Thank you for purchasing a Ginny’s Brand Four Slice
Long Toaster. This toaster will look great on your
kitchen counter while it easily toasts four regular slices
of bread, or two slices of pan-style breads — from rye
to sourdough. French bread? Have no fear! The 1 1/4”
wide slots even handle bagels without geng stuck.

SPECIFICATIONS
This appliance is equipped with a polarized plug in which one prong is
wider than the other. This is a safety feature to reduce the risk of electrical
shock. The plug should be aached to the appliance before connecng to
an electrical outlet. The plug will t into a polarized outlet only one way. If
you are unable to insert the plug into the outlet, try reversing the plug. If it
sll does not t, contact a qualied electrician. Do not aempt to modify
the plug in any way. Ginny’s cannot accept any liability for damage or inju-
ry resulng from failure to observe these safety procedures.

HOW TO OPERATE

TO CANCEL
Press the CANCEL buon at any me to interrupt toasng.
TO REHEAT
Press the REHEAT buon aer lowering the carriage lever to reheat al-
ready toasted bread, bagels, etc. (This funcon will not connue to toast,
it will only reheat.)
TO DEFROST
Press the DEFROST buon aer lowering the carriage lever to defrost,
then toast frozen bread or waes, etc. (all in one step).
Ne: the rst me you use this toaster, it may smoke a lile due to
the factory residue burning o. We recommend running it
through one or two cycles before actually toasng bread.
TO TOAST
1. Connect the plug to an outlet.
2. Put the slice(s) of bread into the toaster.
3. Set the browning selector to desired level.
4. Start the appliance by sliding the carriage lever down unl a “click” is
heard. The blue light above CANCEL will come on.
5. Aer the selected toasng me, the toast will pop up and the toaster
will turn o.
6. Unplug the toaster.

1. Turn o and unplug the appliance.
2. Always allow the appliance to cool completely before cleaning.
3. Slide out the crumb tray and discard crumbs. Wipe the tray clean
and replace it. Never operate the toaster without the crumb
tray in place.
4. To remove any pieces of bread remaining in the toaster, turn the
toaster upside down and gently shake. Never insert any hard or
sharp instruments into the slot, as this could damage the toaster and
cause a safety hazard.
5. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and dry.
6. Do not immerse any electrical appliance, its cord or plug, into
water.
7. Never wrap the cord around the outside of the toaster. Wind the
cord around the hooks on the underside of the toaster.

WARRANTY
Ginny’s warrants this product free from defects in material and workman-
ship for one year from provable date of purchase.
Within this warranty period, Ginny’s will repair or replace, at its opon, de-
fecve parts at no charge, provided the product is returned, freight prepaid
with proof of purchase to Ginny’s. Allow 2-4 weeks for return shipping.
This warranty does not cover improper installaon, misuse, abuse or neglect
on part of the owner. Warranty is also invalid in any case that the product is
taken apart or serviced by an unauthorized service staon.
This warranty gives you specic legal rights and they may vary from
state to state.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND
CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE
