GUARANTEE
This GLEN Product is fully guaranteed against any defect arising out of defective
materials or faulty workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase.
Should any defect develop in this Product during the guarantee period, Glen Appliances
Pvt. Ltd. Undertakes to get the Product or any parts thereof repaired free of charge.
GUARANTEE IS NOT VALID IF
The Product is not used according to the direction given in the instruction manual.
Defects are caused by improper or reckless use.
The repair work is carried out by persons not authorised by the company.
The serial no. has been deleted, defaced or altered.
The breakage of glass due to any reason whatsoever is not covered under guarantee.
The Bill/cash memo is not presented .
Any modification or alteration of any nature is made in the Product.
The manufacturer is not responsible for any consequential losses arising out of misuse of
the appliance or due to non-observance of necessary precautions in using L.P.
Gas/Electric power.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR 5 YEAR WARRANTY
Customer has to register online for availing this 5 year warranty on the Glen India Website
or Mobile App (in process).
The registration should be done within 90 days of date of purchase.
The product has been used as per the instruction mentioned in the instruction manual.
The product has been used for domestic purpose only, in case used for commercial
purpose the warranty is not valid.
The product has not been put to misuse and serviced at regular intervals at least once in a
year by the authorised service centre.
The warranty is valid on the Forged Brass Burner only and not on the mixing tube.
In case of Toughened Glass the maximum number of free replacements will be limited to
2 times with in the 5 years period .
In case the glass breaks while using Pathri Tawa or Gas Tandoor for making Bati then the
warranty is not valid.
In case of any requirement of change of above parts only the parts will be replaced free of
charge the labour cost and service/visit charges will have to be paid by the customer.
Customer will have to produce this warranty card and the cash memo to avail the
warranty.
In case the Gas Valve is changed from LPG to PNG not by the company authorised
service centre then the warranty will not be valid.

INSTALLATION
The gas cylinder should be placed vertically and should not tilt.
The Product should be placed at a convenient working height against a wall. It should be
kept away from shelves and curtains
Windows should be closed and the use of fans should be avoided during its operation.
The flexible tube connecting the cylinder to the Product should be gas resistant and of an
approved brand. It should not be longer than a meter and should be kept away from any
source of heat. The tube should not be subjected to external pressure, twisted or sharply
looped
When the Product is not in operation ensure that the regulating knobs on the Product are
in the ‘OFF’ position and the regulating valve on the cylinder is ‘CLOSED’
Push the rubber hose onto the inlet nozzle as far as it will go.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
To light the Product, open the regulating valve, light a match stick and hold it close to the
burner port. Now press the corresponding regulating knob and turn it anticlockwise to the
‘ON’ position.
To turn off the flame, turn the regulating knob to the ‘OFF’ position.
During cooking, ensure that the ingredients being cooked do not overflow, which may
extinguish the flame or choke the burner ports.
In case of leakage of gas or any other defect, report to your gas dealer and get the Product
checked/rectified by an authorised person only.
Use a damp cloth to clean your Product.
Make sure that there are no inflammables near the Product.
When the Product is in use check from time to time that it burns normally.
While using a lighter to ignite the burner, keep a distance of atleast 0.5 cm between
them to prevent gas from burning in the Gas pipe. In case this happens,
immediately switch off the burner and re-ignite
Toughened glass is used for the cooking table in GT models. However necessary
precautions in handling of glass is very important. make sure that when the glass is
hot, there should not be any dripping of cold water or liquid on glass as it may
damage the glass.
Glass may break if gas tandoor is used. The breakage of glass due to any reason is
not covered under guarantee.
