Important
The charging station must be installed at more than 4 feet from the ground

CP Error The Control Pilot (CP)
connection is not reliable
Check that your Cont rol Pilot (C P) signal
pinisn’t shor t ed . Con tac t the Ev On e
pro vider if this pr oblem persists.
Low voltage System voltage is lower than
workable range
Consult yourelectricia n to ensu re
appropriate vo ltage on thecircu it
breaker that services the Ev One.
Over voltage System voltage is higher than
workable range
Consult yourelectricia n to ensu re appr o -

Ungro unded The earth ground connection is
not reliable
Check if your circuit gro und connec tion
is established. I f unc er tain, consult your
electricia n to ensu re prop er grou nding
at you r circuit breaker or powe r
distribution b ox and that appropriat e
con nections are made to the Ev O ne.
Over Current The output current is
dangerously increasing
Reduce the ve hicle’s charge curr ent
setting. I f the problem p ersists, con tac t
Ev On e provider.
Shor t Current An excessive amount of current
flowing into the circuit in a
short time
Possible c auses include sh o r t circuits,
excessive l oad, or a groun d fault( se e
Ungrou nded error). Check wiring or
wiring connections, or contac t Ev On e
pro vider.
Leakage protec tionA dangerous voltage is
detec ted

Over temp erature The temp erature is higher than
workable range

Stop using the Ev On e and co ntac t the
Ev On e provider

Press the button for 5 seconds
After 5 seconds release the
button and the charge level
options should appear. If
nothing is displayed, you have
not pressed long enough.
Press the button to select the
new charge level
At each click the charge level
changes.

the selec tion will be made at
the next connection to the
vehicle.
