installed,lift thegriddlebytheattached
handles.Detach thehandlesfromthe
griddleonceyou havefinishedmoving the
griddleand storetheminthecabinet(Refer

besure thatall screwsare tightenedforsafe
operation ofyourgrill.
Before eachuse ofthegrill, theGrease/Water
Tray should befilledapproximately1/2full with
water and fullyseated under thegrill bowl.
CAUTION:TheGrease/Water Tray should bein-
spectedbefore eachgrill use tobesure there is
no excessive grease buildup. Clean theGrease
Tray and Receptaclefrequentlytoeliminate
grease build-up and topreventgrease fires.

diameterby18-1/2incheshigh isthe maximumsizeLPGas
tanktouse. Youmustusean "OPD"gastankwhichoffers
alistedOverfill PreventionDevice. Thissafetyfeature
preventsthe tankfrombeingoverfilledwhich cancausea
malfunction oftheLPGastank,regulatorand/orgrill.
Never connectan unregulated LPgastanktoyourgas
grill. Thegasregulatorassemblysupplied withyourgas

Thissystemdetectstheflamelevelwithinthegrill,and whethertheburnersarelit. Whenaburnerisfired
