Tips for use
When mixing hot liquids/foods excess pressure
may build up inside the blender. This can cause
the lid to come off and the contents to splash
out. We recommend that you avoid mixing
excessively hot foods and that you put only very
small quantities of hot liquids or foods into the
blender.
Do not use the blender for very hard food
products, such as bones, shelled nuts, frozen
meats etc., which could either damage the
blade or cause the motor to seize.
Do not use the Blender continuously for more
than 2 minutes.

Operating your Blender
1. Before first use, clean the measuring cup,
cover and jug.
2. Fit the blender glass jar onto the main
body, and turn it slightly in a clockwise
direction so it locks into the jug holder on
top of the housing.
3. Place items to be blended into the jug.
Ensure the contents will not overflow from
the jug. Maximum liquid capacity is1.5L.
DO NOT USE THE BLENDER WITHOUT
INGREDIENTS IN THE JUG.
4. Put the lid on top of the jug and push it
down. Insert the measuring cap into the
cover and turn till it locks into place.
5. Turn the dial to position 0 in order to make
sure the unit is turned off.
6. Plug the blender into the wall socket and
turn on.
7. This unit has a safety mechanism and
does not work if the jug is not installed
properly seated on housing.
8. Turn the dial to required speed
•0 = off
•P = pulse –suitable for ice
crushing
•1 = low
•2 = high
9. While the blender is working, a blue light
will show around the dial.
10. Turn the dial back to ‘0’ when finished
blending.
