THE USER
MANUAL
Please remember that this
USER MANUAL is not an
accessory of the piston, but it
is a FUNDAMENTAL
OMPONENT of the piston
itself and is a SAFETY
PRES RIPTION.
That’s why it is necessary to
store it in good conditions in
the machine chamber and
handle it to any conducer,
user or subsequent owner, so
that they can get on the
piston, all information related
to its nature and its aim and
also all indications for a safe
installation procedure.
Please remember that any
update should be enclosed
to this manual as indicated
by the Manufacturer. Avoid
damaging the manual, keep
it in good conditions (do not
tear its pages), and store it far
from humid and excessively
hot environments. While
referring to it avoid
compromising its readability,
dirtying it or touching it with
oily hands.
To enhance the reference to
this manual, it has been
divided into section so that
each phase is well
articulated, and the related
items are distinguished by
numbered steps.
Please pay particular
attention to those parts
marked by symbols in the
secondary column. The
Manufacturer wants, through
this method, to focus the
attention of the reader on
ATTENTION, WARNING and
DANGER hints which he is
concerned with.

Rappelez-vous que le MANUEL
D’EMPLOI n’est pas un accessoire du
piston mais c’est une PARTIE
INTEGRANTE du piston même et
une PRES RIPTION DE SE URITE.
Pour cette raison il faut le conserver
en bon état dans le local machine et
le remettre à chaque opérateur,
utilisateur ou propriétaire successif,
afin que, du piston même, l’on puisse
tirer au mieux toutes les informations
pour lesquelles il a été réalisé et
même pour être installé au maximum
de la SE URITE.
Rappelez-vous que toute mise à jour
doit être introduite dans le manuel
comme l’indiquera le onstructeur. Le
manuel ne doit pas être endommagé,
il doit demeurer intact (n’arrachez pas
les pages), il doit être conservé à
l’abri de l’humidité et de la chaleur.
Pendant la consultation il faut éviter
de le tacher ou de détériorer sa
lisibilité.
Pour faciliter la consultation, le
manuel a été divisé en parties afin
que chaque phase soit bien articulée
avec les arguments divisés eux aussi
en passages numérotés.
Les parties qui exigent le plus
d’attention sont rappelées par des
symboles dans la colonne plus petite.
Avec cette mesure le onstructeur
entend attirer l’attention du lecteur sur
les paragraphes: ATTENTION,
AVERTISSEMENT et DANGER qui le
concernent

Es wird daran erinnert, daß das
BEDIENUNGSHANDBUCH kein
Zubehör, sondern ein INTEG ELLE
BESTANDTEIL des Kolbens selbst
ist und es sich hierbei um eine
SICHE HEITSBESTIMMUNG
handelt.
Aus diesem Grund ist es notwendig,
dieses in gutem Zustand im
Maschinenraum aufzubewahren und
jedem Benutzer oder nachfolgendem
Besitzer auszuhändigen, so daß alle
Informationen über den Kolben selbst
und seinen Verwendungszweck
bestmöglich weitergegeben werden
und auch die Installation mit absoluter
SICHE HEIT durchgeführt werden
kann.
Daran denken, jegliche Aktualisierung
wie vom Hersteller angegeben in
dieses Handbuch einzutragen. Das
Handbuch darf nicht beschädigt
werden, muß immer vollständig
beibehalten werden (niemals Blätter
herausreißen), und ist an einem Ort
fern von Feuchtigkeit und Hitze
aufzubewahren. Während der
Konsultation ist es notwendig darauf
zu achten, Fettflecke bzw.
Beschädigungen zu vermeiden,
welche die Lesbarkeit beeinträchtigen
könnten.
Um die Konsultation des Handbuches
zu erleichtern, wurde dieses unterteilt,
so daß jede einzelne Phase in
Argumente gegliedert ist, welche
ihrerseits in nummerierte Schritte
unterteilt sind.
Die Teile, die eine größere
Aufmerksamkeit erfordern, sind mit
Symbolen in der kleineren Spalte
gekennzeichnet. Mit dieser
Maßnahme beabsichtigt der
Hersteller, die Aufmerksamkeit des
Lesers auf die Textstellen
ACHTUNG, HINWEISE und
GEFAH EN, die ihn jeweils
betreffen, zu ziehen.

mismo y contiene las

SEGURIDAD.
Por esta razón recomendamos
conservarlo en buenas condiciones en
la sala máquinas y pasarlo a
cualquier, usuario o propietario futuro,
así que del pistón mismo si puedan
obtener todas las informaciones para
instalarlo con la máxima
SEGURIDAD.
Recuerde que cualquier anexo ha de
ser añadido al manual mismo según
lo indicado por el Fabricante. No dañe
el manual, consérvelo integro (no
quite hojas) y protegido de humedad y
calor. Durante la consultación
recomendamos evitar mancharlo o
deteriorar su legibilidad.
Para rendir más fácil su consultación,
el manual ha sido dividido en
secciones así que cada fase esté
bien descrita con temas divididos en
otras secciones numeradas.
Las partes que requieren más
atención están indicadas con
símbolos en la columna menor. De
esta manera el Fabricante llama la
atención del lector acerca de

Series 9000 pistons have
been built complying with EN
81-2 rules.
Therefore they do not
represent any danger for the
operator if installed
according with the
instructions given in this
manual, and indicated during
the training held by the
Manufacturer, provided that
all safety devices are kept
constantly in good
conditions.
This sheet must state that at
the reception of the piston, all
safety devices are in good
conditions, that the piston
have been delivered together
with this manual, and that the
installer has the
responsibility to follow it
thoroughly
Furthermore this manual
must be stored in good
conditions in the machine
room, at the immediate
operator’s disposal.
The Manufacturer does not
assumes any responsibility in
case of modification,
tampering or any operation
non complying with the
prescriptions given in this
manual or in other
documentation, that could
compromise the safety or the
health of people or animals
or things in the immediate
surroundings of the piston.
Please remember that all
technical values refer to the
standard piston (see part 3)
and that the drawings and
any other document
delivered with the piston are
property of the manufacturer
that reserves all the rights
and recall that the literature
can not be handled to third
parties without its previous
written approval.
Any kind of reproduction,
even partial, of the text and of
the illustrations is therefore

INTRODUCTIVES
1.1

LIVRAISON
Les pistons de la série 9000 ont été
réalisés conformément aux
normatives EN 81-2.
Ils n’impliquent donc aucun danger
particulier pour l’opérateur s’ils ont été
installés conformément aux
instructions contenues dans ce
manuel et aux indications fournies par
le technicien du fabricant. Il est
toutefois nécessaire que les
dispositifs de sécurité soient toujours
maintenus en parfait état de
fonctionnement.
L’objet de cette lettre est d’attester
que les dispositifs de sécurité sont en
bon état à la réception du piston et
que ce dernier a été livré avec ce
manuel. Il consiste également à
rappeler que l’installateur s’engage à
respecter scrupuleusement les
indications de ce manuel.
Le manuel doit être conservé en
parfait état dans la salle des
machines où il doit toujours être à la
disposition de l’opérateur.
Le onstructeur n’assume aucune
responsabilité en cas de modification,
altération ou de toute façon
opérations accomplies en désaccord
avec ce qui est précisé dans ce
manuel, avec ses prescriptions ou
autres documents, qui peuvent
causer des dommages à la sécurité,
à la santé des personnes ou animaux
ou choses dans le voisinage du
piston.
Rappelez-vous toutefois que: toutes
les données techniques se réfèrent au
piston standard (voir 3e PARTIE) et
que les plans et tout autre document
remis avec le piston appartiennent au
onstructeur qui se réserve tous les
droits et rappelle qu’ils ne peuvent
être mis à la disposition de tiers sans
son approbation écrite.
Toute reproduction même partielle du
texte et des illustrations est donc
rigoureusement interdite.

Die Kolben der Serie 9000 wurden in
Übereinstimmung mit den ichtlinien
EN 81-2 hergestellt.
Daher stellen sie keine Gefahr für den
Benutzer dar, wenn sie entsprechend
den Anweisungen dieses
Handbuches, der vom Techniker des
Herstellers vorgenommenen
Einweisung und unter der Bedingung
installiert wurden, daß die
Sicherheitsvorrichtungen in
konstanter Leistungsfähigkeit
gehalten werden.
Dieses Blatt dient dem Zweck der
Bescheinigung, daß bei Erhalt des
Kolbens, die Sicherheitsvorrichtungen
leistungsfähig sind, daß zusammen
mit dem Kolben das vorliegende
Handbuch ausgehändigt wurde, und
daß der Installateur die Verantwortung
dafür übernimmt, dieses Schritt für
Schritt zu befolgen.
Außerdem muß das Handbuch im
Maschinenraum in gutem Zustand
erhalten werden und dem Benutzer
jederzeit zur Verfügung stehen.
Der Hersteller lehnt jegliche
Verantwortung im Falle von
Veränderungen, Manipulationen oder
jeglichen anderen Handlungen ab, die
entgegen dem Inhalt dieses
Handbuches mit seinen
Bestimmungen oder anderen
Dokumenten, durchgeführt werden,
welche Schäden an der Sicherheit
und der Gesundheit von Personen
oder Tieren bzw. Gegenständen in der
Nähe des Kolbens verursachen
können.
Bitte bedenken Sie jedoch, daß sich
alle technischen Werte auf
Standardkolben beziehen (siehe TEIL
3) und daß die Zeichnungen als auch
jedes andere zusammen mit dem
Kolben ausgelieferte Dokument
Eigentum des Herstellers sind,
welcher sich alle echte vorbehält
und daran erinnert, daß diese ohne
dessen schriftliche Zustimmung
Dritten nicht zur Verfügung gestellt
werden darf.

DESCRIPTION OF THE
PISTON
The telescopic pistons with hydraulic
synchronisation have been designed
to be specifically used in lift
applications. The simultaneous
extension of the single stems (two or
three) is ensured by hydraulic
synchronicity devices based on the
relation among the various pushing
area. They enable to cover relatively
long strokes, in a reduced space,
when closed. To increase the
admitted load to their end it is
possible to apply external guides on
the heads of the stems, thus reducing
the free inclination length.
They are available with two or three
stems and can be set for the
mounting on the side of the cab
(direct lateral) and for the mounting
under the cab (direct central or
underground). The execution for
indirect traction (return pulley on the
top of the upper stem) is not
foreseen.

OLBENS
Die Teleskopkolben mit
hydraulischem Synchronismus
wurden für den spezifischen Einsatz
bei Aufzügen konzipiert. Das
gleichzeitige Ausfahren der einzelnen
Schäfte (zwei oder drei) ist durch
Mittel des hydraulischen
Synchronismus sichergestellt, die
sich auf das Verhältnis zwischen den
verschiedenen Vorschubbereichen
beziehen. Diese ermöglichen die
Abdeckung relativ langer Hübe mit
reduzierten Abmessungen, wenn
diese geschlossen sind. Um die für
ihre Spitze zulässige Belastung zu
erhöhen, ist es möglich, externe
Führungen auf den Schaftköpfen
anzubringen, wodurch die freie Länge
der Biegung reduziert wird. Sie sind
mit zwei oder drei Schäften lieferbar
und können sowohl für die Montage
seitlich der Kabine (direkt seitlich) als
auch für die Montage unterhalb der
Kabine (direkt zentriert oder in die
Erde eingelassen) vorbereitet werden.
Die Ausführung für die indirekte
Traktion (Umkehrriemenscheibe am
Gipfel des oberen Schaftes) ist nicht
vorgesehen.

synchronisme hydraulique sont
exclusivement conçus pour être
utilisés dans le secteur des
ascenseurs. L’extension simultanée
des différentes tiges (deux ou trois)
est assurée par des moyens de
synchronisme hydraulique se basant
sur les rapports entre les différentes
zones de poussée. Ils permettent de
couvrir des courses relativement
longues, tout en n’occupant qu’un
espace limité lorsqu’ils sont refermés.
Pour augmenter la charge admissible

d’appliquer des glissières externes
sur les têtes des tiges, de façon à

largas con volúmenes reducidos al

unter Konsultierung des

vollständig ablassen.
- Den Absperrschieber
schließen.

et maintenance ordinaire doivent
rigoureusement porter des gants de
travail, des chaussures contre les
accidents et d’autres protections
individuelles dont on constate la
nécessité.
Elles doivent en outre:
- porter une salopette de travail

- en cas de cheveux longs, les
nouer,
- en tout cas ne jamais porter des
vêtements flottants ou déchirés
ou des objets tels que colliers,

installé selon les normes en vigueur
dans le pays où l’ascenseur est

anlegen;
- lange Haare zusammenbinden;
- unter keinen Umständen
flatternde oder zerschlissene

Gegenstände wie Halsketten,
Uhren, inge, Armbänder,
Schärpen, Halstücher,
Krawatten usw. tragen.

Daran denken, daß der Kolben
entsprechend den im
Bestimmungsland, in welchem der
Aufzug installiert wird, geltenden
Normen installiert werden muß.
2.15
Im Falle des Austauschs nur Original-
Ersatzteile anfordern.
2.16
Für die Bewegung des Kolbens die im
Kapitel “Transport und Aufstellung”
des vorliegenden Handbuches
enthaltenen Angaben aufmerksam
befolgen.
Außerdem das Gewicht des Kolbens
(unter Kapitel “Technische Daten”
oder auf dem Kolben selbst) beachten
und folglich Seile, Gurte oder Ketten
geeigneter Leistung verwenden.
Diese Zubehörteile für die Anhebung
müssen an ihren äußeren Enden mit
Öhren, Ösenschrauben oder
Sicherheitshaken ausgestattet sein.
2.13

Acuérdese que el pistón ha de ser
instalado según las normas vigentes
en el país de instalación.

En caso de sustitución pídanse sólo
repuestos originales.

Para el desplazamiento del pistón,
síganse atentamente todas las
indicaciones descritas en la sección
“Transporte y olocación” del
presente manual.
Además, contrólese (en la sección
“ aracterísticas técnicas” o en el
pistón mismo) el peso del pistón y,
por consiguiente, procúrese utilizar
cuerdas, correas o cadenas de
capacidad adecuada.
Estos accesorios para el
levantamiento necesitan tener en sus
extremidades, argollas, grilletes o
ganchos de seguridad.
2.17
Después de cada intervención y en
todo caso antes de volver a poner en
marcha el pistón, procúrese volver a
poner el jarro di recuperación del
aceite en su posición.
2.18
Después de cada purga del aire,
vuélvase a cerrar el tornillo de
desfogue.

CHARACTERISTICS
The following section
describes how to calculate
the weight of the piston.
Example:
a - The example refers to
piston type 9100 T63C2L.
b Identify the type of piston
measuring the diameter
“ØDc”.
(e.g. 120 mm )
c - Measure the total length
of the piston (L).
(e.g.: 3,5 m )
d - Subtract to this value
either 0,5 m (2 stages) or
0,7 m (3 stages).
(e.g.: 3,5 - 0,5 = 3 )
e - Multiply the obtained
value per 2 (2 stages) or
3 (3 stages). The result is
the approximate value of
the piston stroke “L0”
expressed in meters.
(e.g.: 3 x 2 = 6 m )
f - Find in the table the
values for Qp0, Qp1 and
QL1 related to the piston.
g - The weight of the piston
is calculated applying the
following formula:
