.
2.After connection, place the ceramic warm mug with lid on the pad. When placed, place the bottom of the
mug in the middle area of the pad so that the bottom of the mug can be pressed on the silicon button to
switch to the heating mode. If the indicator lights are always on constantly, the mug will enter the normal
heating working state.
The LED indicator is always on, representing the normal working state.
The LED indicator flashes fast, representing abnormal working status, it may be caused of the
improper mug placement on the pad, the ceramic mug is not placed in position which presses on the
silicon sensor button directly or on the pad.
The LED indicator goes off , representing not in working status. It may be the heating process is
reached 8 hours working continuously as safety protection or other type of mug is used!

After the ceramic mug is placed on the pad for warming, the temperature of water in the ceramic cup will
be kept constant between 50 to 55 degrees. （Due to different environmental factors and volume of
water in the mug, the temperature of water will be deviated.）
Proper mug as heating equipment, do not use third party ceramic mug with this product.
With supplied ceramic mug to be heated on the supplied warmer pad ,can not be heated to ordinary daily
mug products on this model.
Heating mode: When the provided ceramic mug s′ foot
rim touches the silicon sensor switch in position, the
heating mode will start to heat the drinks in mug. Please
ensure the indicator is on constantly which means the
mug is placed in correct position.

Instructions for the Use of Wireless Charger

Place the mobile phone which equipped with wireless charging function(built-in function) in the middle of
the charging pad, and the indicator lamp is normally on constantly at charging state.
To switch on the charging mode, user just place the mobile phone with the wireless charging function in
the middle of the charging pad. It starts operation automatically. Do not place any metal parts or press
directly on the silicon sensor button to avoid heat up and scalding!
To ensure the phone is charging properly, the charging icon is displayed on the phone when placed in
proper position for charging.
LED indicator: when place the wireless type mobile phone in the middle of the wireless charging pad , The
mobile display is facing upwards,the battery side is downwards to place in the middle of the charging pad
indicator is always ON. If the indicator is flickering rapidly, it is an abnormal working state.
Wireless charger has foreign body detection function. If there is a metal object on the back of the mobile
phone, it will detect the metal object on the back of the mobile phone and stop charging when charging.
The indicator lights will flicker quickly to avoid the metal sheet being heated to damage the mobile phone
or burn the user.

Tip:
1.Due to the different code-setting time of each mobile phone, some wireless charging
mobile phones will not start charging after 3-5 seconds, which is a normal phenomenon. In
order to achieve the best charging speed, it is necessary to place the mobile phone on the
wireless charging pad in right position.
2.the wireless charging function is terminated immediately if user remove the mobile phone
away from the wireless charging pad, placed the phone back to the middle of charging pad
with indicator on constantly ,it can start recharging again.
The device must have built-in wireless charging receiving devices (Please check the
service provider of your mobile phone).

Cleaning and maintenance
1. Wipe the matching adapter, Type-C charging line and charging base with a clean rag or paper towel.
Cleaning in water is strictly prohibited.
2. If the ceramic cup is stained for a long time, don't scratch the surface with sharp objects such as
blades, so as to avoid scratches. It can be washed with lemon juice or vinegar and dried.
3. Ceramic cup is light and thin. Do not collide with hard objects to avoid damage. The decorative pattern
of the cup body contains k-gold plating, and the bottom of the cup is covered with metal materials. It is
strictly prohibited to put them into microwave ovens, ovens, dishwashers, etc. Ceramic cup
manufacturing process is complex, difficult, many manual procedures, there are inevitable traces of
manual, please understand..

22.手 機充 電 的時 候 ，請保 證手機 背 面或 者 手機 保 護套上 沒有金 屬 材料 ， 比如鐵 片
等，否則可能會引起手機發熱而損壞手機。
23.如 果有 金 屬物 體 比如硬 幣，鑰 匙 等置 於 無線 充 電底座 上時候 ， 不要 讓 物體壓 到
底座的矽膠按鍵，否則會給小金屬物體加熱而帶來燙傷風險。
24.陶瓷杯放置於底座上加熱後，禁止用手觸摸杯子底部或底座表面，防止燙傷。
25.陶 瓷杯 底 部經 歷 一百多 個小時 的 乾燒 加 热測 試 後就會 慢慢呈 現 出变 色 ，淺色 及
粉色變色比較明顯，這是正常的。每個陶瓷杯圓形腳墊位置經過燒製會有點不平
均或者少許凹凸均屬於正常現象。

恆溫保溫杯功能使用說明
恆溫杯墊/無線充電器
1.使用 配套的QC3.0電源適配器插上電源，用配套的Type-C電 源線連接 無線充電 底座。
2.通電 後 ， 放置 配 套陶 瓷 杯 連 杯 蓋 於 底 座 上 ， 放 置時 ， 用杯 底 部 放 置 於 底 座 中 間 區 域 ， 使
杯底部能壓在矽膠按鍵上，以切換成加熱模式，底座指示燈常亮，則進入正常加熱工作狀
態。
指示燈提示说明：
①陶瓷杯的放置位置不准確，未能在放置的時候將陶瓷杯底壓在底座的矽膠按鍵上導致不能
正常工 作。
②超過8小時連 續加熱時 間，指示 燈從常亮轉為快速閃爍狀態。
③使用 了非配套的陶瓷杯。

陶瓷杯 放置在無線充電器上加熱一段時間後，陶瓷杯內 的水或者 飲料溫度 會恆溫在
50-55度左 右。(由於不同的環境因素和杯子中的水量，水的溫 度會稍有 偏差)。

鍵”，當保溫杯放上底座壓住此按鍵便能自動切換至加熱

將手機放置於無線充底座中間，當充電器上的指示燈常亮為正常充電工作。
LED ，指⽰燈提⽰：將⼿機放置於無線充電器中間，指⽰燈常亮狀態為充電狀態 指⽰燈快速閃爍為異
常⼯作狀態。
無線充電器有異物檢測功能，如果⼿機背⾯有⾦屬物體，充電的時候會檢測到⼿機背⾯的⾦屬物體⽽
燙 。停⽌充電，指⽰燈變為快速閃爍 ，避免⾦屬⽚被加熱⽽損壞⼿機或者 傷使⽤者

提示：
1.由於各個手機連接時間不一樣，有些無線充電手機放上去會在3 - 5秒左 右才會開 始進入充
電狀態，屬於正常現象。為充電達到最佳速度，一定要將手機放置於無線充電器中心位置（
手機平 常電池中心區域貼在無線充電器的中心位置）。
2.若無線充電過程中將手機拿開，充電操作立即停止。閣下需重新把手機放置於無線充電器
中心並 指示燈常亮才能重新再次充電。

清洗和保養
1.用乾淨的抹布或紙巾擦 拭適 配器、Type- C充電線 和充 電底座。嚴禁放入水 中清 洗。
2.如果长期使用有污渍，不要用刀片等銳利物體刮擦陶瓷杯表面，以免留下刮痕，可以用柠檬汁或者食醋
清洗后，晾干即可。
3.陶瓷杯輕薄，使用過程 中請 勿與硬物碰撞以免損 壞， 杯體裝飾圖案有鍍金 成分 ，杯底也覆蓋有金屬材料 ，
嚴禁放入微波爐、烤 箱、 洗碗機等使用。 陶瓷 杯製作工藝複雜，難 度高，手工程式多， 有不 可避免的手工
痕跡，敬請諒解。
