The GLK products are designed for adult smokers. Tobacco sticks used with heating device (to be
purchased separately) contain nicotine.
The GLK product passed through CB safety testing. It’s in accordance with CB product safety
certification requirements. It’s assured to use.
GLK states that we do not sell e-cigarettes and related products to minors, minors under the age of
18 do not purchase, non-smokers are advised not to use e-cigarettes and related products.
Please note that a) Do not immerse the unit or component in water. b) Solvents or other liquids
cannot be used for cleaning other than special cleaning rods. c) Do not operate the unit in an
environment with flammable materials, liquids and gases, and do not start the unit in an area filled
with oxygen. d) Do not operate the unit if you find that the unit is damaged or has been disassembled,
repaired or immersed in a liquid, otherwise personal injury may result. When the unit is turned off and
cooled, you can use a cleaning hook to remove the tobacco stuck in the chamber. e) When you carry
the unit, make sure that no material enters the chamber. Otherwise it may result in personal injury or
burns. f) During working state, note that the heating component temperature is high and untouchable
if the cover is removed. g) The heating component is non-removable.

HOW TO USE
1. Rotating and inserting the tobacco stick. In unheated state, insert the tobacco stick in a rotating
manner. (See fig. 2). GLK smart heating device is compatible with main tobacco sticks including
Marlboro, HEETS, Fiit, Nuso and other heating not burning sticks. The default parameter is suitable
to Marlboro’s. The heating temperature of different tobacco sticks may vary, and the working
temperature of your personal favorite can be adjusted through the mobile APP to ensure the best
taste. Mobile APP can be downloaded via the QR code. See the attached page.

2. Warm-up. Click the button, the LED lights in GREEN, hold the button for 3 sec, the light turns
BLUE. The unit vibrates and starts to heat the tobacco stick, then vibrates again after 10 sec. It
indicates that the unit warm-up is completed. If the unit needs to be stopped during the heating
process, double-click the button and the light goes from BLUE to GREEN.
3. Smoking. The max heating time for one tobacco stick can be modified via the APP according to
preference. In order to maintain the best taste, it is recommended to maintain a certain interval per
use. When the BLUE LED long flashes, it indicates that the process is coming to an end, the LED
turns GREEN to indicate that the heating is over. In unheated state of GREEN light, the unit will turn
off power automatically after 15 sec.

4. Rotating to remove the tobacco stick. Please rotate to remove the tobacco stick to prevent the
tobacco stick from breaking into the heating chamber, while cleaning the residue generated by each
use. (See fig. 3). Remove the upper cover and clip it out with tweezer, if the tobacco breaks into a
heating chamber.
5. Charging. In general, the unit needs to be charged after continuous operation of 6-10 tobacco
sticks. The full charge time is about 50 minutes, and the LED flashes GREEN during the recharging
process.

QUESTION AND ANSWER
Q1: Cannot start the unit?
First confirm whether the unit runs off power or not, try to insert charging cable to charge the battery.
If the LED comes in GREEN, the unit may not have power to be fully charged. If the LED still not be
ON, please contact the after-sales.
Q2: Too few smokes per stick?
The times of tobacco stick used is related to heating temperature, smoking habit and the quality of
tobacco stick.
Q3: How to clean the unit?
The tobacco stick is rotated to plug into the unit each time, and rotated to pull out. No special cleaning
method is needed.
Q4: Can traditional cigarettes be used?
Tobacco sticks are specially processed using tobacco materials, and traditional cigarettes cannot be
inserted into the unit.
Q5: How to adjust the heating temperature?
When the LED turns GREEN, please connect the mobile APP, adjust the tobacco stick type and
heating method via the setting card in the APP.
Q6: Cannot tobacco sticks be plugged into the machine?
Check whether there is a tobacco stick residue blocking the heating parts, open the upper cover to
remove it. Please note that during heating process, the temperature of the part inside the cover is
high, be caution.

WARRANTY POLICY
Thank you for choosing GLK!
This product has passed quality inspection of the Powerthink Technology Co., Ltd. According to this
warranty, where under normal use, due to hardware defects in the warranty period, the Company will
repair and replace free of charge for materials and/or labor.
This warranty certificate is given in favor of the purchaser (hereunder the "Buyers") purchasing
products directly from Powerthink or its authorized distributor. If return to Powerthink for repair or
replacement, please contact after-sales support directly, please visit www.powerhnb.com for more
information.
For the warranty period announced by Powerthink when releasing the product in China, please see
the product after-sales service commitment schedule for details. Pease keep this instruction card or
invoice, receipt, etc. They all can be warranty documents.
The start date of warranty period is the date of purchasing, but if the ticket purchasing date is later
than the delivery date of the GLK system plus the grace period of the product, the date shall be taken
by the date of shipment of the GLK system plus the grace period of the product as the start date. The
repaired product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period, if less than three
months from the end of the warranty period, the warranty period will be three months from repairing
date. Repaired and replaced spare parts are owned by Powerthink. When necessary, Powerthink will
charge an appropriate repair cost.
Please keep the warranty certificate and Powerthink will not reissue for loss.
NON-WARRANTY TERMS
a) Failure or damage caused by use in a non-specified operating environment (e.g. too high
temperature, too low, too wet or dry, high altitude, unstable voltage or current, etc.). b) Damage

caused by improper storage (drops, liquid infiltration, etc.). c) Failure or damage caused by
unauthorized removal or over-authorization modification or abuse. d) Damage caused by repairs at a
repair center not authorized by Powerthink.
These terms describe all liability for the products and supersede all other warranties and other
liabilities expressed or implied. When the product is malfunction, Powerthink liability to the buyer is
limited to the repair and replacement of the product in accordance with the above terms with no other
guarantee. If there is specified in applicable national law, Powerthink will comply with the law.
In no case shall Powerthink be liable to anyone for any direct or indirect loss caused by abnormal use,
only takes liability for the requirements of applicable national law. In any event, Powerthink shall not
be liable for any damages caused by a third-party claim to the buyer.
