4.1 Precautions for use
When using the cool box, please put it in a well-ventilated place which is conducive
to heat dissipation. Especially, the gap between the cooling hole on the compressor
side and other objects must be greater than 100 mm, so as to prevent high
temperature from causing failure or affecting the refrigeration effect.
Please do not leave the door open for a long time, as the temperature difference
between the inside and outside of the cool box will be too great and frosting will
affect the refrigeration effect.
Do not clean the cool box under tap water.
Do not use the cool box near a heat source, as it will reduce the refrigeration
performance of the cool box.
Please do not use the cool box on a steep slope for a long time. This may affect the
service life of the cool box and reduce the refrigeration efficiency.

4.2 Precautionary measures for basic use
Temperature control range: -20℃~+10℃
Temperature display range: -30℃~40℃
Standard voltage input range: DC12V / 24V, no more than maximum DC30V
4.3 Functional description
4.3.1 Switching on and connecting the cool box
Connect the correct DC12 / 24 V power supply. If the cool box is in standby mode, press
and hold the on/off key for 2 seconds to complete the startup. After startup, the display will
normally show the current temperature and working mode of the incubator. After the
startup delay (1 minute factory preset), the cool box will operate in working mode and the
compressor will start to refrigerate.
4.3.2 Cool box keypad locking and unlocking
If the keypad is locked (the child lock icon in the lower right corner of the display is on),
press and hold the "up / down" key for 3 seconds at the same time to release the lock. If
the child lock system does not light up and there is no operation for 20 seconds, the keypad
will automatically be locked.
4.3.3 Cool box temperature setting
When the keypad is unlocked, press the “up/down” key to adjust the temperature of the
cool box (a group of temperature values on the display will flash to show the current set
value). Each time you press the key, the temperature rises or falls by 1 degree. If you hold
the key, you can quickly adjust to the required temperature value. If there is no change
within 5 seconds, the setting value will be saved automatically.
4.3.4 Setting the compressor operating mode
If the keypad is unlocked, press the “set” button to freely select the “Eco / Max” compressor
operating mode. If you need to quickly cool to a lower temperature, switch to the "Max"
mode. If you only need to refrigerate or keep warm, you can set to the "Eco" mode to save
energy and power.

4.3.5 Setting the low-voltage protection function
This product has the function of low voltage protection. If it detects that the battery voltage
is lower than the set value, it will automatically turn off the compressor to prevent over-
discharging from damaging the battery or not allowing the car to start normally. At this
time, the display screen will display "E1" code prompt. If the voltage returns to normal, the
cool box will automatically enter the operating state one minute later. The factory default is
"medium". If you need to change it, please follow the following steps:
a: Unlock keyboard
b: Keep the “SET” key depressed for 6 seconds, release it after hearing the beep of the
buzzer, and then press the “SET” key briefly. At this point, one of the battery protection
level icons, “L, M or H”, will flash on the display. Then press the
“up/down" key to change the setting. Specific value

If your cool box enters the battery protection mode prematurely, it is likely
that your power supply voltage is insufficient and the low-voltage protection
value is set too high. Or the wiring of your DC power supply is not suitable and cannot
provide enough power. Check whether the power supply wiring is suitable, and consider
appropriately lowering the battery protection grade. In order to ensure that the car can
start normally, it is recommended to set the protection level at “H” when using the cool box
in the car.
4.4 Cleaning and maintenance
Before cleaning, it is necessary to disconnect the power supply and wipe the inner and outer
surfaces of the cool box with a cleaning cloth dipped in an appropriate amount of water or
detergent. It is not allowed to wash directly with water to avoid damaging the electrical
components.
If the cool box is not used for a long time, the inside and outside must be cleaned and kept
dry, and measures must be taken to protect it against moisture and dust, and to prevent
mould formation and unusual odours inside the cool box.

4.5 Error code description
If the compressor, module, fan or temperature measuring head are working abnormally and
the input voltage is too low, the error code will appear on the display screen, and the
compressor will stop working. Once the abnormality has been rectified, unplug the power
supply and plug it in again to return to the temperature display in the box; the cooling
mode of the compressor will start working after 1 minute.

FAQ
If the product does not work properly:
Check whether the power is on
Check whether the voltage is too low
Check all connections from battery to cool box for looseness or poor contact
Check the fuse
Check whether the cool box is turned on; check if the temperature is set too high
If the cooling efficiency is poor:
It may be that too much food has been packed in the cool box
The temperature of the food in the cool box is too high. Check whether:
oThe lid is not closed correctly
oThe lid seal (sealing ring) is not damaged
oThere is good ventilation around the cool box
oThe ambient temperature is not too high
oThe temperature setting is correct
I can hear the sound of “water flowing” in the cool box
This is normal. It is caused by the flow of refrigerant
When the cool box starts up, the sound is loud
If the cool box is placed with the compressor side on a flat horizontal surface, check
the surrounding objects for vibrations
When the compressor is started, when the motor changes from static to high speed,
the sound will be slightly louder. Once the speed is stable, the sound will decrease,
which is a normal phenomenon
There are water drops around the housing or door seal
It is normal for moisture in humid air to liquefy and condense water droplets when it
comes into contact with a lower temperature shell

Disposal
If a product is marked with the symbol of a dustbin with a cross through it, this indicates
that the product must not be disposed of with the household waste. In the case of batteries
or rechargeable batteries containing mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd) or lead (Pb), the chemical
symbol is shown under the crossed-out dustbin symbol. The end user has an obligation to
return the batteries or rechargeable batteries. These can be returned free of charge to the
retailer or handed in at any collection point. Electronic devices and rechargeable batteries
should be handed in separately from each other. Make sure that the batteries or
rechargeable batteries are in a discharged state or protected from short-circuiting, if
applicable. When purchasing products, try to ensure that the products have a long service
life to minimise the amount of waste produced. If your electric or electronic device contains
personal data, you are responsible for erasing it.
Because of the substances they contain, improper disposal of batteries or rechargeable
batteries can harm the environment and human health. Special care should be taken when
handling batteries containing lithium. Products should be checked to see if they can be re-
used, for example by being repaired, before you dispose of them.
!!! Always observe local waste disposal regulations!!!
