READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING AND SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS!
• FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY. DO NOT USE THIS APPLIANCE FOR OTHER
THAN ITS INTENDED USE.
• Remove all packaging materials and labels before rst use.
• A short cord is provided to reduce the hazards resulng from tripping
or entanglement. DO NOT drape the cord over a counter or tabletop
where it can be pulled on or tripped over. DO NOT wrap the cord ghtly
around the toaster, as this could cause the cord to fray or break.
• We DO NOT recommend using an extension cord with this appliance.
However, if an extension cord is used, the marked electrical rang should
be at least as great as the electrical rang of this appliance.
• CLOSE SUPERVISION IS NECESSARY WHEN USING THIS APPLIANCE NEAR
CHILDREN.
• A re may occur if this appliance is used near ammable materials,
including curtains, towels, walls, etc. DO NOT place any paper, plasc or
other nonfood items in the toaster. DO NOT place the appliance or its
cord on or near a heated surface or in a heated oven.
• Always use this appliance on a stable, dry, heat-resistant surface.
• DO NOT use near water.
• When using, leave at least 3" clearance on all sides of the toaster.
• DO NOT use an accessory or aachment not recommended by Ginny’s,
as this may cause injury or damage the appliance.
• Keep hands, hair and clothing away from all moving parts.
• Always use oven mis when handling hot food or appliances. DO NOT
aempt to move an appliance when it is hot or has hot contents.
• DO NOT use outdoors.
• DO NOT toast rice cakes, fried breads, oversized breads, foods with
frosng/jelly or nonbread items.
• DO NOT aempt to dislodge bread when toaster is plugged into an
electrical outlet.
• Turn o and unplug this appliance when not in use.
• THERE ARE NO SERVICEABLE PARTS INSIDE THIS APPLIANCE.
• DO NOT USE AN APPLIANCE WITH A DAMAGED CORD OR PLUG, OR

SPECIFICATIONS
This appliance is equipped with a polarized plug in which 1 prong is wider
than the other. This is a safety feature to reduce the risk of electrical shock.
The plug will t into a polarized outlet only 1 way. If you are unable to
insert the plug into the outlet, try reversing the plug. If it sll does not t,
contact a qualied electrician. DO NOT aempt to modify the plug in any
way. Ginny’s cannot accept any liability for damage or injury resulng from
failure to observe these safety procedures.

Ne: Before using the rst me, be sure there are no packaging
materials remaining in the slots. Operate the toaster twice
without food. Remaining factory residue may burn o and
result in minor smoke or smell, but this is normal.
TOAST
1. Place the food to be toasted in the slots.
2. Plug the cord into an electrical outlet.
3. Select the level of browning desired by turning the browning dial (1 is
lightest, 7 is darkest). Start with 3 the rst me and adjust up or down
per your preferences.
4. Press down on the carriage lever unl it stops. The grids inside the slots
will ghten around the food to keep it o the heang elements.
Ne: The lever will not stay down if the toaster is not plugged into
an electrical outlet.
5. Press CANCEL at any me during the cycle to stop toasng.
6. When done, the food will “pop up.” Use the carriage lever to li food
farther up for easy retrieval.
7. Unplug the appliance aer use and let it cool before handling/storing.
BAGEL
1. To toast only 1 side, see diagram on top of toaster and place the food to
be toasted in the slots accordingly.
2. Plug the cord into an electrical outlet.
3. Select the level of browning desired by turning the browning dial (1 is
lightest, 7 is darkest). Start with 3 the rst me and adjust up or down
per your preferences.
4. Press down on the carriage lever unl it stops. The grids inside the slots
will ghten around the food to keep it o the heang elements.
5. Press BAGEL.
6. Press CANCEL at any me during the cycle to stop toasng.
7. When done, the bagel will “pop up.” Use the carriage lever to li bagel
farther up for easy retrieval.
8. Unplug the appliance aer use and let it cool before handling/storing.

DEFROST allows you to toast frozen bread, bagels, waes or pastries.
1. Place the food to be defrosted and toasted in the slots.
Ne: DO NOT aempt to defrost foods other than frozen bread,
bagels, waes or pastries with this toaster.
2. Plug the cord into an electrical outlet.
3. Select the level of browning desired by turning the browning dial (1 is
lightest, 7 is darkest). Start with 3 the rst me and adjust up or down
per your preferences.
4. Press down on the carriage lever unl it stops. The grids inside the slots
will ghten around the food to keep it o the heang elements.
5. Press DEFROST.
6. Press CANCEL at any me during the cycle to stop defrosng/toasng.
7. When done, the food will “pop up.” Use the carriage lever to li food
farther up for easy retrieval.
8. Unplug the appliance aer use and let it cool before handling/storing.
CLEANING & CARE
1. Turn o and unplug the toaster.
2. Always allow the appliance to cool completely before cleaning.
3. Remove the crumb tray from the boom of the toaster and wipe clean
with a so cloth. Replace.
4. Wipe the exterior of the toaster with a damp cloth, as needed.
5. DO NOT use abrasive brushes or pads, or harsh cleaning soluons.
6. DO NOT immerse any cord, plug or electrical appliance into water.
WARNING: Empty the crumb tray frequently. Crumbs will
accumulate and become a re hazard.

WARRANTY
Ginny’s warrants this product free from defects in material and
workmanship for one year from provable date of purchase.
Within this warranty period, Ginny’s will repair or replace, at its opon,
defecve parts at no charge provided the product is returned freight
prepaid with proof of purchase to Ginny’s. Allow 2–4 weeks for return
shipping.
This warranty does not cover improper installaon, misuse, abuse or neglect
on part of the owner. Warranty is also invalid in any case that the product is
taken apart or serviced by an unauthorized service staon.
This warranty gives you specic legal rights and they may vary from
state to state.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND
CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE
