The GFE-PA-VOX A is an addressable PA
Speaker Amplifier/Controller which is
available in either Red or White
housings. The GFE-PA-VOX A is able to
provide a maximum of 24 W of sound
output to a single PA Speaker. Up to 32
individually addressed controllers can
be installed per loop occupying an
address in the range 94 to 125. The
address is set using switches 1 to 5 of the
8 way DIL switch.
With message selection directly
programmable via the standard sounder
programming of the Junior and Juno-
Net panels, the GFE-PA-VOX-A, can
broadcast up to 5 differentiated pre-
loaded messages. The desired messages
can be downloaded from our own
proprietary recording PC application, via
a standard USB interface. This product is
loop controlled and externally powered.

In order to indicate the status of the module’s working condition, 3
LEDs are provided:
STATUS - This LED will flash GREEN, every time the address
associated with the module is polled by the addressable panel.
When in normal operation (speaker not active) the analogue
value reported to the panel is 16.
FAULT- The YELLOW LED will be ON when there is a fault in the
module. If there is a FAULT condition the analogue value
reported to the addressable panel is 4.
FIRE - This RED LED will be illuminated intermittently whenever
the speaker is active. The analogue value reported by the
module in this state is 17.
