Introduction
Congratulations on your purchase.
The air fryer allows you to make your favourite food and snacks in a healthier way. It adopts the superior
fast air circulation (rapid air) combined with the heating element on the top. Healthy, rapid and simple way
as it is to satisfy your stomach.
Considerations
•Please read the user manual carefully and save it well for further reference.
•Do no fill the pan with oils, which will cause fire.
•The appliance contains electronic elements and heating elements. Do not immerse or rinse it.
•To avoid being scalded during the operation, please do not touch the inner or outer part of the appliance;
Do not get close to the air outlet and be careful of the hot air when taking out the pan; Grasp the handle
when operating the appliance.
•Do not cover the air inlet or air outlet during the operation.
Safety Information
•The appliance is only for household use.
•Do not use the appliance for any other uses than described on the user manual.
•Keep the appliance away from children to protect from scald, electric shock or other damages. Close
supervision should be given to children when they use or get closer to the appliance. Do not allow
children to play with the power plug or power outlet.
•Users with reduced physical or mental capacities or lacking knowledge of the appliances should be
supervised by professionals, who should be responsible for their safety.
•Keep the plug clean. Observe the rated voltage of the plug before use.
•Do not damage, pull or bend the power cable. Do not hang the power cable over an edge or get close
to high temperature, to prevent from fire or damages.
•Do not block or pull out the plug with wet hands, which can cause electric shock.
•Please plug the plug into a power socket to prevent from risk of fire and smoke.
•Do not immerse the appliance, its power cable or power plug into water, preventing from electric shock
or damages.
•Keep the appliance away from the flammable for at least 4 inches / 10 cm. Place the appliance on a
heat-resistant surface.

Attention
The appliance isn’t equipped with an auto shut-off function. When you take out the pan in working status,
the appliance will continue working without powering off. In this circumstance, do not reach your hand into
the inner part of the appliance or throw anything into it, to prevent from scald or other dangers. Moreover,
it’s a normal phenomenon for the appliance to give out some hot air and make a loud noise when you take
out the pan when it’s working. This won’t influence its normal performance.
Before the First Use
•Remove all packing materials.
•Take out the adhesive tapes attached to secure the pan.
•Use hot water, detergent and a soft sponge to clean the mesh tray and pan totally.
•Wipe the inner part and outer part of the appliance with a damp cloth.
•Place the appliance on a stable, flat and heat resistant surface.
•Place the mesh tray into the pan and slide the pan into the appliance.
•The air fryer works on hot air. Therefore, do not fill the pan with oils or frying fat.
•Do not put anything on the appliance, which will interface the air flow and influence the frying result.
Operation Guides
•Plug the power plug into a grounded power socket.
•Turn the timer knob to 3 minutes for preheating. Then, the air fryer begins to work.
•When the timer knob points to 0, pull out the pan from the appliance carefully and place the food on
the mesh tray (note: do not exceed the MAX scale line). Then, slide the pan back into the appliance.
a. Do not use the appliance without the pan in it.
b. Do not touch the air fryer, because it becomes excessively hot. Grasp the handle only.
•Turn the timer knob to a required time to start the appliance.
•When you hear a timer bell, the setting time is over. Take out the pan from appliance and place it on a
heat resistant surface.
•Check whether the food is fried totally. If not, slide the pan back into the appliance and set the timer
knob for a few more minutes.
•If the food is ready, pull out the pan and take out the food from the mesh tray. Do not turn over the pan
because the oils collected on the bottom will flow to the food.
•Clamp the food from the mesh tray and place them onto a bowl or plate. When a batch of food is done,
the appliance is instantly ready for preparing another batch.

Tips
Rub the food with few oils to obtain a crisper effect.
Shake the pan for 1-3 times halfway the frying process to ensure the food is fried evenly, improving the
frying result. To shake the food, grasp the handle to take out the pan from the appliance and shake it. Then,
put the pan back into the appliance.
Maintenance and Cleaning
•Before cleaning, turn the timer knob to “0” and remove and power plug to cool down the appliance. Do
not touch the surface before it’s cooled down.
•Do not immerse the appliance into water to other liquids no matter whether it’s electrified or not.
•Remove the pan and mesh tray. Clean the surface of the pan and mesh tray with little detergent and a
soft sponge. If dirt is stuck to the mesh tray or pan, fill the pan with hot water containing detergent. Place
the mesh tray into pan and allow them to immerse for about 10 minutes before cleaning.
•Use a soft damp cloth to wipe the surface of the pan. Cleaning with rough and corrosive detergents,
scouring pad or steel wire brush is not allowed, because they may damage the appliance.
•If the appliance is not use for a long time. Clean the appliance totally and store it in a cool and dry place.

When you fry greasy ingredients in the air fryer, a large
amount of oil will leak into the pan. The oil produces
white smoke and the pan may heat up more than usual.
This does not affect the appliance or the end result.
The pan still contains
grease residues from
previous use.
White smoke is caused by grease heating up in the pan.
Make sure you clean the pan properly after each use.
Fresh fries are fried
unevenly in the air
fryer.
You did not use the right
potato type.
Use fresh potatoes and make sure they stay rm during
frying.
You did not rinse the
potato sticks properly
before you fried them.
Rinse the potato sticks properly to remove starch from
the outside of the sticks.
Fresh fries are not
crispy when they come
out of the air fryer.
The crispiness of the fries
depends on the amount of
oil and water in the fries.
Make sure you dry the potato sticks properly before you
add the oil.
Cut the potato sticks smaller for a crispier result.
Add slightly more oil for a crispier result.

Warranty
This GLEN Air Fryer SA 3046 is fully warranted against any defect arising out of defective materials or
faulty workmanship for a period of two year from the date of purchase. Should any defect develop in this
product, the customer should bring the product to the nearest authorised service centre, where the company
undertakes to get the product repaired free of charge.
This warranty is not valid if:
• The use and care instructions have not been followed.
• Defects are caused by accident, misuse, abuse or commercial use.
• The repair work is carried out by persons not authorised by the company.
• The serial no. has been deleted, defaced or altered.
• Any modication or alteration of any nature is made in the product.
• Normal wear & tear of the product is not covered under warranty
• The bill/cash memo and copy of warranty card is not presented.
Under no circumstances, whether based on limited warranty or otherwise shall the company be liable for
