READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING AND SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS!
• FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY. Do not use this appliance for other than its
intended use.
• REMOVE all packaging materials and labels before rst use. Please
dispose of the packaging materials via the appropriate recycling system,
in an environmentally-friendly manner.
• WASH all removable parts before rst use. See Cleaning & Care.
• A SHORT CORD is provided to reduce the hazards resulng from
entanglement or tripping. Do not drape the cord over the counter or
tabletop, where it can be pulled on or tripped over. Never wrap the cord
ghtly around the appliance, as this could cause the cord to fray or
break.
• We do not recommend using an extension cord with this appliance.
However, IF AN EXTENSION CORD IS USED, the marked electrical rang
should be at least as great as the electrical rang of this appliance.
• CLOSE SUPERVISION is necessary when using this appliance near

SPECIFICATIONS
This appliance is equipped with a polarized plug in which one prong is
wider than the other. This is a safety feature to reduce the risk of electrical
shock. The plug will t into a polarized outlet only one way. If you are
unable to insert the plug into the outlet, try reversing the plug. If it sll
does not t, contact a qualied electrician. Do not aempt to modify the
plug in any way. Ginny’s cannot accept any liability for damage or injury
resulng from failure to observe these safety procedures.

BEFORE FIRST USE, RUN ONE BREW CYCLE WITH CLEAR WATER:
1. Fill the carafe with 12 cups of with cool water and pour it into the water
reservoir.
2. Make sure the basket and coee lter are properly seated under the
coee lid and the handle on the basket is down.
3. Plug the coee maker into an electrical outlet. Ideally, the coee maker
should be operated on its own circuit, separate from other appliances.
The display screen light will ash, then display the clock.
4. Press BREW/OFF. The BREW/OFF light will turn on, and the display will
show a dot next to BREW. The brew cycle will begin. This will take
approximately 9 to 12 minutes to complete.
5. Aer the cycle is complete, the coee maker will beep twice and the
BREW/OFF light will turn o. The coee maker will switch to keep warm.
Aer 2 hours, the coee maker will automacally shut o.
SETTING THE CLOCK:
1. The clock must be set for the programming funcons to work. When set,
the me will appear in the digital display.
2. To set the hour, press HOUR to advance one hour at a me.
Hold the buon to rapidly advance the hours. The hours will only count
upward. Make note of the AM and PM indicator when seng the hour.
3. To set the minute, press MIN to advance one minute at a
me. Hold the buon to rapidly advance the minutes. The minutes will
only count upward.
4. Aer seng the me, wait 3 seconds and the display will stop ashing.
The me is now set.

BREWING 12 CUPS OF COFFEE:
1. Fill the carafe with 12 cups of cold water and pour into the water
reservoir.
2. Make sure the basket and coee lter are properly seated under the
coee lid and the handle on the basket is down.
Ne: A paper cone lter #4 may also be used in place of the
permanent lter.
3. Follow the coee manufacturer’s recommended serving size and add
coee to the coee lter for each cup desired, increasing or decreasing
to suit individual taste.
4. Press BREW/OFF. The BREW/OFF light will turn on, and the display will
show a dot next to BREW. The brew cycle will begin. This will take
approximately 9 to 12 minutes to complete. This funcon is programmed
for 12 cups of coee. (For 1-4 cups please refer to the direcons on page
8.)
5. Aer the cycle is complete, the coee maker will beep twice and the
BREW/OFF light will turn o. The coee maker will switch to keep warm.
Aer 2 hours, the coee maker will automacally shut o.
Ne: If any buons are pushed while the coee maker is in the
process of brewing, this will cause the brew cycle to end.

BREWING 1-4 CUPS OF COFFEE:
1. Fill the carafe with 1-4 cups of cool water and pour into the water
reservoir.
2. Make sure the basket and coee lter are properly seated under the
coee lid and the handle on the basket is down.
3. Follow the coee manufacturer’s recommended serving size and add
coee to the coee lter for each cup desired, increasing or decreasing
to suit individual taste.
4. Press the 1-4 CUPS buon. The 1-4 CUPS light will turn on and the display
screen will show a dot next to BREW. The brew cycle will begin and will
take approximately 3 to 4 minutes to complete.
5. Aer the cycle is complete, the coee maker will beep twice and the 1-4
CUP light will turn o. The coee maker will switch to keep warm. Aer 2
hours, the coee maker will automacally shut o.
DELAY BREW FUNCTION FOR 12 CUPS:
1. Fill the carafe with 12 cups of cold water and pour into the water
reservoir.
2. Make sure the basket and coee lter are properly seated under the
coee lid and the handle on the basket is down.
3. Follow the coee manufacturer’s recommended serving size and add
coee to the coee lter for each cup desired, increasing or decreasing to
suit individual taste.
4. Press DELAY BREW. The DELAY BREW light will turn on and the display
screen will ash.
5. While the display is ashing, set the me you would like your coee to
start brewing by pressing HOUR and MIN.
Ne: If the display returns to the current me before the desired
brew start me is entered, press DELAY BREW again and then
press HOUR or MIN to connue seng the brew start me.

1. Fill the carafe with 1-4 cups of cool water and pour into the water

3. Follow the coee manufacturer’s recommended serving size and add
coee to the coee lter for each cup desired, increasing or decreasing
to suit individual taste.
4. Press DELAY BREW. The DELAY BREW light will turn on, and the display
screen will ash.
5. While the display is ashing, set the me you would like your coee to
start brewing by pressing HOUR and MIN.
Ne: If the display returns to the current me before the desired

maker will beep once and the 1-4 CUP light will turn on. The display will

DELAY will turn o and the dot next to BREW will be shown. The 1-4 CUP
light will turn on.
8. Aer the brew cycle is complete, the 1-4 CUP light will turn o. The
coee maker will beep twice and switch to keep warm. Aer 2 hours,
the coee maker will automacally shut o.
6. Making sure the DELAY BREW light is on, press BREW/OFF. The coee
maker will beep once and the BREW/OFF light will turn on. The display
will show a dot next to DELAY.
7. The coee maker will begin brewing at the set me. The dot next to
DELAY will turn o and the dot next to BREW will be shown. The BREW/
OFF light will turn on.
8. Aer the brew cycle is complete, the BREW/OFF light will turn o, and the
coee maker will beep twice and switch to keep warm. Aer 2 hours, the
coee maker will automacally shut o.

HOW TO OPERATE
PAUSE AND SERVE:
If at any me during the brewing process the carafe is removed from the
warming plate, the brewing process will pause unl the carafe is placed back
onto the warming plate. Coee will not begin to drip again unl the carafe is
replaced.
BEFORE MAKING A SECOND POT:
Turn the coee maker o and allow to cool for 10 minutes before
brewing a second pot of coee. Empty and add new coee grounds. To avoid
pung cold water into a hot carafe and causing damage to the carafe, place
carafe on the warming plate and use another container to pour cold water
into water reservoir. Use the water level indicator to determine water level.
WARNING: TO AVOID DAMAGE TO THE UNIT, SPILLS OR BURNS,
USE THE PAUSE AND SERVE FEATURE ONLY AS
DIRECTED. DO NOT PLACE A MUG OR CUP ON THE
WARMING PLATE.
KEEP WARM AND AUTO SHUT-OFF:
Aer brewing, the coee maker will switch to a keep warm funcon.
During this funcon, the warming plate stays hot to keep the brewed
coee at a suitable serving temperature. Aer 2 hours, the coee maker
will automacally turn o.

1. Turn o and unplug the appliance.
2. Always allow the appliance to cool completely before cleaning.
3. Remove any remaining coee grounds.
4. Fill the coee carafe with cold water and pour into the water reservoir.
Press CLEAN. You will hear a beep and the coee maker will cycle for 5
minutes; the display screen will count down the me. When the cleaning
cycle is complete the coee maker will beep for 5 seconds, and the display
will come back to the normal me. Repeat if a second cleaning cycle is
needed.
5. Do not use abrasive brushes or pads, or harsh cleaning soluons.
6. Remove the lter, basket and carafe, and wash in warm soapy water, or
wash in the dishwasher (top rack only).
7. Wipe down the exterior of the coee maker with a damp cloth and dry
thoroughly.
8. Do not immerse any electrical appliance, its cord, or its plug, into water.
9. Ensure all parts are dried thoroughly before using or storing the coee
maker. Store appliance in its box or in a clean, dry place. ALWAYS store the
coee maker in an upright posion.
CLEANING & CARE

WARRANTY
Ginny’s warrants this product free from defects in material and
workmanship for one year from provable date of purchase.
Within this warranty period, Ginny’s will repair or replace, at its opon,
defecve parts at no charge, provided the product is returned, freight
prepaid with proof of purchase to Ginny’s. Allow 2-4 weeks for return
shipping.
This warranty does not cover improper installaon, misuse, abuse or neglect
on part of the owner. Warranty is also invalid in any case that the product is
taken apart or serviced by an unauthorized service staon.
This warranty gives you specic legal rights and they may vary from
state to state.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND
CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE
