Flex Link Tri-Port Cable

Getting Started. Once the iTach Flex is
connected to the network by either an Eth-
ernet cable or WiFi, plug the Flex Link Tri-
port cable into the Flex Link Port.
To congure the Tri-port IR fuctional-
ity, right click on the unit entry in iHelp*
and click congure. A web browser will
present the web conguration pages of the
Flex. To access the set up pages manually,
type in the unit’s IP address. Flex units in
default will reside at the default address of
http://192.168.1.70. On the “Flex Link
Port Conguration” page, select “Flex Link
Tri-port Cable” to congure the settings as
desired.

e 3 IR ports on the Tri-port cable can be used
as 3 IR emitters or 2 emitters and 1 Flex Link
Blaster cable (on IR3).To use IR3 with a Flex
Link Blaster cable, change “Blaster Connected
on IR3” from False to Tr ue. en select Save
Changes to apply the new settings.

*To download the iHelp
application visit
www.globalcache.com/downloads. Run iHelp
on a Windows PC that is connected to your
network. iHelp listens for Global Caché multi-
cast beacons and displays the iTach IP address
and other details within one minute.
