SPECIFICATIONS
This appliance is equipped with a polarized plug in which 1 prong is wider
than the other. This is a safety feature to reduce the risk of electrical shock.
The plug will t into a polarized outlet only 1 way. If you are unable to
insert the plug into the outlet, try reversing the plug. If it sll does not t,
contact a qualied electrician. DO NOT aempt to modify the plug in any
way. Ginny’s cannot accept any liability for damage or injury resulng from
failure to observe these safety procedures.

Ne: Before using the rst me, operate the toaster twice without
food. Remaining factory residue may burn o and result in
minor smoke or smell, but this is normal.
TOAST
1. Place the food to be toasted in the slots (maximum thickness is 1¼").
2. Plug the cord into an electrical outlet.
3. Select the level of browning desired by turning the browning dial (1 is
lightest, 7 is darkest). Start with 3 the rst me and adjust up or down
per your preferences.
4. Press down on the carriage lever unl it stops. The grids inside the slots
will ghten around the food to keep it o the heang elements.
Ne: The lever will not stay down if the toaster is not plugged into an
electrical outlet.
5. Press CANCEL at any me during the cycle to stop toasng.
6. Unplug the appliance aer use and let it cool before handling/storing.
DEFROST allows you to toast frozen foods (bread, waes or pastries).
1. Place the food to be defrosted and toasted in the slots (maximum
thickness is 1¼").
Ne: DO NOT aempt to defrost foods other than frozen bread,
waes or pastries with this toaster.
2. Plug the cord into an electrical outlet.
3. Select the level of browning desired by turning the browning dial (1 is
lightest, 7 is darkest). Start with 3 the rst me and adjust up or down
per your preferences.
4. Press down on the carriage lever unl it stops. The grids inside the slots
will ghten around the food to keep it o the heang elements.
5. Press DEFROST.
6. Press CANCEL at any me during the cycle to stop defrosng/toasng.
7. Unplug the appliance aer use and let it cool before handling/storing.

BAGEL toasts 1 side (only the outside elements heat up) for bagels or
English muns.
1. See diagram on top of toaster and place the food to be toasted in the
slots accordingly (maximum thickness is 1¼").
2. Plug the cord into an electrical outlet.
3. Select the level of browning desired by turning the browning dial (1 is
lightest, 7 is darkest). Start with 3 the rst me and adjust up or down
per your preferences.
4. Press down on the carriage lever unl it stops. The grids inside the slots
will ghten around the food to keep it o the heang elements.
5. Press BAGEL.
6. Press CANCEL at any me during the cycle to stop toasng.
7. Unplug the appliance aer use and let it cool before handling/storing.
REHEAT is used to warm up food that is already toasted.
1. Place the food to be heated in the slots (maximum thickness is 1¼").
2. Plug the cord into an electrical outlet.
3. Press down on the carriage lever unl it stops. The grids inside the slots
will ghten around the food to keep it o the heang elements.
4. Press REHEAT.
5. Press CANCEL at any me during the cycle to stop reheang.
6. Unplug the appliance aer use and let it cool before handling/storing.
1. Turn o and unplug the toaster.
2. Always allow the appliance to cool completely before cleaning.
3. Remove the crumb tray(s) from the boom of the toaster and wipe clean
with a so cloth. Replace.
4. Wipe the exterior of the toaster with a damp cloth, as needed.
5. DO NOT use abrasive brushes or pads, or harsh cleaning soluons.
6. DO NOT immerse any cord, plug or electrical appliance into water.

WARRANTY
Ginny’s warrants this product free from defects in material and
workmanship for one year from provable date of purchase.
Within this warranty period, Ginny’s will repair or replace, at its opon,
defecve parts at no charge provided the product is returned freight
prepaid with proof of purchase to Ginny’s. Allow 2–4 weeks for return
shipping.
This warranty does not cover improper installaon, misuse, abuse or neglect
on part of the owner. Warranty is also invalid in any case that the product is
taken apart or serviced by an unauthorized service staon.
This warranty gives you specic legal rights and they may vary from
state to state.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND
CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE
