HOW TO UNFOLD
Begin by standing on the left side
of the eBike. Hold the eBike by the
saddle with the nose facing up.
With your left hand on the handle
bars and right hand on the saddle,
guide the handle bars past the pedal
and unfold the eBike.
Locate the button found on
the rear of the steering column
(above the power button and
below the hinge). Push the button
and lift the steering column up.
Kick the front wheel rmly with your
right foot to disengage the magnetic
axle lock.

HOW TO UNFOLD
Lift the steering column and spread
the handlebars into place. Listen for
a click to ensure they are secure.
Press on the top of the release lever,
located under the headlight, to lock
the handlebars into position.
Unfold the pedals by rmly ipping
them up with your foot or hand.

KICKSTAND: HOW TO USE
Your eBike features an integrated kickstand, uniquely connected
to the seatpost. Here’s how to use it:
Lower the seatpost until
the indicator line is ush
with the seatpost clamp.
Tighten the
seatpost clamp.
Turn the kickstand
out with your foot.
Lean the bike onto the kickstand.
Make sure the bike is stable before
walking away.
Open the
seatpost clamp.

SEAT HEIGHT: HOW TO ADJUST
Open the
seatpost clamp.
Lower or raise the seat
to meet the height of
your hip.
Close the
seatpost clamp.

POWER ASSIST + / 
There are 4 levels of power assist. Press the ‘+’ button to increase
assistance and the ‘-‘ button to decrease.
WALK ASSIST
Get a small power assist while walking your eBike. Begin by walk-
ing at a pace of at least 3 km/h then press and hold the ‘+’ button
until the white lights on the power display start ashing. Then,
press and hold the red Walk Mode button. To deactivate, press and
hold the ‘-‘ button.

Press the button above the headlight to turn it On or O.

POWER ASSIST LEVEL
White lights will reect the level of power assistance you’re
currently using.
BATTERY CHARGE LEVEL
The battery charge level is displayed on a gradient of
red to yellow to green, with green being fully charged.
POWER BUTTON
Press this button rmly to turn the eBike On or O.

REAR LIGHT
The rear light is integrated into the seatpost. Press the
second LED from the top to activate the lights. Charge
this light by plugging the provided USB cable into the
port located under the saddle.

BATTERY: HOW TO CHARGE
Your eBike is partially charged prior to shipping but you’ll need to
“wake” up the battery before your rst ride. Here’s how:
Locate the charging cord
in the eBike box.
Uncap the charging port on
the battery. Plug the cord into
the eBike battery, ensuring it is
properly aligned with the port.
Plug the battery into a standard
wall outlet. A green light will appear
when charging then turn o once
the battery is fully charged. This
takes 2-3 hours.

You can also charge the battery o the eBike by removing
it with a hex key.

APP: MOUNTING & PAIRING WITH THE EBIKE
1. Remove the dhesive strip nd stick the phone mount to the
bck of your phone.
2. Attch your phone to the eBike by locting the phone mount bse
in the centre of the hndlebrs.
3. Press the phone mount into the bse then turn to the right to lock
it into plce.
4. Downlod the Arīv eBike App.
5. Register nd log into the App.

Optional: Push the pedals in towards
the bike then ip them inwards.
Push the bottom of the release lever,
located below the headlight, then
pull it all the way down to release the
handle bars. Keep holding the lever
down with one hand while folding the
handlebars together with the other
hand. Then, bring the handlebars down
to the left of the frame until they click
into place.
Stand on the left side (the motor side)
of the eBike. Turn the left pedal so that
it is at the 3 o’clock position.

HOW TO FOLD
Ensure the left pedal is in the 3 o’clock
position as you proceed to step #4.
Also, ensure the kickstand is in a
neutral position (i.e. aligned with
the eBike). This prevents the pedal from
getting caught on the handlebars as
the eBike folds.
While standing on the left side of
the eBike, grasp the eBike handle with
your left hand. With your right hand,
grab in front of the centre-frame hinge
and lift the frame upwards. Adjust
your right-hand grip as the eBike folds
to prevent pinching. Continue folding
until the magnetic axle lock engages.

1. Position the seat to use as a handle:
a) Release the seatpost clamp
b) Extend the seat to its highest position
c) Re-tighten the seatpost clamp
2. Firmly grasp the seat with one hand and
tip the eBike back so it’s rolling on its two
wheels.
3. Trolley the eBike forwards, pushing from
behind and keeping the eBike in front
of you. To set it down, tip the eBike back
until it is resting on the back of the seat
and both wheels.
1. Stow the seat:
a) Release the seatpost clamp
b) Lower the seat completely
c) Re-tighten the seatpost clamp
2. Firmly grasp the eBike handle with one
hand and tip the eBike back so it’s rolling
on its two wheels.
3. Pull the eBike along with the handle
by your side.

EBIKE AUSEINANDERKLAPPEN
Stellen Sie sich zunächst auf die linke
Seite des eBikes. Halten Sie das eBike
am Sattel mit der Nase nach oben.
Klappen Sie das eBike auseinander,
indem Sie mit der linken Hand
den Lenker und der rechten Hand
den Sattel halten und den Lenker
am Pedal vorbei führen.
Suchen Sie die Taste an der Rück-
seite der Lenksäule (oberhalb
der Ein/Aus-Taste und unter dem
Scharnier). Drücken Sie die Taste,
und heben Sie die Lenksäule an.
Geben Sie dem Vorderrad einen festen
Tritt mit dem rechten Fuß, um die
magnetische Achssperre zu lösen.
